R      1.       Smith & Wesson Model 28-2 “’Highway Patrolman”.  Serial # N502399.  .357 Magnum caliber double action revolver made in 1978.  6” barrel with an excellent bore.  Adjustable sights.  90% to 95% of the original bluing remains on the metal but unfortunately there are areas of dings, scratches, and small rust spots.  The checkered walnut service grips are in good condition with a few dings and worn finish.  Case colors still visible on the hammer and trigger.  Action works fine. Sold For 500.00

R        2.     Smith & Wesson Model .38 Military & Police.  Serial # 108392.  .38 Spl. caliber double action revolver made c. 1906 to 1909.  5” barrel with a slightly rough bore that could clean up better.  The nickel refinish on the metal is in good condition with some scratches and some areas that are a little rough.  The butt is marked with a star and stamped 3.7.29 which signifies that it was returned to the factory and most likely refinished at that time.  The original diamond checkered walnut grips are in fair condition with some scratches and a chip out of the left grip.  Case colors still visible on the hammer and trigger.  Action works but is very stiff and could use a cleaning.  (C&R)     Sold For 300.00

R        3.     Carlton E. Thomas Model Tip Up Pistol.  Serial # 34122176.  .22 Short caliber single shot tip up pistol.  4 5/8” barrel with an excellent bore.  Most likely built by scratch by Carleton E. Thomas who was a watchmaker born around 1908.  Action opens by a button on the left side.  Action works as a single action or by double action by nudging the trigger forward.  Frame could possibly be brass.  The nickel finish is in good condition with areas of dullness and flaking.  Grips are real mother of pearl.  Carleton E Thomas engraved on backstrap.  Action functions fine.  Includes a hard case.  Please see the pictures to get a better idea of the condition.   Additional Photo Sold For 300.00

R        4.     Harrington & Richardson Model 922.  Serial # P12083.  .22 RF caliber double action revolver made in 1954.  6” barrel with a bore that should clean up to excellent.  Fixed sights and 9 shot cylinder.  The original finish on the metal is in good condition.  There is surface rust on the grip frame and also on the front of the frame and on the cylinder.  The original blondish colored plastic grips are in very good condition but the right grip is chipped on the bottom.  Action works fine.  This is a 3rd model that was made from 1953 to 1961.  (C&R) Sold For 120.00

R        5.     Colt Model Police Positive.  Serial # 114956.  .38 S&W caliber double action revolver made in 1914.  5” barrel with an excellent bore.  This is the first issue revolver made with a smooth top strap and lighter frame.  60% to 70% of the original finish remains on the metal.  There is quite a bit of very fine rust scattered over the barrel, cylinder, and top of frame.  The original hard rubber grips are in very good to excellent condition with little wear.  Action works fine.  First issue made from 1907 to 1927.  (C&R)   Sold For 240.00

R        6.     Smith & Wesson Model .38 Regulation Police.  Serial # 20650.  .38 S&W caliber double action revolver made c. 1917 to 1940.  4” barrel with a good bore that has some rough spots.  This is a 5 shot double action revolver built on the 5 screw square butt I frame.  85% of the original bluing remains on the metal with some areas of fine rust scattered about.  There is one larger rust spot on the cylinder and underneath the top strap.  The original walnut diamond checkered grips are in good condition showing wear.  Action works fine.  54,474 total manufactured.  (C&R)    Sold For 290.00

R        7.     Harrington & Richardson Model 622.  Serial # AH31390.  .22 RF caliber double action revolver made in 1971.  4” barrel with a bore that will clean up to excellent.  This gun features a polished blue barrel with a matte blue finished frame.  The metal is in fair to good condition with some rust spots on the barrel and scuffs and scratches on the frame.  The original plastic grips are in very good condition with only a few small dings.  Fixed sights.  Action works fine.  Made from 1957 to 1973.  Includes a leather Smith & Wesson belt holster. R        8.     High Standard Model Sentinel R-100.  Serial # 14269.  .22 RF caliber double action revolver.  5” barrel with a bore that should clean up to very good.  9 shot swing out cylinder, blued barrel with a matte finished aluminum frame.  The metal is in fair to good condition with wear on the barrel and cylinder along with scuffs and scratches on the frame.  The original 1 piece plastic grips are in very good condition with little visible wear.  Fixed sights.  Action works OK.  Made from 1956 to 1964.  (C&R) Sold For 160.00

R        9.     Deutsche Werke Model Ortgies Pistol.  Serial # 148910.  .32 ACP caliber semi auto pistol made in Germany.  3¼” barrel with slightly rough bore that might clean up better.  7 shot detachable magazine.  95% of the original bluing remains on the metal with a little wear on the slide edges and a few tiny rust spots.  The original walnut grips are in very good condition with a few small dings.  Grip safety.  Action works fine.  Includes the original Deutsche marked magazine.  John Dillinger was noted as carrying an Ortgies.  Made from 1919 to 1924.  (C&R) Sold For 390.00

