R      1.       Winchester Model 70 Varmint.  Serial # 575821.  .220 Swift caliber bolt action rifle made in 1963.  26″ straight tapered heavy varmint barrel with an excellent bore.  90% plus of the original bluing remains on the metal with muzzle wear and scratches on the barrel, some fine rust and wear on the bolt handle, and some scratches and wear on the trigger guard and floor plate.  Filler screws in front for sight base and at rear for target block are in place.  The standard Model 70 checkered walnut stock without a forearm screw has been refinished and is in good condition with small dings, scratches, and impressions.  Plastic butt plate.  1¼” sling swivel in the rear, 1” sling swivel in the front.  Action works fine.  Includes a Weaver Micro-Trac 15X power scope in Burris mounts.  Made from 1956 to 1963.  Less than 900 guns were manufactured in this caliber.  Please see the pictures to get a better idea of the condition.  (C&R)  Additional Photo Sold For 1,050.00

R        2.     Winchester Model 70 Standard.  Serial # 102298.  .22 Hornet caliber bolt action rifle made in 1949.  24” barrel with an excellent bore.  The metal has been refinished and is in fair condition with areas of fine to medium rust and pitting on the barrel and receiver.  The floor plate and trigger guard show wear and fine rust.  The checkered walnut stock is in good to very good condition with dings, scratches, and impressions.  Steel butt plate.  Original sling swivels.  Original front sight including the hood.  Rear sight replaced with a flip sight and in backwards.  Action works fine.  Please see the pictures to get a better idea of the condition.  (C&R)  Additional Photo Sold For 1,300.00

R        3.     Winchester Model 70 Standard.  Serial # 253321.  .270 Win. caliber bolt action rifle made in 1953.  24" barrel with an excellent bore.  The original finish on the metal is in good to very good condition with some small dings and scratches on the barrel along with slight wear on the trigger guard and floor plate.  The checkered walnut stock is in good condition with a few small dings, scratches, and some flattened checkering.  Extra finish has been applied.  Original sling swivels.  Original sights including the front hood.  Action works fine.  Includes a Lyman receiver sight mounted with no alteration to the stock.  (C&R) Sold For 825.00

R        4.     Winchester Model 94.  Serial # 2225636.  .32 Win. Spl. caliber lever action rifle made in 1957.  20” barrel with an excellent bore.  The original finish on the metal is in very good condition with a few dings on the barrel and some high edge wear on the receiver.  The walnut stock and forearm are in good to very good condition with some dings, scratches, and impressions.  Original serrated butt plate.  Original front and rear sights.  Front sight hood is not correct.  Sling swivels installed.  Action works fine.  (C&R)  Sold For 450.00

          5.     Winchester Model 1885 Low Wall Standard Rifle.  Serial # 27426.  .22RF Short caliber single shot rifle made in 1888.  24 3/8” #1 octagon barrel with a fair bore that is a little rough near the muzzle.  The finish on the barrel is in poor condition and covered with spots of fine rust.  The receiver still shows case colors but has a large area of brown patina.  Lever is a brownish patina while the butt plate is more silvery.  The walnut stock and forearm are in fair condition with many little dings, scratches, and impressions.  The stock has a fine crack at the upper wrist.  Buckhorn rear sight.  Action works fine.  Sold For 450.00

R        6.     J. Stevens Arms Model 44 Ideal.  Serial # 45887.  .25-20 caliber single shot rifle.  26” part round/part octagon heavy barrel with a fair bore that might clean up better.  The finish on the metal is in poor condition with a fine rust on all metal parts.  The walnut stock and forearm have been refinished and are in good to very good condition with some dings and scratches.  Original front and rear sights.  Original crescent butt plate.  Action works OK but there is rust at the breech.  Made from 1894 to 1932.  (C&R)    Sold For 260.00

