R      1.       Winchester Model 52 Target Rifle.  Serial # 56752B.  .22 RF caliber bolt action rifle made in 1947.  28” standard weight barrel with an excellent bore.  5 shot detachable magazine.  Rear peep sight.  Globe front sight.  Scope blocks on barrel.  The original bluing on the metal is in very good to excellent condition with some small dings and rust speckles on the barrel.  There is some corrosion on the trigger guard.  The original walnut stock is in very good to excellent condition with some dings and scratches.  Action works fine but safety is a little stiff.  The gun doesn’t appear to have been fired a lot.  (C&R)   Sold For 1,000.00
R        2.     J. Stevens Arms Model No. 44.  Serial # 79387.  .22 RF caliber single shot rifle.  28” heavy round barrel with an excellent bore.  The original finish on the barrel is in good to very good condition with areas of fine rust, some small dings, and areas of thinning finish.  The barrel was drilled for scope blocks and has an extra hole on the bottom.  The receiver and lever show a fair amount of case colors along with some brown patina.  The receiver has the cut out on the left side for a receiver sight.  The walnut stock and forearm are in fair condition with both showing repairs and some refinish.  Swiss style butt plate.  Tang sight.  Action works fine and is tight.  Includes an R.           3.     Winchester Model 1885 Low Wall.  Serial # 104.  .22 RF caliber single shot rifle.  24¼” octagon barrel with a rough bore.  There is damage at the muzzle.  The finish on the metal is in fair condition with dings and areas of fine rust on the barrel.  The receiver has been buffed and is in the white.  The walnut stock and forearm have been refinished and are in fair condition with dings and scratches.  Forearm is cracked.  Crescent butt plate.  Buckhorn rear sight.  Action works OK. R        4.     Winchester Model 54.  Serial # 14279.  .30 Gov’t ‘06 (.30-06) caliber bolt action rifle made in 1928.  24” barrel with a good bore.  The finish on the metal is a grey patina with some scuffs, scratches, and areas of fine rust scattered over the surface.  The checkered walnut stock is in poor to fair condition having been sanded hard and refinished.  Cutout for receiver sight repaired.  Butt plate replaced with a LOP of 13½”.  Flip up rear sight.  Front sight blade replaced.  Bolt handle replaced.  Sling swivel studs.  Action works OK but safety is missing.  Made from 1925 to 1936.  (C&R) Sold For 300.00
R        5.     Remington Improved Model 6.  Serial # 494534.  .22 RF caliber single shot boys rifle made in 1932.  24” round barrel with a very good bore.  The finish on the metal is a greyish brown patina with spots of fine rust and pitting on the barrel.  The receiver is a light brown patina.  The wooden stock and forearm are in good condition with dings and scratches.  Original front and rear sights although the rear is on backwards.  Action works OK.  Improved model made from 1905 to 1933.  (C&R) Sold For 120.00
R        6.     Winchester Model 70 Standard.  Serial # 42981.  .257 Roberts caliber bolt action rifle made in 1942.  22½” barrel with a very good bore.  This gun started out being chambered in .220 Swift.  It was rechambered and bored to .257 Roberts.  The front sight was cut off and the rear sight replaced with a blank.  Rear receiver bridge drilled with 3 holes, front with 2 holes.  Trigger guard and floor plate are engraved.  The finish on the metal is in good condition with some small dings, scratches, and fine rust spots.  The checkered walnut stock is in good condition with dings and scratches.  Extra finish has been applied.  Original steel butt plate.  Original front sling swivel.  Action works fine.  (C&R) Sold For 500.00
R        7.     Winchester Model 70 Standard.  Serial # 283952.  .220 Swift caliber bolt action rifle made in 1954.  26” barrel with an excellent bore.  The flash coating that remains on the stainless steel barrel is in good condition with some wear and small spots of rust scattered over the surface.  The receiver, bolt handle, and trigger guard and floor plate show some wear.  The floor plate is aluminum from a rare Featherweight Super Grade.  The checkered walnut stock is in good condition with some dings and impressions.  A black forearm tip was installed.  Original steel butt plate.  Lyman front sight but no hood.  Flip up rear sight.  Original sling swivels replaced with studs.  Action works fine.  (C&R)   Sold For 700.00
R        8.     Remington Model 1100.  Serial # 145726M.  16 Ga. semi auto shotgun made in 1964.  28” plain barrel choked full with a bore that should clean to excellent.  The original finish on the metal is in good condition with some small dings, scratches, and fine rust.  There is a bare spot on the top of the barrel midway to the muzzle.  The checkered walnut stock and forearm are in good condition with small dings, scratches, and impressions.  Original butt plate.  Action works fine.  (C&R) Sold For 575.00
R        9.     C.J. Hamilton & Son Model No. 27 “The Hamilton Rifle”.  Serial # NSN.  .22 RF caliber tip up single shot boys rifle.  15” barrel with an excellent bore.  All Hamilton 27’s with short barrels have been exempted from the NFA.  The barrel consists of a brass tube surrounded by rolled sheet steel.  The receiver is also sheet steel.  The blue finish on the metal is in good condition with some small scratches and areas of fine rust.  The hardwood stock and forearm are in good condition with some small dings and areas of discoloration.  Extra finish was applied.  Original sights.  Action is slightly loose and the gun must not be fired.  Made from approximately 1907 to 1930.  (C&R)   Sold For 80.00