R      10.     Herter’s Model Guide Gun.  Serial # 108637.  .22 RF caliber double action revolver made in 1965.    6” barrel with an excellent bore.  Made in Germany by Hans Hermann Weihrauch (Arminius).  8 shot swing out cylinder, blued barrel with a matte finished frame.  The metal is in excellent condition showing little wear.  The original 1 piece plastic grips are in excellent condition with no visible wear.  Fixed sights.  Action works fine.  (C&R) Sold For 210.00

R      11.     AMT Model .380 Backup.  Serial # A66405.  .380 ACP caliber semi auto pistol.  2¾” barrel with an excellent bore.  An all stainless steel constructed single action semi auto pistol made in Covina, California.  5 shot detachable magazine.  The metal is in good condition but covered with tiny scratches and scuffs.  The black plastic grips are in excellent condition with little wear.  Fixed sights.  Thumb and grip safeties.  Action works fine.  Includes an extra magazine.  This model was discontinued in 2000.   Sold For 260.00

R      12.     Harrington & Richardson Model 939.  Serial # AE9496.  .22 RF caliber double action revolver made in 1968.  6” vent rib, flat sided bull barrel with an excellent bore.  9 shot swing out cylinder.  99% of the original blue finish remains on the metal with only a few tiny marks on the right side of the frame.  The checkered walnut grips are in very good condition with a few small dings.  Adjustable for windage rear sight.  Action works fine.  This 1st model was made from 1957 to 1972. R      13.     Harrington & Richardson Model 922.  Serial # K23819.  .22 RF caliber double action revolver made in 1950.  6” barrel with a bore that should clean up to very good.  9 shot cylinder with a pull pin cylinder release.  The bluing on the metal is in good to very good condition with a few small dings and rust spots.  There is also wear on the cylinder and at the muzzle.  The 1 piece plastic grips are in good condition with some dings and scratches.  Fixed sights with the front filed down.  Action works fine.  Includes a leather belt holster.  (C&R) Sold For 140.00

R      14.     Bersa – RSA Ent. Model BP9CC.  Serial # D66878.  9mm Luger caliber semi auto pistol made in Argentina.  3¼” barrel with a bore that will clean up to excellent.  8 shot detachable magazine.  Blued steel slide with a black polymer frame.  99% plus of the original finish remains on the metal with only a tiny bit of high edge wear.  The polymer frame is in excellent condition with no visible wear.  Ambidextrous magazine release.  3 dot sights.  Action works like new and the gun appears to have been fired very little.  Includes the box, papers, lock key, and an extra magazine.  Sold For 250.00

R      15.     Ruger Model SR9C.  Serial # 334-33447.  9mm Luger caliber semi auto pistol.  3½” barrel with a bore that should clean up to excellent.  This is a compact pistol that features a stainless steel slide, a black polymer frame, and a 10 shot detachable magazine.  The brushed finish on the slide is in excellent condition with no wear showing.  The polymer frame is in excellent condition with no visible wear.  Ambidextrous magazine release.  3 dot sights.  Action works like new.  Includes the original box, instructions, 2 extra 10 round magazines, and an extra 17 round magazine.  Sold For 470.00

R      16.     Beretta Model PX4 Storm.  Serial # PK21098.  .45 ACP semi auto pistol made in Italy.  4” barrel with a bore that should clean up to excellent.  10 shot detachable magazine.  Steel slide with a polymer frame.  95% of the matte black finish remains on the slide with some small dings and scratches near the muzzle.  The black polymer frame is in excellent condition with no visible wear.  Ambidextrous hammer drop safety.  3 dot sights.  Action works like new.  Includes 3 extra Beretta 10 shot magazines and a gun sock. R      17.     Kel-Tec Model PLR-16.  Serial # P9323.  5.56mm (.223 Rem.) caliber semi auto pistol.  9¼” barrel with a bore that will clean up to excellent.  Gas operated, adjustable sights, and a Picatinny rail on top.  Takes AR-15 detachable magazines.  The finish on the barrel is in excellent condition with little wear.  The remainder of the gun is polymer and is in excellent condition showing little to no wear.  Action works similar to an AR-15 and functions fine.  The gun appears to have been fired very little if at all.  Includes the box, instructions, and a 10 round magazine.  Sold For 550.00

R      18.     Kel-Tec Sub 2000 Carbine.  Serial # EBW63.  .40 S&W caliber semi auto rifle.  16” barrel with an excellent bore.  This carbine is made of steel and polymer and features a barrel that pivots up and over to lock in a compact, folded position.  It can use Glock, S&W, Beretta, SIG, or Kel-Tec magazines.  The gun is in excellent condition with both the metal and polymer showing no wear.  Action works fine and the gun appears to have been fired very little.  Includes the box, a 22 round Glock magazine, and 5 aftermarket 31 round Glock type magazines. Additional Photo  Sold For 425.00

