R      1.       Heckler & Koch Model 94A3.  Serial # 11642.  9mm Luger caliber semi auto rifle made in W. Germany.  16" barrel with an excellent bore.  Date coded IG which is 1986.  This is the semi auto version of the famous MP5 submachine gun made by the original manufacturer.  It features a 30 round detachable magazine, a retractable stock, and a barrel shroud with a vertical fore grip.  This rifle is in excellent condition with it's matte black finish showing virtually no wear.  The action works like new and the gun appears to have been fired very little.  Also includes the original HK box, owner’s manual, warranty card, factory dated test target, a fixed butt stock, 2 faux suppressor forearms, and an extra 15 round magazine.  Imported from 1983 to 1988.  This is one of the best examples you will find anywhere of this scarce gun.  Please see the pictures to get a better idea of the condition.   Additional Photo's 1; 2 Sold For 5,000.00

R        2.     Heckler & Koch Model 91A2.  Serial # A019368.  .308 Win. caliber semi auto rifle made in Germany.  18" barrel with an excellent bore.  Date coded HK which is 1979.  This is the semi auto version of the German G3 select fire rifle.  It features a 20 round detachable magazine and a fixed butt stock.  The matte black finish on this rifle is in excellent condition with only a few marks on the top cover, at the ejection port, and at the bipod mount.  The action works fine.  Includes a port buffer, an extra slim line forearm, a leather sling, a sight adjustment tool, 4 extra 30 round magazines, 1 extra 5 round magazine, a magazine clamp, and an HK box, factory target, and instructions not original to the gun.  Imported from 1974 to 1989.  Please see the pictures to get a better idea of the condition.    Additional Photo Sold For 3,200.00

R        3.     Heckler & Koch Model P7M8.  Serial # 107653.  9mm Luger caliber semi auto pistol made in Germany.  4" barrel with an excellent bore.  8 round detachable magazine.  Original lanyard loop.  This pistol features a gas delayed blow back locking system with a built in cocking lever activated by gripping the pistol.  The gun is a refurbished law enforcement trade-in.  There is a milled area on the right side of the slide where the original markings were.  The slide was refinished after the milling and is dated 9/93.  The finish on the metal is in very good condition with just a few scuff marks on the slide which most likely came from the plastic box.  The original grips are in excellent condition showing little wear.  Action works fine and the gun appears to have been fired very little.  Includes the plastic box, a disassembly tool, a cleaning brush, 2 extra magazines, and 2 instruction manuals, one in English, one in German.  Please see the pictures to get a better idea of the condition.  Additional Photo Sold For 1,550.00

R        5.     Remington Model 870 Police.  Serial # V818771V.  12 Ga. pump action shotgun made in 1982.  18" barrel choked cylinder with an excellent bore.  This shotgun features a factory installed folding stock with black plastic pistol grip, and a 2 shot magazine extension.  The blue finish on the metal is in excellent condition with only a few small handling marks.  The over-the-receiver folding stock, marked "For Law Enforcement Only, is in excellent condition with no visible wear.  The hardwood forearm is in excellent condition with a couple of tiny marks.  Action works like new and the gun appears to have been fired very little.  Includes the original box, instructions, and standard magazine spring and cap.  Please see the pictures to get a better idea of the condition.     Additional Photo Sold For 575.00

R        6.     Smith & Wesson Model M&P 9 Performance Center Ported C.O.R.E.  Serial # HVP9528.  9mm Luger caliber semi auto pistol.  5" barrel with an excellent bore.  17 round detachable magazine.  This is an optics ready pistol from the Performance Center featuring a ported barrel and slide, enhanced trigger with stop, interchangeable grip sizes, ambidextrous slide stop, polymer frame with stainless steel barrel and slide, and a slide that is optics ready.  The matte black finish on the metal is in excellent condition with no wear.  The action works like new and the gun is new in the box and unfired.  Includes the original plastic case, instructions, 2 extra grip sizes, an extra magazine, and a trigger lock.  Sold For 525.00