R      11.     Winchester Model 12.  Serial # 1237329.  16 Ga. pump action shotgun made in 1950.  28” plain barrel choked improved cylinder with a good bore that could clean up better.  The finish on the metal has started to turn to a greyish patina with large areas of wear on top of the receiver and barrel chamber area.  The walnut stock and forearm are in fair condition with dings, scratches, and wear.  There are 2 small pieces of wood missing at the lower wrist.  Original butt plate.  Action works fine.  (C&R) Sold For 350.00
R      12.     Winchester Model 94.  Serial # 1323214.  .30 W.C.F. (.30-30 Win.) caliber lever action rifle made c. 1943, 1944.  20” barrel with an excellent bore.  The original finish on the metal is in fair to good condition with a few small rust spots on the barrel and magazine tube along with wear, scratches, and rust spots on the receiver.  The walnut stock and forearm are in fair condition with dings and scratches.  The forearm is damaged at the forward end from sling swivel installation.  Sling swivel installed in the butt stock with an extra hole.  Marked tang.  Long wood.  Shotgun type butt plate. R      13.     Raven Arms Model P-25.  Serial # 396479.  .25 ACP caliber semi auto pistol.  2 7/16” barrel with a very good bore.  6 shot detachable magazine.  The chrome finish is in good condition but is starting to lift in a couple of spots.  There are some tiny scratches and rough edges on the slide.  The wooden grips are in very good condition with slight wear.  Action works fine.  Discontinued in 1984 with approximately 2 million made.  Includes an extra magazine, a soft case, and the instructions. R      14.     Ruger Old Model Super Single Six.  Serial # 526786.  .22 RF caliber single action revolver made in 1966.  6½” barrel with an excellent bore.  This is a 3 screw revolver that has not been converted to the new transfer bar ignition.  Adjustable sights.  The finish on the metal is in fair condition with wear at the muzzle, on the ejector rod housing, and on the cylinder.  The alloy grip frame and trigger guard have worn to a grey appearance.  The original wooden grips are in good condition with some dings and impressions.  Action works fine.  (C&R) Sold For 310.00
R      15.     High Standard Model H-B.  Serial # 81255.  .22 RF caliber semi auto pistol.  4½” barrel with a dirty bore that could clean up better.  10 shot detachable magazine.  The finish on the metal is in poor to fair condition with areas of wear on the entire surface.  The checkered hard rubber grips are in good condition with wear.  Fixed sights.  Action cycles but the slide return spring does not.   Approximately 2,200 made between 1940 & 1941.  (C&R) Sold For 200.00
R      16.     Harrington & Richardson Model 1906 Small Frame Double Action.  Serial # 64675.  .22 RF caliber double action revolver.  6” octagon barrel with a dirty bore that might clean up OK.  7 shot cylinder.  The blue finish on the metal is in fair to good condition with some scratches and wear on the barrel along with some areas of fine rust on the frame.  The original checkered hard rubber grips are in poor condition with both being broken.  Action works fine.  Made from 1905 to 1941.  (C&R) Sold For 140.00
R      17.     J. Stevens Arms Model Diamond No. 43, Second Issue Pistol.  Serial # 28783.  .22 RF caliber tip up pistol.  6” part round/part octagon barrel with a fair bore that could clean up better.  This pistol features a blued barrel with a nickel plated iron frame without side plate.  The finish on the barrel is now a grey patina with spots of fine rust.  The nickel plated frame shows many spots of fine rust and flaking.  The wooden grips are in fair to good condition with wear.  Action works fine.  Made from c. 1896 to 1916.  (C&R) Sold For 140.00
R      18.     A. Burgmoser Zimmer Schuetzen Gallery Rifle.  Serial # 5597.  4mm caliber.  27 7/8” octagonal barrel with a gallery barrel being the forward 7¾”.  Double set adjustable triggers.  Barrel is marked “A. Burgmoser Munchen”.  The blue finish on the metal is in fair to good condition with some small dings and scratches, and fine rust scattered over the surface.  The receiver, top and bottom tangs, and trigger guard show good traces of case colors along with areas of a brown patina.  The checkered walnut stock features a high pronounced Schuetzen cheek piece and Swiss butt plate.  European style sling swivels.  Removable front sight, which is missing, along with a removable rear peep sight. R      19.     Winchester Model 1902.  Serial # NSN.  .22 RF caliber single shot bolt action rifle.  18” round barrel with a rough bore that might clean up a little better.  The metal appears to have been cleaned and is a greyish brown patina.  The wooden stock is in poor condition with some dings and 2 cracks, one on each side of the forearm.  Original trigger guard, butt plate, and sights.  Action works OK.  Made from 1902 to 1931.  (C&R) Sold For 90.00