R      19.     Remington Model 12-C.  Serial # 537842.  .22 RF caliber pump action rifle.  24” octagon barrel with a bore that will clean up to excellent.  The barrel has been relined.  The metal is in fair condition with a brownish patina and small spots of rust scattered over the surface.  The walnut stock and forearm have been varnished and are in fair to good condition with a few dings.  Rear sight looks to be a replacement.  Receiver drilled on the top for a scope base.  Action works OK.  Made from 1909 to 1936.  (C&R) Sold For 200.00

R      20.     Remington Model 29.  Serial # 29850.  12 Ga. pump action bottom ejecting shotgun made in 1933, the last year of production.  28” plain barrel choked improved modified with an excellent bore.  85% to 90% of the original bluing remains on the metal.  There are some small scuffs and rust marks on the barrel while the receiver shows some small dings with an overall thinning finish.  The checkered walnut stock and forearm are in very good condition with a few small dings and scratches.  Original butt plate.  Action works fine.  Approximately 24,000 made between 1929 and 1933.  (C&R) Sold For 270.00

R      21.     Remington Model 10.  Serial # 210599.  12 Ga. pump action bottom ejecting shotgun made in 1922.  28” plain barrel choked modified with an excellent bore.  98% of a refinish remains on the metal with a few spots on the magazine tube and some scratches on the top of the receiver.  The walnut stock and forearm are in good condition and have been refinished.  The stock is cracked at the upper wrist.  Original butt plate.  Action work but is a little stiff.  Made from 1911 to 1929.  (C&R) Sold For 140.00

R      22.     J. Reynolds Model Hammer Double.  Serial # 403.  .410 Ga. double barrel hammer shotgun made in Belgium.  26” Damascus barrels choked cylinder and cylinder with slightly dark bores that could clean up better.  Barrels marked “Twist Belgium” on the top rib.  Double triggers and extractor only.  The metal is in fair to good condition being covered by a brown patina.  The checkered walnut stock and forearm are in fair to good condition with some dings and scratches and worn checkering.  Silver inlay in the pistol grip.  Hammers do not match.  Action is tight and works OK.  Not to be fired with modern ammunition.  (C&R) Sold For 320.00

R      23a.   First of a lot of 3: American Gun Co. Model Hammer Double.  Serial # 256796.  12 Ga. double barreled hammer shotgun.  30” barrels choked full and full with dirty bores that could clean up better.  Barrels marked “Genuine Armory Steel”.  Made by Crescent Firearms c. 1892 to 1930.  Double triggers and extractor only.  The finish on the metal is starting to turn to a rusty brown patina.  The receiver has been painted black and some of that is missing.  The checkered walnut stock and forearm have been sanded and refinished and are in poor condition.  Original butt plate.  Action works OK.  (C&R)   

R      23b.   Second of a lot of 3: U.S. Arms Co. Model Hammer Double.  Serial # 180872.  12 Ga. double barreled hammer shotgun.  28” barrels choked full and full with slightly rough bores that could clean up better.  Barrels marked “Genuine Armory Steel”.  Made by Crescent Firearms c. 1892 to 1930.  Double triggers and extractor only.  The finish on the metal is a rusty brown patina with some of the bluing still showing through on the barrels.  The checkered walnut stock and forearm are in fair condition with some large dings and scratches.  Hammers do not match.  Original butt plate.  Action works OK.  (C&R)  

R      23c.   Third of a lot of 3: Pieper Arms Co. Model Hammer Double.  Serial # 08727.  12 Ga. double barrel hammer shotgun made in Belgium.  34” compressed steel barrels with both choked improved modified with rough bores that could clean up better.  Both barrels are dented.  The finish on the metal is starting to turn to a brown patina with areas of fine rust.  Some of the bluing is still visible on the barrels.  The checkered walnut stock and forearm are in fair condition with worn checkering along with dings and scratches.  Original butt plate.  Action works fine but is loose.  (C&R) Sold For 200.00

R      24.     J.C. Higgins Model 583.21.  Serial # NSN.  16 Ga. bolt action shotgun.  26” barrel choked modified with an excellent bore.  Made for Sears, Roebuck, & Co. by High Standard.  5 shot tubular magazine.  The finish on the metal is in fair to good condition.  There are a lot of areas of fine scattered rust on the barrel and receiver.  The walnut stock is in good condition with dings and scratches.  Extra finish has been applied.  Original recoil pad and LOP is 13¾”.  Action works OK.  This gun is currently under recall and the buyer is advised to immediately stop using the shotgun.         25.     Brolin Arms Model Legacy.  Serial # 99 06841.  .50 caliber black powder inline muzzleloader made in China.  22” barrel with a slightly rusted bore.  Uses a percussion cap for ignition.  The blue finish on the metal is in very good condition but has some rust at the nipple.  The stained hardwood stock is in good to very good condition with a couple of nicks and scratches.  Adjustable sights.  Sling swivels.  Action works fine.  Includes the ramrod.  Sold For 55.00