R        7.     Unknown Maker Model Side Hammer Single Shot.  Serial # 28.  16 Ga. single shot shotgun most likely made in Europe.  34½” part round/part octagon Damascus barrel with a rough bore.  Action release lever is under the trigger guard and swings to the side.  The finish on the metal is a fine brown patina.  Small amount of engraving on the receiver.  The checkered walnut stock and forearm are in fair condition with dings, scratches, and wear.  The forearm has been repaired and is missing a small piece of wood.  European type sling swivels.  Action works OK.  (C&R) Sold For 120.00

R        8.     Mannlicher Schoenauer Model 1908 Carbine.  Serial # 7382.  8x56MM M.S. caliber bolt action rifle.  19¾” barrel with a good bore.  5 shot rotary magazine.  Flat bolt handle.  2 leaf folding rear sight.  Single trigger.  The finish on the metal is in good condition with small dings, scratches, and scuffs on the barrel and receiver along with wear on the trigger guard and floor plate.  The checkered walnut stock is in fair to good condition with small dings, scratches, and wear.  Small cheek piece, sling swivels, and birds head steel butt plate.  Action works fine.  Includes a Weaver K10 scope in claw mounts.  Buyer must verify caliber before firing.  (C&R) Sold For 625.00

R        9.     Ruger Model Mini-14.  Serial # 180-85221.  .223 Rem. caliber semi auto rifle made in 1977.  18½” barrel with a good bore that could clean up better.  20 round detachable magazine.  The finish on the metal is in poor to fair condition with wear and fine to medium rust on the barrel along with fine rust on the operating rod and trigger guard.  The hardwood stock and forearm are in good to very good condition with dings and scratches.  Original sights.  Action works fine.  Includes a canvas sling and swivels. R      10.     J. Stevens Arms Model Tip-Up No. 41.  Serial # 30648.  .22 RF caliber single shot tip up pistol.  3½” part round/part octagon barrel with a rough bore that might clean up better.  This pistol features a blued barrel with a nickel plated iron frame without side plate.  The finish on the barrel is a greyish patina with areas of cleaned rust.  The nickel finish on the frame is in very good condition with some scratches, small spots of rust, and dullness.  The wooden grips are in fair condition with dings and wear.  Action works OK.  Made from c. 1903 to 1916.  (C&R) Sold For 160.00

R      11.     High Standard Model Sport-King Lightweight SK-100.  Serial # 507233.  .22 RF caliber semi auto pistol.  6¾” barrel with an excellent bore.  10 shot detachable magazine.  The original finish on the metal is in good condition with some fine rust at the muzzle, some areas of fine rust at the breech area, and some edge wear and fading of the finish on the alloy frame.  The brown plastic thumb rest grips are in good condition with some dings and wear on the bottom.  Original sights.  Action works fine.  Made c. 1955 to 1964.  (C&R) Sold For 230.00

R      12.     High Standard Model B.  Serial # 40962.  .22 RF caliber semi auto pistol.  6¾” barrel with a dirty bore that should clean up OK.  10 shot detachable magazine.  Small frame with lightweight barrel contour.  Fixed sights.  The finish on the metal is in good condition with wear on the underside and muzzle end of the barrel and on the front and rear of the grip frame.  The checkered hard rubber grips are in good condition with normal wear.  Action works fine.  Manufactured from 1932 to 1946.  (C&R)  Sold For 250.00

R      13.     Winchester Model 06.  Serial # 649497.  .22 RF caliber pump action rifle made in 1925.  20” round barrel with a rough bore.  Tubular magazine.  The finish on the metal is a brown patina with fine rust.  The walnut stock and forearm are in poor condition with the stock being cracked and repaired.  Original worn butt plate.  Action works OK but must be cycled briskly.  Made from 1906 to 1932.  (C&R) Sold For 230.00

Model No. 27.  Serial # NSN.  .22 RF caliber tip up single shot boys rifle.  16” barrel with a rough bore that could clean up better.  The finish on the metal is in poor condition being covered with areas of fine rust.  The hardwood stock and forearm are in poor condition with dings, scratches, and wear.  The stock has been altered at the wrist and is loose.  Made without a butt plate.  Front and rear sights.  Action is tight but the gun must not be fired.  (C&R)

