R      1.       Winchester Model 70 Super Grade.  Serial # 326549.  .270 Win. caliber bolt action rifle made in 1955.  24” barrel with an excellent bore.  The Super Grade upgrades the Standard Model with a marked floor plate, deluxe wood that features a black pistol grip cap and forearm tip, a raised cheek piece, and deluxe wrap around checkering.  The metal has been refinished and is in excellent condition with very little wear since the refinish.  The checkered walnut stock has also been refinished and is in very good condition with 2 large scratches on the right side and a large scuff on the left.  Bolt and magazine follower have been jeweled.  Original front and rear sights including the front hood.  Original Super Grade sling swivel mounts.  Original steel butt plate.  Action works fine.  Please see the pictures to get a better idea of the condition.  Additional Photo (C&R)  Sold For1,250.00

R        3.     Winchester Model 70 Standard.  Serial # 43556.  .30-06 caliber bolt action rifle made in 1942.  24” barrel with an excellent bore.  The metal has been professionally refinished with a rust blue and is in very good to excellent condition with a few small scuffs and scratches on the barrel and some scratches and wear on the floor plate and trigger guard.  The checkered walnut stock has been refinished and is in very good to excellent condition with some small marks.  Original steel butt plate.  Original sling swivels.  Rear sight replaced with an express sight.  Lyman receiver sight base installed and stock modified to fit.  Front sight including the hood.  Action works fine.  Includes a J.           4.     Winchester Model 1894.  Serial # 55131.  30 W.C.F. (.30-30 Win.) caliber lever action rifle made in 1896.  26” round barrel with a rough bore.  The metal has been refinished and is in fair to good condition with rust spots scattered over the surface along with underlying pitting.  The walnut stock and forearm are in fair condition with dings, scratches, and wear.  There is some wood missing at the upper left wrist.  Express type rear sight.  Crescent butt plate.  Action works but is very stiff to lock up.   Sold For 650.00

R        5.     Winchester Model 94.  Serial # 2482599.  .30-30 Win. caliber lever action rifle made in 1961.  20” barrel with an excellent bore.  The original finish on the metal is in good condition with some small dings, scratches, and fine rust on both the barrel and receiver.  The walnut stock and forearm are in good condition with dings, scratches, and some finish wear.  Extra finish has been applied.  Original serrated butt plate.  Original front and rear sights including the hood.  Sling swivel installed in butt stock.  Detachable installed on magazine tube.  Action works fine.  (C&R)  Sold For 500.00

R        6.     Winchester Model 94.  Serial # 1938252.  .30-30 Win. caliber lever action rifle made in 1953.  20” barrel with an excellent bore.  The original finish on the metal is in good condition with some small scratches on the barrel and moderate edge wear, carry wear, and fine rust on the receiver and lever.  The walnut stock and forearm are in good condition with dings, scratches, and wear.  Extra finish has been applied.  Original serrated butt plate.  Original rear sight replaced.  The front includes the hood.  Sling swivel stud removed from butt.  Action works fine.  (C&R) Sold For 575.00

R        7.     Winchester Model 94.  Serial # 1557267.  30 W.C.F. (30-30 Win.) caliber lever action rifle made in 1949.  20” barrel with a very good bore.  Long forearm wood.  The metal has been refinished in a matte grey, bead blasted finish and is in good to very good condition with some small scuffs on the barrel and some edge wear and fine rust on the receiver.  The walnut stock and forearm have been refinished and are in very good condition with some small dings and scratches.  Original butt plate replaced.  Original front and rear sights including the hood.  Action works fine.  (C&R) Sold For 475.00

R        8.     J. Stevens Arms Model 44 Ideal.  Serial # 25261.  .25 RF caliber single shot rifle.  24” part round/part octagon heavy barrel with an excellent bore.  The finish on the metal is in very good to excellent condition with some high edge wear and some fine rust speckles on both the barrel and the receiver.  Good case colors are still visible on the receiver.  The walnut stock and forearm are in good condition with many dings and scratches.  The stock is cracked at the toe on the right side.  Original front and rear sights.  Original crescent butt plate.  Action works fine and is tight.  Made from 1894 to 1932.  (C&R)   Sold For 550.00