R      26.     Iver Johnson Model American Bulldog.  Serial # 2767.  .38 S&W caliber double action revolver.  2½” octagon barrel with a rough bore.  Medium frame with a 5 shot cylinder.  85% to 90% of the original nickel finish remains on the metal with a few areas of flaking and some wear on the bottom of the trigger guard.  The original hard rubber grips are in very good condition with normal wear.  Action works OK.  This is the 2nd model and was made from 1885 to 1899.  (C&R) Sold For 50.00

R      27.     Forehand Arms Co. Model Top Eject Revolver.  Serial # 7551.  .32 S&W caliber double action hammerless top eject revolver.  3¼” barrel with a rough bore.  5 shot cylinder.  80% to 85% of the original nickel finish remains on the metal with small spots of flaking scattered over the surface.  The original hard rubber grips are in good condition but the right grip is chipped at the base.  Action works OK.  Includes a leather belt holster.  (C&R) Sold For 70.00

R      28.     Antonio Zoli – Kassnar Model Combinato Set.  Serial # 61735.  20 Ga. 3”/.222 Rem. caliber over/under shotgun/rifle combination gun made in Italy in 1968.  24” barrels with bores that will clean up to excellent.  Solid rib on top with a quarter rib for mounting a scope.  Boxlock action with an engraved frame.  Double triggers with extractor only.  90% to 95% of the original blue finish remains on the metal with a few tiny spots of scattered rust and carry wear on the bottom of the receiver.  The checkered walnut stock and forearm are in very good condition with some dings and scratches.  Original sights and sling swivel studs.  Recoil pad added with a LOP of 14”.  Action is tight and works fine.  Includes a 1X to 4X power Redfield scope and an extra set of 20 Ga. 3” 26” barrels to complete the combo.  Importation stopped in 1993.  Sold For 1,300.00

R      29.     Browning Model BT-99.  Serial # 69D01960.  12 Ga. single shot trap shotgun made in Japan in 1969.  32” vent rib barrel choked full with an excellent bore.  Release trigger and auto ejector.  85% to 90% of the original bluing remains on the metal with some scratches on the barrel, muzzle wear, and wear on the bottom of the receiver.  The checkered walnut stock and beavertail forearm are in good condition but show wear at the pistol grip, wear on the tip of the forearm, and many little impressions.  Morgan adjustable recoil pad installed with a LOP of 14½”.  Action works fine. R      30.     Savage Arms Model Stevens 94K.  Serial # A930643.  12 Ga. 3” single shot shotgun.  28” barrel choked full with an excellent bore.  The original finish on the metal is in fair to good condition with scuffs, scratches, and small areas of fine rust.  Case colors are visible on the receiver.  The hardwood stock and forearm are in good condition having been sanded and refinished.  Action works fine.  Sold For 50.00

R      31.     Ruger Model 77 RL.  Serial # 78-61000.  .308 Win. caliber bolt action compact lightweight rifle made in 1984.  20” barrel with an excellent bore.  Tang mounted safety.  98% of the original finish remains on the metal with a few marks on the floor plate and some minor muzzle wear.  The checkered walnut stock is in very good condition with a few small dings.  Original Ruger red butt pad.  Original sling swivel studs.  Action works fine.  Includes a Leupold Vari-X III 1.5X to 5X power scope in the Ruger detachable rings.  Discontinued in 1992.  Sold For 675.00

R      32.     Marlin Model 25N.  Serial # 05506837.  .22 RF caliber bolt action rifle.  22” barrel with an excellent bore.  7 shot detachable magazine.  99.9% of the original finish remains on the metal with no visible wear.  The checkered hardwood stock is in excellent condition with no visible wear.  Original sights but rear blade is missing.  Grooved for a scope.  Action works like new.  Includes a Tasco 4X power scope in tip off mounts.  Discontinued in 2003. Sold For 120.00

R      33.     Winchester Model 94 AE.  Serial # 5560427.  .30-30 Win. caliber lever action rifle made in 1989.  20” barrel with an excellent bore.  Angle eject receiver drilled to mount a scope.  99% of the original finish remains on the metal with some minor handling marks on the barrel and on the bottom of the lever.  The satin finished walnut stock and forearm are in excellent condition with no visible wear.  Original sights including front sight hood.  Sling swivels installed.  Action works like new.  Includes a leather military style sling.  Sold For 350.00

