R      1.       Masterpiece Arms Model MPA930T Defender.  Serial # F14103.  9mm Luger caliber semi auto pistol.  3¼” barrel with an excellent bore.  30 round detachable magazine.  This is a Mac-11 style pistol in a digital desert type camo.  Also includes a 5” screw on faux silencer.  The pistol is in excellent condition with only a tiny bit of edge wear on the silencer.  Action works fine.  Includes the original black plastic case but no papers. R        2.     Taurus Model 94 SS.  Serial # WG12388.  .22 RF caliber double action stainless steel revolver.  2” barrel with an excellent bore.  9 shot cylinder.  The satin finish on the stainless steel is in excellent condition with just a few fine marks near the cylinder release.  The black rubber grips are in excellent condition showing no wear.  Red ramp front sight.  Adjustable white outline rear sight.  Action works fine. R        3.     Savage Arms Model 3C.  Serial # NSN.  .22 RF caliber bolt action single shot rifle.  26” barrel with an excellent bore.  The finish on the metal is in good condition with some small dings and some scattered spots of fine rust.  The walnut stock is in good condition with a few dings and scratches.  Front and rear sights.  Action works fine.  (C&R)  Sold For 110.00

R        4.     Belgian Made Model New Century Rifle.  Serial # 3055.  .22 RF caliber bolt action single shot rifle.  18” barrel with a rough bore.  The finish on the metal is good condition with some small scratches, dings, and spots of wear.  The walnut stock is in good condition with small dings, scratches, and some small cracks at the upper wrist.  Stock is marked “Registered Trade Mark” on left side.  Original front and rear sights.  Action works fine.  (C&R)  Sold For 50.00

R        5.     Zastava – Mitchell’s Mausers Model 48A Collector Grade.  Serial # 50887.  8 MM Mauser caliber bolt action rifle.  23” barrel with an excellent bore.  This is a WWII era Mauser K98 made in Yugoslavia.  This rifle is in it’s full arsenal finish and is in excellent condition showing no wear.  All numbers match.  Action works fine and the gun appears to have been fired very little if at all.  It includes the original box, papers, COA, bayonet and scabbard, sling, field cleaning kit, and leather ammo pouch.  (C&R) Sold For 500.00

R        6.     Remington Model 1100.  Serial # L997063V.  12 Ga. semi auto shotgun.  28” plain barrel choked improved modified with a very good bore.  The barrel does have several small dents.  The finish on the metal is in poor condition being covered with areas of fine rust.  The walnut stock and forearm are in fair condition with dings, scratches, and finish wear.  Action works fine.    Sold For 260.00

R        7.     Winchester Model 12.  Serial # 1302552.  16 Ga. pump action shotgun made in 1952.  28” plain barrel choked improved modified with a bore that should clean to excellent.  The finish on the metal is in poor condition being covered with a rusty brown patina.  The walnut stock and forearm are in poor condition with small dings and finish wear.  The stock is cracked on both sides of the wrist.  Recoil pad with an LOP of 13¾”.  Action works OK.  (C&R) Sold For 130.00

R        8.     Spanish - Oviedo Model 1916 Short Rifle.  Serial # 41.  7mm Mauser caliber bolt action rifle.  21½” barrel with a fair bore.  Receiver is dated 1920.  The black painted finish on the metal is in poor condition with most of it missing.  The wooden stock has been cut down and is in fair condition.  Stock has 2 sling swivel holes and the butt plate is missing the top screw.  Handguard is missing.  Action works.  (C&R)   Sold For 170.00

R        9.     Remington Model 511 “ScoreMaster”.  Serial # NSN.  .22 RF caliber bolt action rifle.  25” barrel with an excellent bore.  Detachable magazine.  The finish on the metal is in good condition with some muzzle wear, some fine scratches, a few small dings, and some very fine scattered rust.  The walnut stock is in fair condition with dings, scratches, and spots of wear.  Original sights were replaced with a Lyman blade in the front and a Lyman receiver sight in the rear.  Action works fine.  Includes a Boyt leather sling.  (C&R) Sold For 160.00