R        7.     Winchester Model 70 Featherweight.  Serial # 256664.  .308 Win. caliber bolt action rifle made in 1953.  22" barrel with an excellent bore.  This gun was made in the second year of production and has the early features of a solid bolt handle, a low comb stock, a 22 series rear sight, and an aluminum butt plate.  98% of the original finish remains on the metal with a few tiny scratches on the barrel, some small marks on the alloy floor plate, and some slight wear on the receiver.  The checkered walnut stock is in very good condition with a few tiny dings, scratches, and some areas of flaking varnish.  Original sights including the front hood.  Original sling swivels.  Action works fine.  Please see the pictures to get a better idea of the condition.  (C&R)  Additional Photo Sold For 1,650.00

R        8.     Winchester Model 70 Carbine Short Action.  Serial # G1682391.  .308 Win. caliber bolt action rifle made in 1984.  20” barrel with an excellent bore.  99% plus of the original finish remains on the metal with little if any visible wear.  The checkered walnut stock is in excellent condition with no visible wear.  Original red rubber Winchester butt pad.  Original sling swivel studs.  Action works like new and the gun appears to have been fired very little if at all.  Includes Leupold scope bases and rings.  Made from 1984 to 1987. R        9.     Harrington & Richardson Model M1 Garand.  Serial # 4699711.  .30-06 caliber semi auto rifle.  24” barrel with an excellent bore.  This gun came from the CMP and includes the Armorer spec card.  Muzzle reading of 2 and throat reading of 3.  Barrel is an H&R and is dated 1/53.  Most other parts appear to be SA.  95% of the military finish remains on the metal with slight wear on most surfaces.  The walnut stock and handguards are new and are in excellent condition.  CMP cartouche visible on stock.  Action functions fine.  The gun is complete and includes the CMP hard case, the CMP certificate, Armorer spec card, instructions, and an 8 round en-bloc magazine.  (C&R)  Additional Photo Sold For 1,050.00

R      10.     Belgian Made Model Top Eject Revolver.  Serial # 5333.  44 Winchester (.44-40 Win.) caliber double action revolver.  6” barrel with a slightly rough bore.  This is a Belgian made copy of a Smith & Wesson First Model Double Action revolver.  The finish on the metal is mostly a brown patina.  The hard rubber grips are not in good condition as both are missing pieces at the bottom.  Lanyard loop missing.  Action does not function correctly.  (C&R) Sold For 120.00

        11.     Hoppe’s Ethan Allen Model 300 Target Pistol.  Serial # T05420.  .45 caliber black powder percussion single shot pistol.  7½” barrel with an excellent bore.  99% of the original finish remains on the metal with a few small rust spots on the rear of the frame.  The walnut grips are in excellent condition with no wear.  Action works OK and the gun is new and unfired.  Includes the ramrod and the original box.  Sold For 110.00

R      12a.   First of a lot of 2: Turkish Model 1893 Rifle.  Serial # 37710.  8mm Mauser caliber bolt action rifle made in 1939.  29” barrel with a good bore.  What remains on the metal of the arsenal type finish has started to turn to a brown patina along with some spots of fine to medium rust.  The walnut full length stock and half-length handguard are in fair condition with dings, scratches, and a crack.  Original magazine cutoff is missing.  Action works OK.  Other than the magazine cutoff, the gun appears to be complete including the cleaning rod.  These guns were originally chambered for the 7.65x53mm cartridge and later converted to the 8mm Mauser cartridge.  (C&R)  

R      12b.   Second of a lot of 2: Japanese Arasaka Type 99 Short Rifle.  Serial # 25182.  .30-06 caliber bolt action rifle.  This is a barreled action and bolt body only in good condition.  It has been rechambered to .30-06 caliber and is so marked.  Sold For 220.00