R      34.     Miroku - Charles Daly Model Superior Grade Over/Under.  Serial # S566683.  12 Ga. over/under shotgun.  28” vent rib barrels choked full and improved modified with excellent bores.  Made in Japan by Miroku Firearms.  Single selective trigger.  Automatic ejectors.  99% of the original bluing remains on the metal with little if any visible wear.  The receiver shows excellent engraving, very similar to a Browning Superposed.  The checkered walnut stock and forearm are in very good condition showing some dings and scratches.  Original butt plate.  LOP is slightly less than 14”.  Action is tight and works fine.  Includes the original box but no papers.  Made from 1963 to 1976. Sold For 725.00

R      35.     Ithaca Model NID (New Ithaca Double).  Serial # 459730.  12 Ga. double barrel shotgun made in 1935.  28” barrels choked full and modified with bores that should clean up to excellent.  The barrels actually measure 1/8” less than the 28” and appear to have been trimmed.  Double triggers and extractor only.  80% to 85% of the original finish remains on the metal.  There are some small dings and scratches along with an area of cold blue on the barrels.  The receiver still shows visible case colors.  The checkered stock and forearm are in very good condition with a few small marks.  Both have been refinished.  Recoil pad added with a LOP of 14¾”.  Action works fine and is tight.  The NID was the strongest and most refined of all of the Ithaca doubles and fewer than 45,000 were produced.  (C&R)   Sold For 280.00

R      36.     Smith & Wesson Model 3000.  Serial # FB81831.  20 Ga. 3” pump action shotgun made in Japan.  28” vent rib barrel choked modified with a bore that will clean to excellent.  99% of the original bluing remains on the metal with only a little area of very fine rust speckles on the receiver.  The gloss finished checkered walnut stock and forearm are in excellent condition with a few small impressions.  Original recoil pad but LOP was cut to 12¾”.  Action works fine and is tight.  Sold For 180.00

R      37.     Remington Model 870 Magnum. Serial # S055131M.  12 Ga. 3” pump action shotgun.  28” vent rib barrel choked modified with an excellent bore.  95% plus of the original finish remains on the metal with a few small scratches on the barrel and on top of the receiver.  The checkered walnut stock and forearm are in very good condition with a few small dings and scratches.  Original red Remington recoil pad.  Action works fine.  Sold For 300.00

R      38.     Winchester Model 12.  Serial # 1678309.  16 Ga. pump action shotgun made in 1958.  28” plain barrel choked improved cylinder with an excellent bore.  75% to 80% of the original finish remains on the metal.  There are a few small scratches along with a larger one on the barrel and carry wear on the bottom, sides, and top of the receiver.  The walnut stock and forearm are in fair to good condition with much of the varnish flaking off.  Original butt plate.  Action works fine.  (C&R)   Sold For 425.00

R      39.     SKB Model Royal Light.  Serial # 149206.  12 Ga. double barrel shotgun made in Japan c. early 1960’s.  28” barrels choked full and improved cylinder with excellent bores.  Single selective trigger with extractor only.  80% to 85% of the original finish remains on the metal with areas of surface rust on the top of the barrels near the breech.  The 2 toned silver and blue receiver has light border engraving and shows moderate wear on the bottom.  The checkered walnut stock and forearm are in good condition but are covered with many little impressions and a few small dings.  Original butt plate.  Action is tight and works fine.  (C&R) Sold For 475.00

R      40.     Huglu – CZ Model Bobwhite.  Serial # 04C4552.  20 Ga. 3” double barrel shotgun made in Turkey.  28” barrels with excellent bores.  The barrels feature screw in chokes and come with an improved cylinder and cylinder chokes installed.  Double trigger and extractor only.  99% of the blue finish remains on the barrels with only a little handling wear at the breech.  The case colored receiver is in excellent condition with very little visible wear.  The checkered Turkish walnut straight grip stock and forearm are in excellent condition with one small ding.  Original rubber butt pad with a LOP of 14½”.  Action is tight and works like new. Sold For 550.00

R      41.     Miroku - Charles Daly Model Superior Grade Over/Under.  Serial # S525343.  20 Ga. 3” over/under shotgun.  28” vent rib barrels choked full and modified with excellent bores.  Made in Japan by Miroku Firearms.  Single selective trigger.  Automatic ejectors.  99% of the original bluing remains on the metal with a little high edge wear on the receiver and on the forearm lock.  The receiver shows excellent engraving, very similar to a Browning Superposed.  The checkered walnut stock and forearm are in very good condition showing some dings and scratches.  Original butt plate.  LOP is slightly less than 14”.  Action is tight and works fine.  A virtual twin to gun #34 above.  Made from 1963 to 1976.  Sold For 700.00