R      10.     Remington Model 511 “ScoreMaster”.  Serial # NSN.  .22 RF caliber bolt action rifle.  25” barrel with an excellent bore.  Detachable magazine.  The finish on the metal is in good condition with some slight muzzle wear, a few fine scratches, and a brown patina with the majority of it being on the receiver.  The walnut stock is in fair condition with dings, scratches, and wear.  Original sights were replaced with a Lyman blade in the front and a Lyman receiver sight in the rear.  Action works fine.  Includes a Boyt leather sling.  This is a virtual twin to the gun above.  (C&R) Sold For 150.00

R      11.     Remington Model 510 “TargetMaster”.  Serial # NSN.  .22 RF caliber bolt action single shot rifle.  25” barrel with a fair bore that has a spot of rust.  The finish on the metal is in poor condition being covered in a brown patina with fine to medium rust.  The walnut stock is in good condition with some dings, scratches, and finish wear.  Front and rear sights.  Sling swivels added.  Action works fine.  (C&R) Sold For 100.00

R      12.     Savage Arms Model Westpoint 949.  Serial # P485558.  12 Ga. 3” single shot shotgun.  28” barrel choked full with an excellent bore.  Release lever on the right side of receiver.  The finish on the metal is in very good to excellent condition with a few dings and some patches of fine rust scattered over the barrel.  The alloy receiver shows no wear.  The hardwood stock and forearm are in very good to excellent condition with some fine scratches on the forearm.  Action works fine and is tight.  Includes the original box and instructional hang tag. R      13.     Colt Model Army Special.  Serial # 362695.  .32-20 W.C.F. caliber double action revolver made in 1914.  5” barrel with a very good bore.  Very little of the original finish remains on the metal.  The barrel has some dings, fine rust, and wear near the muzzle while the frame and cylinder are a brown patina with large spots of fine rust.  The original checkered hard rubber grips are in good condition with some dings and wear on the bottom.  Action works fine.  Made from 1908 to 1927.  (C&R) Sold For 325.00

R      14.     Suinaga Y Aramberri Model Double Action.  Serial # 20173.  .38 Long caliber double action revolver.  5” barrel with a very good bore that has a little fine rust.  This is a Spanish made gun that resembles an S&W Hand Ejector.  Made in Spain c. 1920’s.  While the barrel is marked .38 Long, the cylinder will chamber a .38 Special cartridge.  The blue finish on the metal is in good to very good condition with some small areas of fine rust.  The checkered wooden grips are in good condition with slight wear.  Action works fine.  (C&R) Sold For 160.00

R      15.     High Standard Model Sentinel R-103.  Serial # 1353886.  .22 RF caliber double action revolver.  6” barrel with an excellent bore.  9 shot swing out cylinder, blued barrel with a matte finished aluminum frame.  The metal is in excellent condition with just a few small marks on the barrel.  The original 1 piece checkered plastic grip is in excellent condition with no wear.  Fixed sights.  Action works fine.  Includes the original box.  (C&R) Sold For 300.00

R      16.     Winchester Model 70 XTR.  Serial # G1448256.  .270 Win. caliber bolt action rifle made in 1980.  22” barrel with an excellent bore.  The original finish on the metal is in excellent condition with little if any wear.  The checkered walnut stock features a Monte Carlo cheek piece and a black forearm and grip cap.  It is in excellent condition with just a few tiny impressions.  Original butt plate and detachable sling swivel studs.  Original sights including the front hood.  Action works fine.  Includes a Redfield Widefield 2X to 7X power scope in see through mounts.  Sold For 750.00

R      17.     Ted Williams Model 200.  Serial # 106336.  20 Ga. 3” pump action shotgun.  27” vent rib barrel with an excellent bore.  The barrel features an adjustable choke system.  Made for Sears, Roebuck, & Co. by Winchester.  The original finish on the metal is in excellent condition with only a few tiny marks on the alloy receiver.  The press checkered walnut stock and forearm are in very good to excellent condition with some small dings.  Original recoil pad.  Action works fine.  Sold For 260.00