Stevens Arms Model 17 Favorite.  Serial # N 886.  .22 RF caliber single shot boy’s rifle.  21½” part octagon/part round barrel with a very good bore.  The barrel shows good bluing with some scratches and spots of fine rust.  The receiver and lever are a fine brown patina with wear along the edges.  The walnut stock and forearm are in good condition with dings, scratches, and wear.  Original butt plate.  Front and rear sights.  Action works OK and is tight.  (C&R)

R      15b.   Second of a lot of 2: J. Stevens Arms Model 17 Favorite.  Serial # I 794.  .22 RF caliber single shot boy’s rifle.  24” round barrel with a rough bore.  The barrel has been refinished and is a dark greyish cold blue with areas of underlying pitting.  The receiver and lever are a blackish brown cold blue with wear.  The walnut stock and forearm are in good condition with dings and scratches.  Extra finish has been applied.  Original butt plate broken.  Front and rear sights.  Action works but lever is loose.  (C&R) Sold For 210.00

R      16.     Winchester Model 06.  Serial # 795589.  .22 RF caliber pump action rifle made c. mid 1930’s.  20” round barrel with an excellent bore.  Tubular magazine.  The finish on the metal is a brown patina with a few small scratches and fine rust scattered over the surface.  The gumwood stock and forearm are in fair condition with dings, scratches, and wear.  Original butt plate is broken.  Original sights.  Action works fine but drags a little.  (C&R) Sold For:

R      17.     Harrington & Richardson Model Top Snap.  Serial #A16192.  12 Ga. single shot shotgun.  30” barrel choked improved modified with a good bore.  The chamber measures 2 9/16”.  The finish on the metal is in fair condition with some dings and rust spots scattered over the surface of the barrel and receiver.  The walnut stock and forearm are in poor condition with dings, scratches, and wear.  The stock is cracked at the upper and lower wrist.  Original butt plate.  Action works OK but lock up is a little loose.  (C&R) Sold For 220.00

Higgins Model 60.  Serial # NSN.  12 Ga. semi auto shotgun.  28” plain barrel choked modified with an excellent bore.  Made for Sears, Roebuck, and Co. by High Standard.  The original finish on the metal is in fair to good condition with small dings, scratches, and fine rust on the barrel along with fine brownish rust on the receiver.  The checkered walnut stock and forearm are in good condition with dings and scratches.  However, the stock is cracked at the upper wrist.  Original butt plate.  Action works fine. R      21.     J. Stevens Arms Model 101.  Serial # Y 192.  .44 Shot caliber single shot boy’s shotgun.  26” barrel with a good bore that has some areas of roughness.  Based on the Model 12 “Marksman” action, this gun will chamber a short .410 shotgun shell but must not be fired with it.  The finish on the metal is a dark brown patina with some dings and fine to medium rust.  The wood stock and forearm are in poor condition with dings, scratches, and wear.  Stock is cracked at the wrist.  Action works but is loose.  Made from just before WWI until about 1920 or 1921. R      22.     Winchester Model 02A.  Serial # NSN.  .22 RF caliber single shot bolt action rifle.  18” round barrel with an excellent bore.  The metal is a light blueish brown patina with some small dings and scratches.  The wooden stock has been refinished and is in good condition with a few small dings.  The stock has a small crack at the upper left side.  Original trigger guard, butt plate, and sights.  Action works fine.  (C&R) Sold For 95.00