R        9.     Remington Model 6.  Serial # 34679A.  .22 RF caliber single shot boy’s rifle.  20” round barrel with a rough bore.  The barrel shows some original blue along with large areas of cold blue and minor pitting.  The receiver is in good condition with traces of case colors still visible.  The walnut stock and forearm have been refinished and are in good condition with dings and scratches.  The stock is cracked at the upper wrist.  Screw missing on the bottom tang.  Front and rear sights.  Rear peep sight.  Action works OK.  Made from 1901 to 1933.  (C&R)    Sold For 140.00

R      11.     Romanian Model 1969 Military Trainer.  Serial # U3481.  .22 RF caliber bolt action training rifle dated 1972.  23” barrel with a bore that could clean up to excellent.  5 round detachable magazine.  The crude military type finish on the metal is in good condition with scuffs and scratches.  The hardwood stock is in good condition with dings and scratches.  Express rear sight with hooded front sight.  Action works fine.  Includes cleaning tools in the butt and the shipping box. Sold For 160.00

R      12.     J. Stevens Arms Model 44 Ideal.  Serial # 45766.  .25-20 caliber single shot rifle.  26” part round/part octagon heavy barrel with a good bore.  The finish on the metal is in good condition with a partial brown patina and fine rust scattered about.  Traces of case colors are still visible on the receiver but it is mostly a brown patina with fine rust.  The walnut stock and forearm are in good condition with dings, scratches, and wear.  Original front and rear sights.  Original crescent butt plate.  Filler screws for the tang sight are missing.  Action works fine and is tight.  Made from 1894 to 1932.  (C&R)  Sold For 375.00

R      13.     Winchester Model 1906.  Serial # 582053.  .22 RF caliber pump action rifle made in 1919.  20” round barrel with a rough bore.  Tubular magazine.  The finish on the metal is in fair condition with areas of refinish and cold blue.  The walnut stock and smooth forearm have been refinished and are in poor to fair condition.  The stock has been pinned at the wrist and repaired at the toe.  Original well worn butt plate.  Original rear sight.  Action works fine.  Made from 1906 to 1932.  (C&R)   Sold For 190.00

R      14a.   First of a lot of 2: Remington Model 6.  Serial # S204362.  .32 RF caliber single shot boy’s rifle.  20” round barrel with a rough bore.  The metal is mostly a brown patina with large areas of fine rust.  The walnut stock and forearm have been refinished are in good condition.  The stock has a fine crack at the lower wrist.  Front and rear sights.  Bolt knob replaced with a pin.  Action works OK.  Made from 1901 to 1933.  (C&R)

Stevens Arms Model 26 Crack Shot.  Serial # NSN.  .32 RF caliber single shot boy’s rifle.  18” barrel with a very good bore.  The blue finish on the barrel is in good to very good condition with some small areas of very fine rust.  The receiver is a dark brown patina.  The walnut stock and forearm are in good to very good condition with some small dings.  Extra finish has been applied.  Original sights.  Action works but lever is loose.  Made from 1912 to 1939.  (C&R)

R      15b.   Second of a lot of 2: J. Stevens Arms Model 26 Crack Shot.  Serial # NSN.  .22 RF caliber single shot boy’s rifle.  18” barrel with a dirty bore that might clean up better.  The finish on the metal is a greyish patina with areas of cold blue and spots of rust.  The walnut stock and forearm have been refinished and are in good condition.  However, the stock is cracked at the upper wrist.  Front and rear sights.  Action works OK.  Made from 1912 to 1939.  (C&R) Sold For 200.00