R      18.     J.C. Higgins Model 103.16.  Serial # NSN.  .22 RF caliber bolt action rifle.  24” barrel with an excellent bore.  Detachable magazine.  Made for Sears, Roebuck, & Co. by Marlin.  The finish on the metal is in very good condition with some wear spots near the end of the barrel, some dried oil or varnish on the breech end of the barrel, and some wear on the rear portion of the receiver.  The hardwood stock is in good to very good condition with some dings and impressions.  Front and rear sights.  Action works fine.  Includes a Weaver Marksman ¾” scope in a Weaver side mount. Higgins Model 583.19.  Serial # NSN.  20 Ga. bolt action shotgun.  26” barrel choked full with an excellent bore.  Made for Sears, Roebuck, & Co. by High Standard.  5 shot tubular magazine.  The finish on the metal is in good condition with some small rust spots, some dried oil or varnish on the barrel, and some wear on the rear portion of the receiver.  The walnut stock is in good condition with some small dings, scratches, and wear on the forearm.  Original recoil pad.  Action works fine.  Includes a padded carrying strap in detachable sling swivels.  This gun is under recall and the buyer is advised to immediately stop using the shotgun.  Call 800-817-9165 for identification verification and instructions on return procedure.  (C&R)   Sold For 110.00

R      21.     Ithaca Model 49.  Serial # 490318943.  .22 RF caliber single shot lever action rifle.  18” barrel with an excellent bore.  The blue finish on the barrel and faux magazine tube is in very good condition with some small areas of fine rust.  The black finished alloy receiver is in very good condition with some tiny dings.  The hardwood stock and forearm are in excellent condition with little wear.  However, there are 2 initials carved in the wood underneath the lever.  Original sights.  Action works fine.  Includes the original box but no papers.  Sold For 270.00

R      22.     R.F.I. Ishapore Model No. 1 SMLE MK III*.  Serial # 59028M.  .303 British caliber bolt action rifle made in India in 1954.  25” barrel with an excellent bore.  10 shot detachable magazine.  The arsenal type finish on the metal is in fair condition with several areas of wear.  The stock and handguards are fair condition with dings, scratches, wear, and repairs.  Numbers match and the gun appears to be complete.  Action works OK.  (C&R)   Sold For 300.00

        23.     Springfield Armory Model 1842 Percussion Musket.  Serial # NSN.  .69 caliber black powder percussion rifle.  42” barrel with a rusty bore.  Lock dated 1851.  The metal has been cleaned and shows rust marks and areas of fine to medium pitting.  The wooden stock is in fair condition with dings, scratches, wear, and some small cracks.  Inspector’s cartouche not visible.  Action works OK and gun appears to be complete.  Please see the picture to get a better idea of the condition. R      24.     Remington Model 710 Sportsman.  Serial # 71090787.  .30-06 caliber bolt action rifle.  22” barrel with an excellent bore.  This rifle features a matte grey finished steel barrel and receiver sleeve along with a grey synthetic stock.  Detachable magazine.  The matte finish on the metal is in very good condition with just a few small areas of very fine rust on the barrel.  The synthetic stock is in excellent condition showing little if any wear.  Rubber butt pad and sling swivel studs.  Action works fine.  Include a Bushnell 3X to 9X power scope in detachable mounts. R      25.     Springfield Armory Model 1903.  Serial # 161097.  .30-06 caliber bolt action rifle made in 1906.  24” barrel with an excellent bore.  The barrel is marked RA 6-42.  The arsenal type finish on the metal is in good condition with the action and bolt being a blackish color while other parts are mostly a greenish grey Parkerizing.  The walnut stock and handguard are in good condition with dings, scratches, and wear.  Some proof marks visible on the bottom of the stock.  Action works OK and the gun appears to be complete.  Caution should be taken when firing any Springfield Armory made 1903 with a serial number below 800,000.  (C&R)  Sold For 650.00

        26.     Springfield Armory Model 1863 Rifle Musket.  Serial # NSN.  .58 caliber black powder percussion rifle musket.  40” barrel with a good bore.  Lock dated 1864.  Top of barrel dated 1864.  2 leaf rear sight.  The metal is in fair condition with areas of pitting and fine rust.  The walnut stock is in fair condition with dings, some large, scratches, and wear.  Action works OK and rifle appears to be complete.  Please see the picture to get a better idea of the description.  Sold For 1,100.00