R      42.     J. Stevens Arms Model 1915 Favorite.  Serial # D842.  .22 RF caliber single shot boys rifle.  24” octagon barrel with an excellent bore.  The bluing on the barrel is in good condition with scattered areas of fine rust and high edge wear.  The receiver and lever are mostly bare with small areas of a brown patina.  The walnut stock and forearm are in good condition with dings and scratches.  Front and rear sights.  Action works OK.  Made from 1915 to 1940.  (C&R) Sold For 200.00

R      43.     Winchester Model 72A.  Serial # NSN.  .22 RF caliber bolt action rifle.  25” barrel with an excellent bore.  Tubular magazine.  Chrome plated bolt handle and trigger guard.  99% of the original bluing remains on the metal with very little wear.  Bolt handle and trigger guard are excellent.  The walnut stock is in excellent condition with only a few impressions.  Original sights and butt plate.  Receiver grooved for a scope.  Action works like new.  Made from 1938 to 1959.  (C&R) Sold For 425.00

      155.     Providence Tool Co. Model Peabody Rifle.  Serial # N/A.  .45-70 Govt. caliber single shot rifle.  33” barrel with a rough bore.  Full stock with 2 barrel bands.  “CONN” stamped on the butt sling swivel plate signifying this as one of the 2,000 sold to Connecticut c. 1871-1872 for their state regiments.  These were originally in .43 Spanish caliber but were refurbished and rebarreled to .45-70 c. 1877.  They were in use until 1896 when they were sold off as surplus.  The barrel retains about 70% of a bluish brown color while the receiver and other parts are a light brown patina.  The stock and forearm are in fair condition with the military type finish showing many dings and dents.  Ramrod missing.  Action works OK.  Manufactured c. 1866 to 1871. Flues Model Hammerless.  Serial # 395803.  10 Ga. 3” double barreled field grade shotgun made c. 1925.  32” barrels choked full and full with excellent bores.  Barrels are marked “Smokeless Powder Steel” on top.  The muzzle has been surfaced.  Double triggers and extractor only.  90% of the bluing remains on the barrels but there are areas of rust near the breech.  The receiver shows some case colors but there are also scattered areas of rust.  The checkered walnut stock and forearm are in very good condition and have been refinished.  KICK-EEZ recoil pad installed with an LOP of 13½”.  Action works fine.  This model made from about 1908 to 1926.  (C&R) Sold For 500.00

      165.     Ott Bowling Model Kentucky Flintlock Rifle.  Serial # NSN.  .50 caliber black powder flintlock rifle.  40” octagon barrel with a bore that should clean up to excellent.  Barrel measures approximately 1” across the flats.  Overall rifle length is 56”.  This gun was made in Hyden, KY and so marked.  Ott was born in 1903 and died in 1994.  When interviewed in 1971 at the age of 68, he considered himself an old timer and one of the few who still made long rifles by hand including the tools.  Barrels were rifled by hand, sometimes taking as long as 7 or 8 days.  The barrel and lock are finished in a dark brown color and are in very good to excellent condition.  The full length stock is in very good condition and is stained a dark brown color with flame showing through.  Brass patch box, butt plate, trigger guard, and lock side plate along with 7 silver inlays.  Double set triggers.  The hammer will not stay cocked when pulled back.  The gun appears to have been fired very little and is complete including the hand whittled ramrod.  A true Kentucky rifle.  Please see the pictures to get a better idea of the condition.  Additional Photo's 1; 2; 3 Sold For 500.00

R    169.     Winchester Model 270.  Serial # B1220656.  .22 RF caliber pump action rifle.  20½” barrel with a very good bore.  The finish on the metal is not too good.  There is surface rust covering the barrel along with corrosion and scuffs on the alloy receiver.  The hardwood stock and forearm are in good condition with dings and scratches.  Original sights.  Grooved receiver.  Tubular magazine is missing the inner magazine tube assembly.  Action works OK.  Made from 1963 to 1973.   Sold For 110.00

      170.     Unknown Maker Model English Flintlock Pistol.  Serial # NSN.  .69 caliber (approximately) black powder smoothbore flintlock pistol.  9” barrel with a very good bore.  This pistol is a reproduction that closely resembles a Royal Navy Sea Service pistol, short version.  The metal was originally in the white but is now almost covered in a fine rust.  The brass trigger guard, butt cap, and small parts would polish out nicely.  The wooden stock is in fair to good condition with some dings and scratches.  Action works OK.  Includes the ramrod.  Sold For 110.00

      171.     A. Uberti – Navy Arms Co. Model 1851 Navy.  Serial # 6183.  .36 caliber black powder single action revolver.  7½” octagon barrel with a very good bore.  Made in Italy in 1963.  90% to 95% of the bluing remains on the barrel and cylinder with a few rust spots and the name “Max” etched into the left side of the barrel.  The case colored frame, loading lever, and hammer are in good condition with most of the colors showing.  The trigger guard and grip frame are in fair condition with most of the silver plate tarnished or missing.  Action works OK.  Includes the original box and papers.                   The following three guns at one time belonged to the Landis Brothers who owned and resided on the property that is now known as Landis Valley Museum.  They were consigned by the grandson of a gentleman who once worked for the brothers during the 1940’s.  Rather than being paid in cash, he was given these three guns.