R      16.     New England Firearms Pardner Model SBI.  Serial # NM370223.  20 Ga. 3” single shot shotgun.  25½” barrel choked modified with a dirty bore that should clean up to very good.  The original finish on the metal is in fair condition being covered with a fine rust and adhesive residue.  The receiver shows good case colors but has some very fine rust.  The hardwood stock and forearm are in good condition with a few dings, scratches, and wear.  Action is tight and works fine.  Sold For 80.00

R      17.     Winchester Model 72.  Serial # NSN.  .22 RF caliber bolt action rifle.  25” barrel with an excellent bore.  Tubular magazine.  The original bluing on the metal is in good condition being covered with a fine rust.  The receiver shows areas of cold blue.  The walnut stock is in good to very good condition with some small dings and scratches.  Original front sight and hood.  Original aperture rear sight.  Barrel and action have been drilled for scope blocks.  Action works fine.  Made from 1938 to 1959.  (C&R) Sold For 230.00

R      18.     Savage Arms Model 28.  Serial # 20385.  12 Ga. pump action shotgun.  30” plain barrel choked full with a bore that will clean to very good.  The finish on the metal is in fair condition with some bluing remaining on the barrel along with a brown patina on the receiver.  There is a fine rust on the surface of both.  The walnut stock and forearm are in poor condition with dings and scratches.  The stock is cracked at the wrist and missing a large piece of wood.  Recoil pad added with a LOP of 13½”.  Action does not work properly as gun will sometimes fire coming off safe.  Made from 1927 to 1934.  (C&R) Sold For 60.00

Stevens Arms Model No. 15 “Maynard Jr.”.  .22 RF caliber single shot boy’s rifle.  18” part octagon/part round barrel with a rough bore.  This rifle features a tip up barrel with a trigger guard activated lever.  The finish on the metal is in good condition with some wear on the barrel with some fine rust spots.  The receiver shows good case colors with some fine rust.  The walnut stock and forearm are in fair condition with dings, some large, and scratches.  The stock is cracked at the upper and lower wrist.  Original sights.  Action works but does not lock up properly.  Made from 1902 to 1912.  (C&R).

R      25.     J. Stevens Arms Model Single Shot.  Serial # NSN.  .410 Ga. single shot shotgun.  30” barrel with a good bore.  The bore has a spiraling appearance inside near the breech and the receiver is stamped “second” on the bottom.  Barrel is marked on the top “410 Bore or 12 MM”.  The barrel shows good bluing with scattered small spots of rust.  Case colors are visible on both sides of the receiver.  The walnut stock and forearm are in good condition with dings and scratches.  The stock is cracked at the upper wrist.  Original butt plate.  European style sling swivels.  Action works fine.  (C&R) Sold For 85.00

R      26.     Keystone Sporting Arms Model Crickett.  Serial # 629022.  .22 RF caliber bolt action single shot kid’s rifle.  16” barrel with an excellent bore.  The blue finish on the barrel and action is in excellent condition with little if any wear.  The black synthetic stock is in excellent condition with no visible wear.  LOP is 11½”.  Aperture rear sight.  Action works like new and the gun appears to have been fired very little.  Includes the original box, instructions, and hang tag.   Sold For 130.00

R      27.     Russian – R. Guns Model M91/30 Mosin-Nagant.  Serial # R05819.  7.62x54Rmm caliber bolt action rifle.  29” barrel with a rough bore.  Receiver dated 1934.  This is one of the many 91/30’s that have been refinished and imported over the years.  The arsenal type finish on the metal is in very good condition with small areas of wear.  The wooden stock and handguard are in very good condition with slight wear.  Safety added to right side rear of the receiver.  Rear sight changed.  Action works fine.  Includes the cleaning rod and a canvas sling.  (C&R)   Sold For 160.00

R      28.     CZ Model 455 Mannlicher.  Serial # B398110.  .22 WMR caliber bolt action rifle made in the Czech Republic.  20½” barrel with a bore that will clean to excellent.  5 shot detachable magazine.  The finish on the metal is in excellent condition with little if any wear.  The checkered walnut Mannlicher style stock is in excellent condition with a few tiny handling marks.  European style sling swivels.  Action works like new and the gun appears to have been fired very little.   Sold For 390.00