Stevens Arms Model 26 Crack Shot.  Serial # NSN.  .22 RF caliber single shot boy’s rifle.  20” barrel with a fair bore.  The finish on the metal is a blackish brown patina with areas of cold blue and some fine rust on the receiver.  The wooden stock and forearm have been refinished and are in fair condition with some discoloration at the butt plate and a crack at the upper and lower wrist.  Original sights.  Action works and is tight.  (C&R)

R      21.     Winchester Model 60.  Serial # NSN.  .22 RF caliber bolt action single shot rifle.  23” barrel with an excellent bore.  The metal has been cold blued and is in fair to good condition with a dark blackish brown finish with some small spots of rust.  The original wooden stock has been refinished and is in fair to good condition with some dings and scratches.  Original butt plate is broken.  Action works OK.  Made from 1930 to 1934.  (C&R) Sold For 90.00

Stevens Arms Model 1915 Favorite.  Serial # I 795.  .22 RF caliber single shot boys rifle.  24” round barrel with a rough bore that could clean up a little better.  The original bluing on the barrel is in fair condition and has started to turn to a brown patina with some dings and areas of fine rust.  The receiver and lever are a brown patina with fine rust.  The walnut stock and forearm are in poor to fair condition with some dings, scratches, and a flaking finish.  Original butt plate.  Rear sight is missing.  Action works fine and is tight.  Includes a Mossberg M4c 4x power scope in a Weaver side mount mounted on the barrel.  Made from 1915 to 1940.  (C&R) Sold For 170.00
        23a.   First of a lot of 3: Harrington & Richardson Model American Double Action.  Serial # 921.  .32 S&W caliber double action revolver.  2½” barrel and a 6 shot cylinder.  The nickel finish is in poor condition with rust and flaking.  Right grip is broken.  Action does not work properly.  This is the 1st model, 3rd variation made from 1888 to 1897.
        23b.   Second of a lot of 3: Harrington & Richardson Model Automatic Ejecting, Second Model.  Serial # 2775.  .32 S&W caliber double action revolver.  3¼” barrel and a 6 shot cylinder.  The nickel finish is in poor condition with rust and corrosion.  Both grips missing.  Action does not work properly.  This is the 1st variation made from 1885 to 1886. 
        23c.   Third of a lot of 3: Iver Johnson First Model Safety Automatic Hammer.  Serial # 469580.  .32 S&W caliber double action revolver.  2” barrel and a 5 shot cylinder.  The nickel finish is in poor to fair condition with rust, corrosion, and flaking finish.  Left grip is broken.  Action works.  Made from 1894 to 1895. R      24a.   First of a lot of 3: Smith & Wesson Model .32 Double Action Fourth Model.  Serial # 161447.  .32 S&W caliber double action top eject revolver.  3” barrel with a rough bore.  5 shot cylinder.  The finish on the metal is in poor condition with a greyish brown patina.  The black faux pearl grips are in good condition.  Two pins missing from the frame.  Action does not work properly.  Made from 1883 to 1909.  (C&R)
R      24b.   Second of a lot of 3: Hopkins & Allen Model X.L. Double Action.  Serial # 4371.  .22RF caliber double action revolver.  2¼” barrel with a rough bore.  The nickel finish on the metal is a refinish and is in good condition.  The original hard rubber grips are in very good condition with slight wear.  Action does not work properly.  (C&R)  
R      24c.   Third of a lot of 3: Iver Johnson 2nd Model Safety Automatic Hammer.  Serial # C70186.  .38 S&W caliber double action top eject revolver.  4” barrel with a rough bore.  5 shot cylinder.  The metal is covered with rust spots and pitting with no finish remaining.  Both grips are missing.  Action works but top break is loose.  (C&R) Sold For 45.00