R      13.     Siamese Mauser Model 46.  Serial # NSN.  .45-70 Govt. caliber bolt action rifle.  23½” barrel with a very good bore.  This gun has been sporterized with a different barrel and stock.  The finish on the metal is in good to very good condition with a few small scuffs and scratches.  The trigger guard and floor plate are in good condition with a slightly rough military type finish.  A different bolt handle and safety have been added to the bolt.  The walnut sporter stock is in very good condition with a few small dings.  Cheek piece on the left side.  Recoil pad added to give a 13 7/8” LOP.  European type sling swivels.  Action works OK.  Includes a Weaver 2.5X to 7X power scope in a Redfield base and rings.   Sold For 350.00

R      14.     Harrington & Richardson Model 1908 Reinforced Breech.  Serial # 11762.  12 Ga. single shot shotgun.  32” barrel choked full with a good bore.  The finish on the metal is mostly a brown patina with a few dings and scratches.  The walnut stock and forearm are in fair condition with dings and scratches.  The stock is cracked at the wrist.  Original butt plate with a LOP of 13¾”.  Action works OK.  (C&R) Sold For 50.00

R      15.     Remington Model 11-87 Premier Left Hand.  Serial # PC213101.  12 Ga. 3” semi auto left hand shotgun made in 1988.  28” vent rib barrel with an excellent bore.  The barrel uses Rem-Choke screw in chokes and comes with a modified choke tube installed.  99% of the original finish remains on the metal with only a few small scratches on the receiver.  The satin finished checkered walnut stock and forearm are in very good condition with a few small dings on the stock.  Original Remington rubber butt pad.  Action works fine.  Sold For 525.00

R      16.     Savage Arms Model Edge.  Serial # H069748.  .30-06 caliber bolt action rifle.  22” barrel with an excellent bore.  This rifle features a 4 shot detachable magazine and a camo finished synthetic stock.  The matte grey finish on the metal is in excellent condition with no wear.  The synthetic stock is in excellent condition with no wear.  Recoil pad.  Sling swivels.  Action works fine and the gun appears to be unfired.  Includes the original box, instructions, and a gun lock.  Made from 2010 to 2011.  Sold For 240.00

R      17.     Browning Arms Model Stainless Stalker II Left Hand With Boss.  Serial # 71761NVKS7.  7mm Rem. Magnum caliber bolt action left hand rifle made in 1995.  This rifle features stainless steel construction, a black synthetic stock, and the Ballistic Optimizing Shooting System muzzle attachment known as the BOSS.  The stainless steel is in very good condition with a few small scuffs.  The synthetic stock is in very good condition with a few small scuffs and scratches.  Action works fine.  Includes Leupold 2 piece scope bases.  Note: This rifle uses an internal detachable magazine which is NOT included.  Sold For 775.00

R      18.     Remington Model 1100 Magnum.  Serial # N291183M.  12 Ga. 3” semi auto shotgun made in 1979.  24” vent rib barrel with an excellent bore.  This barrel was cut and modified to take screw in chokes.  It comes with a full choke tube installed.  The original finish on the metal is in good to very good condition with a few small scratches and some areas of fine rust.  The walnut stock and forearm are in good condition with some dings, scratches, and impressions.  Original Remington recoil pad.  Sling swivel stud added to butt.  Action works OK. R      19.     Savage Arms Model 16 FSS Left Hand.  Serial # G116039.  .243 Win. caliber bolt action left hand rifle.  22” barrel with an excellent bore.  This rifle features stainless steel construction with a black synthetic stock.  The stainless steel is in very good to excellent condition with just a few scratches on the barrel near the muzzle.  The synthetic stock is in excellent condition with a few small marks.  Action works fine.  Includes a Leupold VX-II 2X to 7X power Shotgun scope in Leupold mounts.  Sold For 525.00