R      29.     Mossberg Model 500 AT Combo.  Serial # G349085.  12 Ga. 3” pump action shotgun.  18½” barrel choked cylinder with an excellent bore.  This gun also includes the original 28” plain barrel choked modified with a bore that should clean to excellent.  The finish on both barrels is in very good condition with some tiny dings and wear.  The black alloy receiver has some carry wear and some small scratches.  The hardwood stock and forearm are in very good condition with some dings and scratches.  Sling swivel studs.  Action works fine.  Sold For 210.00

R      30.     Mossberg Model 183D-B.  Serial # NSN.  .410 Ga. 3” bolt action shotgun.  23” barrel with an excellent bore.  The barrel features the Mossberg screw on choke system and comes with a full choke installed.  Internal magazine.  The finish on the metal is in good to very good condition with a few small dings and scuffs on the barrel and some wear on the edges of the receiver.  Magazine cover on the bottom shows much wear.  The wooden stock is in good condition with some dings and scratches.  Action works fine.   Made from 1948 to 1985.  Sold For 140.00

R      31.     Mossberg Model 185D-B.  Serial # NSN.  20 Ga. bolt action shotgun.  24” barrel with a dirty bore that should clean up to very good.  The barrel uses the Mossberg external screw on choke system and comes with a modified choke installed.  Detachable magazine.  The finish on the metal is in good condition with wear on both the barrel and receiver.  The walnut stock is in good condition with dings and scratches.  Extra finish has been applied.  Action works fine.  Includes an improved cylinder and full choke.  Made from 1947 to 1959.  (C&R)  Sold For 70.00

R      32.     Mossberg Model 346KA.  Serial # NSN.  .22 RF caliber bolt action rifle.  24” barrel with an excellent bore.  Tubular magazine.  The original blue finish on the metal is in very good condition with a few small scratches and some small rust spots scattered over the surface.  The walnut stock is in very good condition with some small dings and impressions.  Original sights.  Original sling swivels.  Action works fine.  Made from 1958 to 1968. Sold For 140.00

R      33.     Browning Arms Model Citori Superlight.  Serial # 82630 PNA13.  12 Ga. over and under shotgun made in Japan.  26” vent rib barrels with excellent bores.  These barrels use the Invector screw in choke tubes and come with modified and skeet tubes installed.  Single selective trigger and ejectors.  The original finish on the metal is in excellent condition with little if any wear.  The checkered walnut English style stock and forearm are in excellent condition with only a few small handling marks.  Original butt plate.  Action works like new and is tight.  Includes the original box but no papers. Sold For 875.00

R      34.     Winchester Model 94.  Serial # 1320661.  30 W.C.F. (30-30 Win.) caliber lever action rifle made c. 1942, 1943.  20” barrel with an excellent bore.  Long forearm wood and marked tang.  The finish on the metal is in good condition with some small scuffs and scratches on the barrel and some cleaned areas and edge wear on the receiver.  The walnut stock and forearm have been refinished and are in very good condition with some small dings and scratches.  Original butt plate.  Original front sight.  Rear sight replaced with a blank.  Redfield receiver sight installed.  Sling swivels.  Action works fine.  (C&R) Sold For 450.00

R      35.     SAKO Model L61R.  Serial # 529342.  .30-06 caliber bolt action rifle barreled action only.  26” barrel with an excellent bore.  This is a barreled action only with the trigger guard, floor plate, and magazine box.  Barrel is a G.R. Douglas.  The metal is in the white and in very good condition.  Action works fine.   Sold For 240.00

R      36.     Savage Arms Model B-Mag 17.  Serial # J172846.  .17 WSM caliber bolt action rifle.  22” barrel with a dirty bore that should clean to excellent.  Detachable magazine.  The matte black finish on the metal is in excellent condition with no wear.  The black synthetic stock is in excellent condition showing no wear.  Action is tight and like new.  Gun appears to be new in box.  Includes the original box, instructions and papers, and a gun lock.  Sold For 220.00