R      25a.   First of a lot of 4: Harrington & Richardson Hammerless First Model.  Serial # 8515.  .32 S&W caliber double action top eject revolver.  3” barrel with a 5 shot cylinder.  The metal is a grey patina with no finish remaining.  Front sight missing.  Both grips are missing.  Action does not work properly.  This is the first variation and was made from 1899 to 1903.  (C&R) 
R      25b.   Second of a lot of 4: Hopkins & Allen Model X.L. Double Action.  Serial # 7543.  .22RF caliber double action revolver.  2¼” barrel.  This is a frame and barrel only in poor condition.  For parts only.  (C&R)    
R      25c.   Third of a lot of 4: Iver Johnson Model U.S. Revolver Co. Automatic Hammer.  Serial # 97202.  .32 S&W caliber double action top eject revolver.  3” barrel with a 5 shot cylinder.  The nickel finish on the metal is in poor condition with rust and corrosion.  Both grips are missing.  Front sight blade missing.  Action does not work.  (C&R) 
        25d.   Fourth of a lot of 4: Harrington & Richardson Model American Double Action.  Serial # 8712.  .32 S&W caliber double action revolver.  2½” octagon barrel.  This is a frame only in poor condition covered in rust.  For parts only.  This is the 1st model, 3rd variation which was made from 1888 to 1897.   Sold For 10.00
R      26.     Imman Meffert Model Over/Under Combination Gun.  Serial # 25231.  9.3x70Rmm/16 Ga. over and under hammer shotgun/rifle combination gun made in Germany.  27” barrels.  The shotgun barrel is Damascus and the bore shows some slight roughness while the rifle barrel is a little rough but could clean up better.  Marked on the top rib “Imman Meffert Suhl”.  Immanuel Meffert was a prominent Suhl gun maker, in business up to WWII.  Engraved receiver, side locks, hammers, and trigger guard.  The finish on the metal is in very good condition with only slight wear.  The receiver, side locks, hammers, and trigger guard show traces of case colors.  The finely checkered walnut stock and forearm are in very good to excellent condition with only slight wear.  European sling swivels.  Express type rear sight.  Action works fine.  Please see the pictures to get a better idea on the condition.  (C&R) Additional Photo Sold For 1,500.00
R      27.     French Made Model Double Barrel.  Serial # 3380.  16 Ga. double barrel shotgun.  27 5/8” barrels choked full and modified with bores that should clean up to very good.  Double triggers and extractor only.  French stampings on the bottom of barrels including “St. Etienne”.  The finish on the blued barrels is starting to turn to a brown patina with a few small marks near the muzzle and some areas of slight wear.  The receiver shows a small amount of engraving and is mostly a very light patina.  The checkered walnut stock and forearm are in fair condition with some dings and wear to the checkering.  The stock has several areas with missing pieces of wood and is cracked at the toe.  The forearm has some missing slivers of wood on the left side.  European type sling swivels.  Action works OK.  (C&R) Sold For 160.00
R      28.     British No. 4 Mark 1 (T).  Serial # AP1217.  .303 British caliber bolt action sniper rifle.  25” barrel with an excellent bore.  Detachable magazine.  Marked on the left side socket “M 47 1943 TR”.  The finish on the metal is in good to very good condition with normal areas of wear.  The wooden stock and handguard are in good condition with some dings and scratches.  Wooden cheek piece screwed to the stock but it is too high to clear the rearward movement of the bolt.  Otherwise, the action works OK.  Bolt number matches.  Includes a repro No. 32 MK II scope and mount, the metal scope case, tool, and 2 leather slings.  (C&R) Sold For 850.00