        21.     CVA Model Eclipse Magnum.  Serial # 61-13-026621-03.  .45 caliber black powder inline percussion muzzleloading rifle made in Spain.  24½” barrel with a very good bore.  This gun uses a 209 shotgun primer for ignition.  The blue finish on the barrel is in excellent condition with only a few small handling marks.  The black synthetic stock is in very good to excellent condition with a few small scuffs.  Fiber optic sights.  The bolt functions but the trigger does not.  The action will not cock.  Sold For 100.00

R      22.     EIG Model Brownie.  Serial # 00352.  .22 RF caliber top break 4 barrel double action pistol made in Italy in 1965.  2½” barrels with dirty bores that could clean up better.  This is a copy of the Mossberg Brownie 4 barreled derringer.  The chrome finish on the metal is in good condition with dings and scratches.  The yellowed plastic grips are in good condition with dings and scuffs.  Action works OK but is loose.  (C&R) Sold For 300.00

        23.     Hood Firearms Model Robin Hood.  Serial # 6993.  .32 RF caliber single action spur trigger revolver.  2¾” barrel with a rusty bore.  30% or so of the original nickel finish remains on the metal with rust and corrosion in many areas.  The wooden grips are in good condition with normal wear.  Action works OK.  Hood Firearms made guns from the early 1870’s to the late 1880’s.  Sold For 90.00

R      24.     Iver Johnson Third Model Safety Automatic Hammer.  Serial # 31603.  .38 S&W caliber double action top eject revolver.  4” barrel with an excellent bore.  5 shot cylinder.  75% to 80% of the original nickel finish remains on the metal with most of the wear being flaking on the cylinder and at the forcing cone area of the barrel.  The original hard rubber grips are in very good condition with slight wear.  Action works OK.  Made from 1909 to 1941.  (C&R) Sold For 120.00

        25.     Unknown Maker Model Hammer Double.  Serial NSN.  12 Ga. black powder percussion double barrel hammer shotgun.  31” barrels with rusty bores.  Possibly English manufacture as barrels are marked “Stub Twist” (made from iron horse shoe nail stubs and chopped up coach spring steel), which were used for quality British gun barrels into the 1860s.  The finish on the metal is a fine rusty brown patina.  The walnut stock is in good condition with many dings and scratches.  Action works.  Includes the ramrod.         26.     Springfield Armory Model 1861 Rifle.  Serial # NSN.  .58 caliber black powder percussion rifle musket.  40” barrel with a rusty bore.  Lock dated 1863.  The finish on the metal is a brown patina over top of a fine to medium pitting.  The wooden stock has been sanded and is in good condition.  Lock screws have been replaced.  Lock action works OK.  Includes the ramrod.  Sold For 525.00

R      27.     Savage Arms Model Axis XP Package.  Serial # J229126.  .22-250 Rem. caliber bolt action rifle.  22” barrel with an excellent bore.  4 shot detachable magazine.  The matte black finish on the metal is in excellent condition with no wear.  The black synthetic stock is in excellent condition with little visible wear.  Recoil pad and sling swivel studs.  Action works fine and the gun appears to have been fired very little.  Includes a factory mounted 3X to 9X power Bushnell scope.  Sold For 375.00

R      28.     Remington Model 10-A.  Serial # 157545.  12 Ga. pump action shotgun.  30” plain barrel choked modified with a very good bore.  The barrel is dented on both sides near the muzzle.  The metal is in fair condition with dings, scratches, and areas of surface rust.  The walnut stock and forearm have been refinished and are in fair to good condition.  The stock is cracked at the upper and lower wrist.   Action works.  Made from 1911 to 1929.  (C&R)    Sold For 150.00

R      29.     Colt Model 1909 New Service.  Serial # 49483.  .45 Colt caliber double action revolver made in 1911.  5½” barrel with a good bore that could clean up better.  Rinaldo A. Carr inspector’s cartouche on right side of frame.  The metal has been Parkerized and is in very good condition.  The lower front portion of the grip frame has been rounded.  The wooden grips are in good condition and have been modified to fit.  Lanyard loop missing.  Action does not work in single action mode and only sporadically in double action mode.  (C&R) Sold For 150.00