        37.     Remington-Smoot New Model No. 2 Revolver.  Serial # 1713.  .32 RF Short caliber single action spur trigger revolver.  2¾” octagon barrel with a fair bore.  5 shot cylinder.  The original nickel finish remaining on the metal is in good to very good condition with normal edge wear, fine speckles of rust scattered about, and some rust spots and flaking on the cylinder.  The hammer spur is covered in fine rust.  The checkered hard rubber grips are in good to very good condition with the right grip showing the most wear.  Action works fine and is tight for it’s age.  Approximately 2,000 made from c. 1877 to 1888. Sold For 500.00

        38.     Belgian Made Model Percussion Hammer Double.  Serial # NSN.  10 Ga. black powder percussion hammer shotgun.  30” barrels with rusty bores.  The finish on the metal is a dark brown patina with a few small dings and rust spots.  The checkered walnut stock is in good condition with dings, scratches, and wear.  Hammers work fine.  Includes the ramrod. Sold For 160.00

        39.     Unknown Maker Percussion Blunder Buss.  Serial # NSN.  12” flared barrel with a bore that tapers from about 1 1/8” to less than 1” at the base.  Most likely British.  The barrel, butt plate, and trigger guard are made of brass and are in good to very good condition.  Unmarked back action lock.  The walnut stock is in fair to good condition with small dings and scratches.  Action works fine.  Includes the ramrod.  Sold For 1,050.00

        40.     Quackenbush Model No. 1 Improved.  Serial # 29241.  .21 caliber pump action air gun.  16” barrel.  This gun was introduced in 1877 and is chambered to take a .21 caliber feathered steel dart or pointed slug.  The barrel is pushed to cock the gun, compressing a piston in the receiver. The action seems to cock and function correctly. The nickel finish on the metal is in good condition with small dings, scratches, areas of flaking, and spots of rust.  The walnut stock has been refinished and is in good condition.  However, there are cracks at the upper and lower wrist.  Numbers match on the receiver and barrel assembly. Sold For 200.00

        41.     Crescent Firearms Model New York Club Single Shot.  Serial # 104.  .32 RF caliber single shot rolling block rifle.  24” octagon barrel with a rough bore.  The finish on the metal is a dark brown patina with dings and areas of fine rust.  The walnut stock and forearm are in fair condition with dings and scratches.  Extra finish has been applied.  Original crescent butt plate.  Original sights.  Action works fine.  Many were sold by Montgomery Ward and others in the mid 1890’s.  Sold For 80.00

        42.     Mass Arms Co. Model 1882 Maynard Carbine.  Serial # 22903.  .20 Ga. single shot break open shotgun.  22” barrel with a fair bore.  Gun is marked 1882 on the right side receiver, 1873 on the left side receiver, and 1865 on the lower tang.  The finish on the metal is a dark brown patina with a few dings and some fine rust.  The walnut stock is in fair condition with some large dings and scratches.  Action seems to work fine.  These were made up into the 1880’s. Sold For 230.00

        43.     Jacob Rupertus Model Single Shot Rifle.  Serial # 2462.  .38 caliber single shot rifle made in Philadelphia, PA.  28” octagon barrel with a rough bore.  Barrel marked “J. R    102.     Harrington & Richardson Model 12 Target.  Serial # AX521596.  .22 RF caliber bolt action target rifle.  28” heavy barrel with an excellent bore.  Marked U.S. on the receiver and received from the CMP, this gun has the same military specs as the Winchester Model 52.  Adjustable trigger, target stock, and accessory rail.  Provisions for iron sights but they are not present.  The original finish on the metal is in good condition with dings and scratches on the barrel.  The bolt handle shows moderate wear and may have been altered.  The birch target stock is in good condition with dings and scratches.  Action works fine.  Includes a Guide Gear 3X to 12X power illuminated scope in detachable mounts.  Also includes the COA from the CMP.  Made from 1981 to 1986.   Sold For 350.00