        29.     Steyr Mannlicher Model 95.  Serial # 4227.  .303 British caliber bolt action rifle made in Austria.  25” barrel with a very good bore.  Receiver marked “Steyr 1896”.  Made for the Dutch East Indies and converted to .303 British after WWII.  The arsenal type finish on the metal is in good condition with some areas of underlying pitting and some small rust spots.  The wooden stock has been cut down at the front and is in good condition with some dings and scratches.  Handguard is missing.  Action works OK.  Includes a leather sling. R      30.     British – I.A.C. No. 4 Mark 1/2 (F).  Serial # BA11353.  .303 British caliber bolt action rifle.  25” barrel with an excellent bore.  Dated 1943 on the socket, the receiver is marked “No. 4 MK 1/2(F) FTR /53”.  10 shot detachable magazine.  The arsenal type finish on the metal is in good to very good condition with small areas of wear.  The wooden stock and handguard are in good condition with dings, scratches, and wear.  Receiver, bolt, socket, and magazine numbers match.  Action works fine and the gun appears to be complete.  (C&R) Sold For 425.00
        31.     Remington No. 1 Rolling Block Military Rifle.  Serial # NSN.  .43 Spanish caliber single shot rifle.  35” barrel with a rough bore.  The metal is in poor condition with pitting, large dings and dents, and overall wear.  The wooden stock and forearm are in poor condition with dings, scratches, and extreme wear.  Action does not work properly.   Sold For 160.00
        32.     British Model Martini-Henry Mark II.  Serial # NSN.  .577-450 MH caliber single shot lever action rifle made in 1874.  33¼” barrel with a rough bore.  The metal is in poor condition with rust spots and no original finish remaining.  The stock and forearm are in poor condition with dings, scratches, and heavy wear.  Action does not work.         33.     Navy Arms Co. Percussion Musket.  Serial # 10138.  .58 caliber black powder percussion musket.  33” barrel.  This gun is missing many parts.  It includes the stock, barrel, and lock.  Condition is poor.  Sold For 80.00
R      34.     FN Model 49.  Serial # 5502.  7mm Mauser caliber semi auto rifle made in Belgium.  23” barrel with an excellent bore.  Made for Venezuela and features a flash hider.  Detachable magazine without the follower and spring.  The black finish on the metal is in very good condition with a small amount of wear.  The wooden stock and handguard are in good condition with dings and scratches.  Action works fine and rifle appears to be complete.  Includes a Maverick 4X power scope in an original type mount.  (C&R)  Sold For 775.00
R      35.     Steyr Mannlicher Model 95.  Serial # NSN.  6.5x53Rmm caliber bolt action rifle made in Austria.  24½” barrel with a very good bore.  Receiver marked “Steyr 1913”.  Made for the Dutch East Indies.  The rifle has been sporterized.  The barrel was cut and a different front sight added.  The stock was also cut and thinned and checkered at the wrist.  The blue finish on the metal is in good condition with small rust speckles scattered over the surface.  Crest and crown on the receiver ring.  The wooden stock and handguard have been cut down at the front and is in good condition with some dings and scratches.  European type sling swivels.  Action works OK.  Rifle should be checked to verify the correct caliber.  (C&R)      Sold For 60.00