R      26.     Ruger New Model Blackhawk.  Serial # 48-32450.  .45 Colt caliber single action revolver made in 2007.  4 5/8” barrel with an excellent bore.  The original blue finish on the metal is in excellent condition with only a little edge wear on the ejector rod housing and a cylinder line.  The black checkered plastic grips are in excellent condition with a few tiny scratches on the bottom.  Adjustable sights.  Action works fine.  Includes the plastic case, instructions, gun lock, and a Ruger leather holster. R      27.     Springfield Armory Model 1911-A1 PX9151L Loaded.  Serial # N508012.  .45 ACP caliber semi auto pistol.  5” barrel with an excellent bore.  Detachable magazine.  This pistol features stainless steel construction, Novak sights, beavertail grip safety, ambidextrous thumb safety, and more.  The brushed and matte finish on the metal is in good condition with fine scratches on the slide and frame.  The diamond checkered wooden grips are in excellent condition with little wear.  Action works fine.  Includes the blue case, instructions, and an extra magazine. R      29.     Savage Arms Model Mark II LV.  Serial # 1234230.  .22 RF caliber bolt action rifle.  21” heavy barrel with an excellent bore.  Detachable magazine.  The blue finish on the metal is in excellent condition with only a few tiny scratches at the muzzle.  The checkered grey camo laminated stock is in excellent condition with no wear.  Action works fine.  Includes detachable scope bases. Double Action.  Serial # 45910.  .32 S&W caliber double action revolver.  2½” round barrel with a very good bore.  5 shot cylinder.  The original nickel finish on the metal is in excellent condition with a few tiny scratches and speckles of flaking.  The original hard rubber grips are in very good condition with slight wear to the bottom of the left grip.  Action does not work properly.  (C&R)

Automatic Hammer.  Serial # 5498.  .22 RF caliber double action top eject revolver.  3” barrel with a very good bore.  7 shot cylinder.  The nickel finish on the metal is in fair condition with rust and corrosion on several spots of the barrel and frame.  The original hard rubber grips are in very good condition with only slight wear.  Action does not work.  (C&R)  Sold For 55.00

Model 1861 Miller Conversion.  Serial # NSN.  .58 RF caliber single shot rifle.  39” barrel with a fair bore.  The Miller conversion converted the U.S. 1861 .58 caliber musket to breech loading.  It consisted of a breech block unit adapted to the breech of the barrel which lifted upward for loading.  Top of breech block marked “W.H. & G.W. Miller Patent May 23, 1865/Meriden Mfg. Co., Meriden, Conn”.  Lock is marked “Parkers’ Snow & Co. Gun Registration Information

All guns with an "R" before the number must be registered. Licensed dealers must have a current copy of their FFL signed in ink in our files. No modern long guns sold to anyone under the age of 18, nor modern hand guns to anyone under 21. No hand guns sold to out of state residents who are not dealers. Residents of states requiring a purchase permit to buy long guns (I.E. New Jersey, etc.) must furnish this permit. Persons with Curio & Relic licenses may only purchase firearms listed as such by the B.A.T.F. and must provide a signed copy of that license. The purchaser pays any and all registration fees.

Your interpretation of "excellent", "very good", "good", etc. may be very different than ours, when it comes to the description of the condition of these guns. You are the final judge of condition before you buy. Please examine any item you are interested in very carefully and decide, before you bid, if it is as you expected. Always have a gunsmith check a gun you purchased for possible defects. We do not warrant any gun to be in firing condition.

We will now be adding a "(C&R)" designation to the gun listing, to indicate guns that can be given directly to buyers who are holders of Curio & Relic licenses. There may be guns that we miss that are C&R eligible. The burden of proof is on the buyer to show that a particular gun is C&R eligible. C&R guns are listed on the BATF website and in their C&R booklet. Guns that are at least 50 years old also qualify as Curio and Relics. C&R license holders are not required to fill out BATF form 4473, but must still pay the PA state $3.00 surcharge per gun.

And now a few words about antique guns. Federal law requires any firearm, made after 1898, to be registered. Even though a gun looks like an antique, we need proof it was made before 1898 before we can give it to you without registration. Since documentation of guns made by many obscure manufacturers is difficult and time consuming, we may, sometimes, incorrectly register a gun that might be an antique. We regret this error but in the case of a Federally licensed dealer, it’s better safe than sorry.