        27.     Springfield Armory Allen Conversion Model 1866 Rifle.  Serial # NSN.  .50 Center Fire caliber single shot rifle.  32½” barrel with a fair bore that might clean up better.  Springfield Armory lock dated 1863.  Breech block dated 1866.  The metal is in fair condition with some small dings and fine rust on the barrel and other small parts along with some heavier rust on the lock and hammer.  The walnut stock is in fair condition with dings, scratches, and wear.  Action works OK and the gun appears to be complete.  Please see the picture to get a better idea on the condition.  Sold For 575.00

        28.     U.S. Springfield Model 1888 Trapdoor.  Serial # 508740.  .45-70 Govt. caliber single shot rifle.  32½” barrel with a good bore that should clean up better.  The finish on the metal is a greyish patina with areas of fine rust.  The walnut stock is in good to very good condition with some dings and scratches.  Good “SWP 1890” cartouche on the left side.  Faint circle “P” on the bottom of wrist.  Original Buffington rear sight.  Original swivels and cleaning rod/bayonet.  Action works OK and the gun appears to be complete.  Please see the picture to get a better idea of the description.   Sold For 525.00

        29.     U.S. Springfield Model 1873 Trapdoor.  Serial # 55888.  .45-70 Govt. caliber single shot rifle.  32½” barrel with a fair bore that might clean up better.  Lock dated 1873.  Breech block marked “Model 1873” and also “N.J.”.  The arsenal blue finish on the metal is in good condition with some dings on the forward portion of the barrel, some small areas of wear, and some areas of fine rust on the breech block.  The walnut stock is in good to very good condition with some dings and scratches.  The only markings are a small “30” on the bottom of the wrist.  Action works OK and the gun appears to be complete.  Please see the picture to get a better idea of the description.         30.     Belgian Made Model Percussion Double.  Serial # NSN.  16 Ga. double barrel percussion shotgun.  30” barrels with rusty bores.  The finish on the metal is a brown patina with fine rust scattered over the surface.  The walnut half stock is in good condition with small dings, scratches, and wear.  Hammers work.  Includes the ramrod.  Sold For 95.00

R      31.     Springfield Armory Model 1898 Krag.  Serial # 195877.  .30-40 Krag caliber bolt action rifle.  30” barrel with a rough bore.  The finish on the metal is mostly a silvery black patina with some areas of fine rust.  The walnut stock and handguard are in fair to good condition with dings, some large, and scratches.  Excellent cartouche on the left side.  Action works OK and gun appears to be complete.  Please see the picture to get a better idea of the condition.  (C&R) Sold For 650.00

R      32.     Springfield Armory Model M1 Garand.  Serial # 175198.  .30-06 caliber semi auto rifle.  24” barrel with a rough bore that might clean up better.  The receiver dates to January of 1941.  The barrel is an SA and is dated 12-40.  All major parts SA.  Uncut operating rod.  Lock bar rear sight.  Milled trigger guard.  The Parkerized military finish on the metal is in poor condition with spots of wear and fine rust scattered over the surface.  The walnut stock and handguards are in well worn condition with dings, scratches, and wear.  Action works OK.  (C&R) Sold For 1,200.00

R      33.     National Postal Meter Model M1 Carbine.  Serial # 4118193.  .30 M1 Carbine caliber semi auto rifle.  18” barrel with a very good bore.  Barrel is a Buffalo Arms dated 10-1943.  15 round detachable magazine is NOT included.  The Parkerized finish on the metal is in good to very good condition with some small rust spots on the receiver.  The wooden stock and handguard are in good condition with dings and scratches.  2 rivet handguard.  Flat bolt.  Adjustable rear sight.  Bayonet lug.  Action works OK.  Also includes a fabric sling.  (C&R) Sold For 950.00