Model SKS.  Serial # GT 4015.  7.62x39mm caliber semi auto rifle.  20” barrel with an excellent bore.  Made at the Tula Arsenal in 1952 and generally noted to be one of the better of the various manufactured SKSs.  The black arsenal type finish on the metal is in very good condition with some wear on the receiver and bolt.  The laminated wood stock and forearm are in good condition with scratches on the left side.  Blade bayonet.  Cleaning rod.  Numbers match.  Action works but the bolt hold open button sticks.  (C&R)

Model Navy Revolver.  Serial # 70314.  .36 caliber black powder percussion revolver.  7½” barrel with a good bore.  Made in Italy in 1979 by Armi San Paolo.  The finish on the metal is in fair condition with a lot of blue left on the barrel and cylinder but they are covered with areas of fine rust.  Good case colors on the frame and loading lever, but they are also covered with a fine rust.  Brass trigger guard and back strap should polish out nicely.  The one piece wooden grips are in good condition with small dings and scratches.  Loading lever retainer is missing.  Wedge screw replaced.  Action does not work properly as cylinder will not always rotate.  Includes a wooden case display case with balls.  Sold For 100.00

R    256.     Remington Model 870 Special Purpose.  Serial # A087242M.  12 Ga. 3” pump action shotgun made in 1990.  21” vent rib barrel with an excellent bore.  The barrel uses Rem-Choke screw in chokes and comes with a full choke tube installed.  The matte grey finish on the metal is in good condition with some slight muzzle wear on the barrel along with some carry wear and edge wear on the receiver.  The black synthetic stock and forearm are in very good condition with slight wear.  Original Remington recoil pad.  Fiber optic sights.  2 shot magazine extension with sling mount.  Action works fine.  Includes extra full, modified, and turkey Xfull choke tubes, wrench, original magazine cap and spring, the instructions, a gun lock, a nylon sling, and a hard case. Sold For 250.00

Gun Registration Information

All guns with an "R" before the number must be registered. Licensed dealers must have a current copy of their FFL signed in ink in our files. No modern long guns sold to anyone under the age of 18, nor modern hand guns to anyone under 21. No hand guns sold to out of state residents who are not dealers. Residents of states requiring a purchase permit to buy long guns (I.E. New Jersey, etc.) must furnish this permit. Persons with Curio & Relic licenses may only purchase firearms listed as such by the B.A.T.F. and must provide a signed copy of that license. The purchaser pays any and all registration fees.

Your interpretation of "excellent", "very good", "good", etc. may be very different than ours, when it comes to the description of the condition of these guns. You are the final judge of condition before you buy. Please examine any item you are interested in very carefully and decide, before you bid, if it is as you expected. Always have a gunsmith check a gun you purchased for possible defects. We do not warrant any gun to be in firing condition.

If you see any glaring mistakes in the catalog description of the guns, please inform us of the error prior to the start of the sale. This will allow us to let other buyers know of the correction before any items are sold.

We will now be adding a "(C&R)" designation to the gun listing, to indicate guns that can be given directly to buyers who are holders of Curio & Relic licenses. There may be guns that we miss that are C&R eligible. The burden of proof is on the buyer to show that a particular gun is C&R eligible. C&R guns are listed on the BATF website and in their C&R booklet. Guns that are at least 50 years old also qualify as Curio and Relics. C&R license holders are not required to fill out BATF form 4473, but must still pay the PA state $3.00 surcharge per gun.

And now a few words about antique guns. Federal law requires any firearm, made after 1898, to be registered. Even though a gun looks like an antique, we need proof it was made before 1898 before we can give it to you without registration. Since documentation of guns made by many obscure manufacturers is difficult and time consuming, we may, sometimes, incorrectly register a gun that might be an antique. We regret this error but in the case of a Federally licensed dealer, it’s better safe than sorry.