R      30a.   First of a lot of 2: J.C. Higgins Model 88.  Serial # 15893.  .22 RF caliber double action revolver.  6” barrel with a very good bore.  A 9 shot revolver with a swing out cylinder made by High Standard.  This is their Sentinel model that was made for Sears, Roebuck & Co. from 1959 to 1965.  The original finish on the metal is in fair condition with spots of rust on the barrel and cylinder and scratches and wear on the alloy frame.  The original brown plastic grip is in good condition with a ding and some scratches.  Action works OK but cylinder release is a little rough.  (C&R)

        30b.   Second of a lot of 2: N.P. Ames Model 1842 Navy Pistol.  Serial # NSN.  .54 caliber black powder percussion single shot pistol.  6” barrel with a rusty bore.  Lock marked USN 184x.  The metal has been cleaned and shows pitting and rust.  The wooden stock is broken in multiple spots and missing wood.  Brass trigger guard damaged.  Ramrod and other parts missing.  Action does not work. R      31.     Winchester Model 190.  Serial # B1377427.  .22 RF caliber semi auto rifle.  20½” barrel with an excellent bore.  15 shot tubular magazine.  The finish on the metal is in good to very good condition with some scratches and fine rust spots on the barrel and some scratches and scuffs on the alloy receiver.  The hardwood stock is in very good condition with a few small dings.  Original sights.  Action works fine.  Made from 1967 to 1980.     Sold For 150.00

R      32.     Winchester Model 94.  Serial # 1151944.  30 W.C.F (.30-30 Win.) caliber lever action rifle made in 1940.  20” barrel with an excellent bore.  Long wood forearm and a marked tang.  The original blue finish on the barrel and magazine tube is in very good condition with a few dings, some scratches, and some small scattered rust spots.  The receiver and lever show a blotchy, blackish brown patina.  The walnut stock and forearm are in good condition with dings, scratches, and spots of finish loss.  Original sights but front is missing the hood.  Sling swivel studs added.  Action works fine.  (C&R)    Sold For 450.00

R      33.     Marlin Model 50 DL.  Serial # 03386408.  12 Ga. 3” bolt action shotgun.  28” plain barrel choked modified with a bore that will clean to excellent.  2 shot detachable magazine.  The original blue finish on the metal is in excellent condition with just a small spot on the top of the barrel mid-length.  The black synthetic stock is in excellent condition with a few minor scuffs.  Original recoil pad and sling swivel studs.  Clip on fiber optic front sight added.  Action works fine.  Made from 1997 to 1999.  Sold For 180.00

R      34.     CZ Model 620.  Serial # 7727A13.  20 Ga. 3” pump action shotgun made in Turkey by AKKAR.  22” plain barrel with an excellent bore.  The barrel uses screw in chokes and comes with an extended rifled choke installed.  This shotgun also features a cantilever Weaver style rail and a black synthetic stock and forearm.  The matte black finish on the metal is in excellent condition with no wear.  The synthetic stock and forearm are in excellent condition with no wear.  Recoil pad and sling swivel studs.  Action works like new and the gun is unfired.  Includes the original box and instructions. R      36.     Japanese Nambu Type 14.  Serial # 28851.  8mm Nambu caliber semi auto pistol.  4½” barrel with a very good bore.  Made at the Tokyo Artillery Arsenal in April of 1944.  About 80% of the original finish remains on the metal with a few spots of rust scattered about along with some areas of thinning finish.  The original wooden grips are in good to very good condition showing normal wear.  Action works fine.  (C&R)  Additional Photo Sold For 525.00