      172.     Colt Model Single Action Army.  Serial # 128414.  .45 Colt caliber single action revolver.  7½” barrel with a very good bore with strong rifling.  Shipped to C.W. Hackett Hardware Co. in St. Paul, MN on July 25, 1889.  70% to 75% or so of the original nickel finish remains on the gun.  There is flaking on the end of the barrel along with some corrosion and flaking at the front of the frame near the barrel/cylinder gap.  One side of the cylinder is missing most of the nickel while the other side shows flaking at the front and along the cylinder flutes.  There are some other smaller areas that show flaking and worn finish such as the rear of the grip frame, loading gate, and ejector rod housing.  Excellent screws still show faint traces of nitre bluing.  The front sight has been shortened and covered with a slip on small ivory bead sight.  The one piece wooden grips are in very good condition with normal wear for the age of the gun.  Action is tight and works like a new gun.  Includes the authentication letter from Colt.  Please see the pictures to get a better idea of the condition.       173.     J. Cooper Model Flintlock Kentucky Pistol.  Serial # NSN.  .54 caliber flintlock full stock Kentucky pistol.   5” smooth bore octagon barrel with a very good bore.  This gun is in overall good to very good condition showing a nice patina on the metal.  There is light engraving on lock plate with the maker name “J. Cooper” but no name on the barrel.  Engraved steel trigger guard and ferrule. The finely checkered wood stock shows some small dings and scratches.  One silver inlay at top of grip.  The action works but the hammer will not stay cocked.  A fine little pistol.  Please see the pictures to get a better idea of the condition.  Additional Photo Sold For 725.00

      174.     Nelson Delaney Model Kentucky Full Stock Target Rifle.  Serial # NSN.  .38 caliber black powder percussion heavy target rifle.  Overall length approximately 50”.  Weight is approximately 13¼ lbs.  33½” octagon barrel with a removable false muzzle.  Barrel has a slight taper to it and measures approximately 1.212” across the flats at the hammer and 1.145” at the muzzle.  Top of barrel flat marked “Nelson Delaney Reading” while the lock is marked “Nelson Delaney Warranted”.  Globe front sight with a tang mounted target sight.  Rear sight is missing.   Double set triggers.  The finish on the metal is a dark brown patina.  Both it and the stock are covered with what I am told is shoe polish, something that was used years ago for preservation.  Should be easy to clean.  The wooden full stock has a German silver nose cap and the barrel is secured with three wedge pins through German silver escutcheons.  Butt plate, trigger guard, and ferrules also appear to be German silver. Action works fine.  Nelson Delaney is listed as a maker of percussion rifles & pistols in Reading, PA 1848-1885.  Also included with this rifle is a copy of the book, The Pennsylvania German Folklore Society Volume Seven, 1942.  This volume was intended to bring to its members an account of some of the museums of eastern PA.  A brief history is given of Landis Valley Museum and of Lancaster Rifles.  One section describes the PA German shooting clubs and their organized shoots.  This rifle is specifically listed as a Kentucky Target type rifle in the listing of the Landis Valley collection in the book.  Please see the pictures to get a better idea of the condition.     Additional Photo Sold For 800.00

R    203.     Smith & Wesson Model 38 Military & Police.  Serial # C201566.  .38 Spl. caliber double action revolver made c. 1948 to 1967.  4” barrel with an excellent bore.  This is a post-war 5 screw K-frame revolver with a square butt.  60% to 70% of the original bluing remains on the metal with most wear at the muzzle and on the trigger guard.  The original walnut diamond checkered grips are in good condition showing dings and scratches.  Action works fine.  Side plate is engraved “Walter Webster III 062774”.  Walter Webster III was born in Camden, NJ and was a 1950 graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point.  Upon graduation he went to Parachute School and served with the 82d Airborne Division for a year before departing for Korea. There, First Lieutenant Webster was a member of the 17th Infantry Regiment, 7th Infantry Division.  He was killed in action while fighting the enemy in North Korea on February 21, 1953. For his leadership and valor, First Lieutenant Webster was awarded the Silver Star, the Bronze Star and the Purple Heart.  Includes the original gold box, his name plate, and a copy of the Silver Star citation.  (C&R) Sold For 550.00