R      37.     Winchester Model 70 Standard.  Serial # 19285.  .22 Hornet caliber bolt action rifle made in 1939.  23¼” barrel with an excellent bore.  The barrel has been set back approximately ¾” and caliber remarked.  The metal has been refinished and is in good condition with a few dings and scratches on the barrel and on the floorplate.  The original steel floor plate has been replaced with a later aluminum floor plate.  The checkered walnut stock is in very good condition but has been repaired at the comb and refinished.  Front sling swivel hole repaired.  Steel butt plate.  Original sling swivels.  Rear sight missing.  Front hood is a replacement.  Rear of receiver not drilled.  Action works Ok but bolt stop extension is not correct.  Includes a vintage Weaver 330 scope in a Stith mount.  (C&R) Sold For 725.00

Model MK II.  Serial # N/A.  .303 British caliber straight pull bolt action rifle made in Canada.  28” barrel with a slightly rough bore.  This is a military rifle that has been sporterized.  The finish on the metal is in fair condition with a brownish black patina, wear, and some fine rust.  The walnut stock has been modified and refinished and is in poor to fair condition.  Leather cheek piece added.  Extended peep sight added to the rear of receiver.  Action works OK.  Sold For 100.00

Model MK II.  Serial # N/A.  .303 British caliber straight pull bolt action rifle made in Canada.  28” barrel with a slightly rough bore.  The finish on the metal is in fair condition with some pitting on the trigger guard and brown patina along with some fine rust on the receiver and barrel.  The walnut stock has been cut and refinished and is in fair condition with many dings and scratches.  Original sights but no front hood.  Sling swivels missing.  Action works OK.  Sold For 140.00

Gun Registration Information

All guns with an "R" before the number must be registered. Licensed dealers must have a current copy of their FFL signed in ink in our files. No modern long guns sold to anyone under the age of 18, nor modern hand guns to anyone under 21. No hand guns sold to out of state residents who are not dealers. Residents of states requiring a purchase permit to buy long guns (I.E. New Jersey, etc.) must furnish this permit. Persons with Curio & Relic licenses may only purchase firearms listed as such by the B.A.T.F. and must provide a signed copy of that license. The purchaser pays any and all registration fees.

Your interpretation of "excellent", "very good", "good", etc. may be very different than ours, when it comes to the description of the condition of these guns. You are the final judge of condition before you buy. Please examine any item you are interested in very carefully and decide, before you bid, if it is as you expected. Always have a gunsmith check a gun you purchased for possible defects. We do not warrant any gun to be in firing condition.

If you see any glaring mistakes in the catalog description of the guns, please inform us of the error prior to the start of the sale. This will allow us to let other buyers know of the correction before any items are sold.

We will now be adding a "(C&R)" designation to the gun listing, to indicate guns that can be given directly to buyers who are holders of Curio & Relic licenses. There may be guns that we miss that are C&R eligible. The burden of proof is on the buyer to show that a particular gun is C&R eligible. C&R guns are listed on the BATF website and in their C&R booklet. Guns that are at least 50 years old also qualify as Curio and Relics. C&R license holders are not required to fill out BATF form 4473, but must still pay the PA state $3.00 surcharge per gun.

And now a few words about antique guns. Federal law requires any firearm, made after 1898, to be registered. Even though a gun looks like an antique, we need proof it was made before 1898 before we can give it to you without registration. Since documentation of guns made by many obscure manufacturers is difficult and time consuming, we may, sometimes, incorrectly register a gun that might be an antique. We regret this error but in the case of a Federally licensed dealer, it’s better safe than sorry.