Higgins Model 20.  Serial # NSN.  12 Ga. pump action shotgun.  19½” vent rib barrel choked cylinder with a very good bore.  Made by High Standard for Sears, Roebuck & Company.  The metal is in good condition with some scuffs, scratches, small rust spots, and areas of thin finish.  The walnut stock and forearm are in good condition with dings and scratches.  Recoil pad with a LOP of 13”.  RABAR front sight.  Action works OK.  (C&R) Sold For 160.00

R      38.     Ruger Model No. 1-B Standard.  Serial # 132-52887.  7mm Rem. Magnum caliber single shot rifle made in 1984.  26” barrel with an excellent bore.  No sights.  Quarter rib with integral scope base to mount Ruger rings.  99% of the original finish remains on the metal with just a few tiny rust speckles at the front of the quarter rib.  The checkered walnut stock and forearm are in excellent condition with a few small dings, especially at the front sling swivel stud.  Original red rubber butt pad.  Action works like new and the gun appears to have been fired very little.  Includes a Tasco 3X to 9X power scope in the original Ruger rings.  Sold For 750.00

R      39.     Remington Model 870 Express Magnum.  Serial # A272616M.  12 Ga. 3” pump action shotgun.  20” plain barrel with a bore that should clean to excellent.  The barrel is a smoothbore with rifle sights.  The matte grey finish on the metal is in very good to excellent condition with a few small scuffs and scratches.  The checkered hardwood Monte Carlo stock and forearm are in very good condition with some small dings and scratches.  Original recoil pad.  Action works fine.  Includes a nylon sling and a Simmons 1X to 4X power scope in a Weaver L1 bolt on side mount.  Sold For 260.00

R      40.     DC Industries Model NDS-2SF.  Serial # AKS740241.  5.45x39mm caliber semi auto rifle.  16½” barrel with an excellent bore.  This is an AK-74 clone built using a Nodak Spud receiver with Bulgarian parts.  The Bulgarian trunnion is dated 1990 and matches the bolt carrier and top cover.  The gun features a side folding stock, synthetic forearm and handguard, flash hider, and a 30 round magazine.  The matte black finish on the metal is in excellent condition with only a few small handing marks.  Action works OK and the gun appears to have been fired very little if at all.  Includes a leather sling.  Sold For 500.00

R      41.     Ruger Model 10/22 Standard Synthetic.  Serial # 351-97903.  .22 RF caliber semi auto rifle.  18½” barrel with an excellent bore.  10 round detachable rotary magazine.  99.9% of the original matte black finish remains on the metal with no wear.  The black checkered synthetic stock is in excellent condition showing no wear.  Adjustable sights.  Action works like new and the gun is new and unfired.  Includes the original box but no instructions.  Sold For 180.00

R      42.     Mossberg Model 835 Ulti-Mag Combo.  Serial # UM 226831.  12 Ga. 3½” pump action shotgun.  24” ported rifled barrel with a very good bore.  This combo also includes a 28” vent rib barrel with a very good bore.  This barrel uses Accu-Mag screw in chokes and includes a modified choke tube.  Both the metal and synthetic stock are covered with a camo finish.  Overall, the metal is in good to very good condition with small scuffs, scratches, and a few areas of wear.  The synthetic stock and forearm are in very good condition with just slight wear.  Action works fine.  The rifle barrel includes a Nikon 1.5X to 4.5X power scope in a cantilever mount. R      43.     Ithaca Model Flues Grade 4 Trap.  Serial # 259225T.  12 Ga. single shot shotgun made c. 1915.  32” vent rib barrel choked full with a bore that should clean to excellent.  Automatic ejector.  90% to 95% of the blue finish remains on the barrel with some small rust spots and some high edge wear.  There is no finish on the receiver and it is starting to show a very light patina.  The checkered walnut straight grip stock and forearm are in good to very good condition with some small dings and scratches.  There is a small piece of wood missing at the rear of the upper tang.  There is also a tiny crack on the upper left side where the wood meets the receiver.  Browning recoil pad added with a LOP of 14¼”.  Action works fine and is tight but the ejector with eject each time the action is opened.  Approximately 4,700 trap guns were made before being discontinued in 1922.  (C&R) Sold For 775.00