R    207.     The Hamilton Rifle Company Model No. 15 “The Hamilton Rifle”.  Serial # NSN.  .22 RF caliber single shot boys rifle.  8” barrel with a good bore.  For many years these rifles came under the provisions of the National Firearms Act of 1934 as a “short barreled rifle”.  The BATF eventually decided that they no longer qualify as an SBR.  All Hamilton 15’s have long since been exempted from the NFA.  The barrel consists of a tube surrounded by rolled sheet steel.  The receiver is also sheet steel.  The metal is in fair condition being covered with a rusty brown patina.  The hardwood stock is in fair condition with some scratches and is cracked at the wrist.  Stock is loose.  Original sights.  Action works OK but gun must not be fired.  Includes a wooden wall mount.  (C&R)    Sold For 300.00

R    226.     Sig-Sauer Model SP2022.  Serial # 24B211899.  .40 S&W caliber semi auto pistol.  3.9” barrel with an excellent bore.  This gun features a polymer frame and a stainless steel slide, all in an FDE (flat dark earth) finish.  12 round detachable magazine.  Siglite night sights.  Interchangeable one piece grips.  The gun is in excellent condition showing no wear.  Action works like new.  Includes the black plastic case, instruction manual, an extra 12 round magazine, an extra grip, a holster, and a gun lock.    Sold For 425.00

R    227.     Taurus Model 605 Protector Poly.  Serial # IX80859.  .357 Magnum caliber double action revolver made in Brazil.  2” barrel with an excellent bore.  This is a polymer, small frame, 5 shot revolver with a protected hammer.  Stainless steel cylinder.  The gun is in excellent condition showing no wear.  Fiber optic front sight.  Rubber combat grips.  Action works like new and the gun appears to have been fired very little.  Includes the original box, instructions, extra grips, and the keys to the internal lock.  Sold For 250.00

R    228.     Western Arms Model Long Range Double.  Serial # 41965.  12 Ga. double barrel shotgun.  30” barrels choked full and modified with bores that should clean up to very good.  The right barrel is dented near the muzzle.  Made by Ithaca as a low cost model utilizing malleable iron to make the frame.  Double triggers and extractor only.  The bluing on the barrels is in good to very good condition with scattered areas of very fine rust.  Very little finish remains on the frame.  The wooden stock and forearm are in fair condition with both being refinished.  The forearm shows a large crack while the stock has 2 pieces of wood missing at the top wrist.  Recoil pad added with a LOP of 14½”.  Action works OK but both stock and forearm are loose.  Made from 1929 to 1946.  (C&R)    Sold For 110.00

R    229.     Kel-Tec Model P-11.  Serial # 39105.  9mm Luger caliber semi auto double action only pistol.  3” barrel with a bore that should clean up to very good.  This gun features a composite frame with a steel slide.  10 round detachable magazine.  The blue finish on the slide is in very good condition with some dings at the ejection port.  The black polymer frame is in very good condition with slight wear.  Action works fine.  Includes the black plastic case and instructions.     Sold For 175.00

Gun Registration Information

All guns with an "R" before the number must be registered. Licensed dealers must have a current copy of their FFL signed in ink in our files. No modern long guns sold to anyone under the age of 18, nor modern hand guns to anyone under 21. No hand guns sold to out of state residents who are not dealers. Residents of states requiring a purchase permit to buy long guns (I.E. New Jersey, etc.) must furnish this permit. Persons with Curio & Relic licenses may only purchase firearms listed as such by the B.A.T.F. and must provide a signed copy of that license. The purchaser pays any and all registration fees.

Your interpretation of "excellent", "very good", "good", etc. may be very different than ours, when it comes to the description of the condition of these guns. You are the final judge of condition before you buy. Please examine any item you are interested in very carefully and decide, before you bid, if it is as you expected. Always have a gunsmith check a gun you purchased for possible defects. We do not warrant any gun to be in firing condition.

If you see any glaring mistakes in the catalog description of the guns, please inform us of the error prior to the start of the sale. This will allow us to let other buyers know of the correction before any items are sold.

We will now be adding a "(C&R)" designation to the gun listing, to indicate guns that can be given directly to buyers who are holders of Curio & Relic licenses. There may be guns that we miss that are C&R eligible. The burden of proof is on the buyer to show that a particular gun is C&R eligible. C&R guns are listed on the BATF website and in their C&R booklet. Guns that are at least 50 years old also qualify as Curio and Relics. C&R license holders are not required to fill out BATF form 4473, but must still pay the PA state $3.00 surcharge per gun.

And now a few words about antique guns. Federal law requires any firearm, made after 1898, to be registered. Even though a gun looks like an antique, we need proof it was made before 1898 before we can give it to you without registration. Since documentation of guns made by many obscure manufacturers is difficult and time consuming, we may, sometimes, incorrectly register a gun that might be an antique. We regret this error but in the case of a Federally licensed dealer, it’s better safe than sorry.