Hamilton & Son Model No. 27 “The Hamilton Rifle”.  Serial # NSN.  .22 RF caliber tip up single shot boys rifle.  15” barrel with a slightly rough bore.  For many years the Model 27 came under the provisions of the National Firearms Act of 1934 as a “short barreled rifle”.  The BATF eventually decided that the Model 27 no longer qualifies as an SBR.  All Hamilton 27’s have long since been exempted from the NFA.  The barrel consists of a brass tube surrounded by rolled sheet steel.  The receiver is also sheet steel.  The metal is in poor condition with a mostly fine to medium, rusty brown patina.  The hardwood stock and forearm are in poor to fair condition with some dings and loss of finish.  The forearm has been repaired.  Original sights.  Action is extremely loose and the gun must not be fired.  Made from approximately 1907 to 1930.  (C&R) Sold For 95.00

R      82.     British BSA SMLE Mark III .410 Musket.  Serial # W76728.  .410 Ga. bolt action rifle made in 1915.  25” barrel with an excellent bore.  Correct wood filled magazine.  This rifle was converted in Ishapore, India in 1946 to a single shot .410 Ga. shotgun.  They originally fired a special .303 case that was not necked down.  If in original configuration, it will not accept a modern .410 Ga. shotshell.  Some importers have lengthened the chambers to 3” and this gun appears to be one of those.  It should be checked before firing.  The arsenal type finish on the metal is in very good condition with slight wear. R    107.     Howa Machinery Model M1 Carbine.  Serial # 02931.  .30 M1 Carbine caliber semi auto rifle made in Japan.  18” barrel with a good but slightly rough bore.  Shortly after WWII during the rearmament of Japan, U.S. Army Ordnance personnel equipped Howa Machinery with the necessary equipment and tools, then trained Howa's personnel for everything necessary for Howa to be the equivalent of a U.S. Army Ordnance Arsenal specific to the U.S. M1 carbines and U.S. M1 Garand parts.  During the period of 1965 and 1966, Howa supplied the Thai Government with about 10,000 carbines for their police forces.  About 1987, approximately 4,000 carbines were imported into the US as surplus.  One of the stipulations was the removal of the bayonet lug.  This gun includes the lug.  Overall, this carbine is in good condition with most of the grey Parkerized refinish remaining.  The wooden M2 stock is in good condition with the usual dings and scratches.  There is a crack at the upper wrist.  The receiver is stamped with the Thai Police marking although it is a little hard to see because of the refinish.  Correct rear sight.  Action works OK.  Does not include the magazine or sling.       134.     Colt Model 1895 New Army.  Serial # 90913.  .38 Colt caliber double action revolver made in 1897.  3” barrel with a fair bore.  This appears to be a commercial model as the butt is not marked and there is no provision for a lanyard loop.  Barrel has been shortened to 3” length.  The original finish was nickel and very little of that remains.  There are some rust spots on the metal with most being on the cylinder.  Nitre blue can still be seen on the hammer, trigger, and screws.  The Colt checkered walnut grips are in fair condition with heavy wear.  Action works OK.      Sold For 250.00

Model Mark II.  Serial # 3991.  .303 British caliber bolt action rifle made in Canada.  27 1/8” barrel with a rough bore.  Supposedly, 20,000 of these were sold to the U.S. and the barrel was shortened by 7/8” from the original 28”.  They were also stamped under the wrist of the stock with the flaming bomb and US.  This rifle is so stamped.  The arsenal type finish on the metal is in fair condition with some areas being bare and covered with a fine rust.  The stock is in fair condition with dings and scratches.  The rear section of the handguard is cracked.  Front sight is missing a screw.  Original rear sight.       224.     Pedersoli Kentucky Style Flintlock.  Serial # 72215.  .50 caliber black powder flintlock rifle made in Italy.  35½” octagon barrel with a very good bore.  The bluing on the barrel is in very good condition with some small scratches and a few small rust spots.  The case colored lock is in very good condition with a small spot of rust.  The walnut full length stock is in excellent condition with a few dings.  Action works OK.  Includes a ramrod. R    228.     Colt Model Army Special.  Serial # 432685.  .38 Colt caliber double action revolver made in 1919.  6” barrel with an excellent bore.  The metal has been refinished and is in good condition.  Most of the wear is on both sides on the barrel, on the forward edges of the cylinder flutes, on the top of the frame, and on the rear grip frame.  The Colt plastic grips are in very good condition with minimal wear.  Action works OK.  Includes a Hunter leather belt holster.  Made from 1908 to 1927.  (C&R) Sold For 325.00

      233.     BPI – New Frontier Model Beartooth Magnum Inline.  Serial # 61-13-125414-04.  .50 caliber black powder inline muzzleloader made in Spain.  24” barrel with a very good bore.  Uses a 209 shotgun primer for ignition.  The blue finish on the metal is in very good condition with a few small scratches and some rust near the muzzle and on the receiver.  The synthetic stock and forearm are in very good condition with some very slight scuffing.  Rear sight is missing.  Action works OK.  Includes a Tasco 3X to 9X power scope in detachable mounts and the ramrod. R    234.     Remington Model 870 Express.  Serial # W895273M.  12 Ga. 3” pump action shotgun.  28” vent rib barrel with an excellent bore.  The barrel uses Rem-Choke screw in chokes and comes with a modified choke tube installed.  99% of the original matte grey finish remains on the metal with a scuff on the top of the receiver along with some tiny rust spots on the right side of the receiver.  The hardwood stock and forearm are in excellent condition with a couple of small dings.  Original rubber butt pad.  Action works OK. Gun Registration Information

All guns with an "R" before the number must be registered. Licensed dealers must have a current copy of their FFL signed in ink in our files. No modern long guns sold to anyone under the age of 18, nor modern hand guns to anyone under 21. No hand guns sold to out of state residents who are not dealers. Residents of states requiring a purchase permit to buy long guns (I.E. New Jersey, etc.) must furnish this permit. Persons with Curio & Relic licenses may only purchase firearms listed as such by the B.A.T.F. and must provide a signed copy of that license. The purchaser pays any and all registration fees.

Your interpretation of "excellent", "very good", "good", etc. may be very different than ours, when it comes to the description of the condition of these guns. You are the final judge of condition before you buy. Please examine any item you are interested in very carefully and decide, before you bid, if it is as you expected. Always have a gunsmith check a gun you purchased for possible defects. We do not warrant any gun to be in firing condition.

If you see any glaring mistakes in the catalog description of the guns, please inform us of the error prior to the start of the sale. This will allow us to let other buyers know of the correction before any items are sold.

We will now be adding a "(C&R)" designation to the gun listing, to indicate guns that can be given directly to buyers who are holders of Curio & Relic licenses. There may be guns that we miss that are C&R eligible. The burden of proof is on the buyer to show that a particular gun is C&R eligible. C&R guns are listed on the BATF website and in their C&R booklet. Guns that are at least 50 years old also qualify as Curio and Relics. C&R license holders are not required to fill out BATF form 4473, but must still pay the PA state $3.00 surcharge per gun.

And now a few words about antique guns. Federal law requires any firearm, made after 1898, to be registered. Even though a gun looks like an antique, we need proof it was made before 1898 before we can give it to you without registration. Since documentation of guns made by many obscure manufacturers is difficult and time consuming, we may, sometimes, incorrectly register a gun that might be an antique. We regret this error but in the case of a Federally licensed dealer, it’s better safe than sorry.