R      34.     Colt Model 1911.  Serial # 464285.  .45 ACP caliber semi auto pistol made in 1918.  5” barrel with an excellent bore.  Detachable magazine.  Marked “United States Property”.  Colt slide.  Unmarked barrel.  Smooth mainspring housing.  The Parkerized finish on the metal is in good condition with some underlying dings and pitting and some wear at the muzzle.  The brown plastic grips are in very good condition with minimal wear.  Some inspector’s marks are visible.  The action works OK.  Includes a Bucheimer US marked black leather shoulder holster.  (C&R) Sold For 1,650.00

R      35.     Essex Arms Model 1911.  Serial # 31479.  .45 ACP caliber semi auto pistol.  5” barrel with a very good bore.  Detachable magazine.  This put together gun features an Essex frame, a well worn Union Switch & Signal slide, and various other parts.  The grey Parkerized finish on the metal is in good condition with a few small scratches and dings, and some mild edge wear.  The wooden checkered grips are in very good condition with slight wear.  Action works.  Includes a Western Arms Co. R      36.     Remington Model 870 Wingmaster Combo.  Serial # S962736V.  12 Ga. pump action shotgun made in 1974.  28” vent rib barrel choked modified with an excellent bore.  The finish on the metal is in very good condition with some small rust spots on the receiver and on the rib.  The checkered walnut stock and forearm are in very good to excellent condition with just a few impressions on the forearm.  Remington recoil pad.  Action works fine.  Includes an extra 20” barrel with rifle sights.  The barrel is in good condition but the front sight blade is broken. R      37.     Ithaca Model New Ithaca Double Field.  Serial # 466613.  12 Ga. double barrel shotgun made in 1940.  28” barrels choked full and modified with bores that will clean up to excellent.  The right barrel is dented 8” from the muzzle.  Double triggers and extractor only.  The finish on the metal is in fair condition with some scratches and fine rust spots on the barrel along with the receiver being a mostly brown patina.  The checkered walnut stock and forearm are in good condition with some dings, scratches, and spots of wear.  Action works fine and is tight.  (C&R)  Sold For 300.00

R      38.     Winchester Model 1897.  Serial # 813991.  12 Ga. pump action take down shotgun made in 1931.  30” plain barrel choked full with a bore that should clean to very good.  The finish on the metal is in fair condition with small dings, scratches, and areas of fine rust spots and wear, especially on the receiver.  The walnut stock and forearm are in fair condition with the stock being repaired at the bottom of the wrist.  Action works OK.  (C&R)  Sold For 300.00

R      39.     Austrian Made Model 98 Rifle.  Serial # 469.51.  .30-06 caliber bolt action rifle.  24” barrel with an excellent bore.  The blue finish on the metal is in very good condition with a few small areas of wear and a couple of spots of fine rust.  The checkered walnut stock features a cheek piece and is in good condition with some dings, scratches, and impressions.  Recoil pad with an LOP of 13½”.  Fixed sights on the barrel.  Tang mounted safety.  Action works fine.  Includes a leather sling and a Redfield 3X to 9X power scope in see through rings.  Sold For 400.00

R      40.     Miroku - Charles Daly Model Field Grade Over/Under.  Serial # S508983.  12 Ga. over/under shotgun.  28” vent rib barrels choked full and improved modified with excellent bores.  Made in Japan by Miroku Firearms.  Single selective trigger.  Automatic ejectors.  The finish on the metal is in very good condition with some small rust spots on the barrels along with some edge wear on the lower portion of the receiver.  The checkered walnut stock and forearm are in very good condition showing some dings and scratches.  There is a small piece of wood missing at the upper right wrist.         67.     Colt 3rd Model Dragoon "Giuseppe Garibaldi Special Edition”.  Serial # GCA1233.  .44 caliber black powder percussion single action revolver.  7½” barrel with an excellent bore.   This gun was part of the "Giuseppe Garibaldi Special Edition."  The serial number range went from GCA1000 to GCA1299. They made approximately 206 in 1982.  There were 94 remaining guns sold that never had the barrel and cylinder gold engraved and blued.  This is one of those 94 guns.  The gun appears to be unfired and is in very good to excellent condition with a few scratches and spots of fine rust on the barrel.  The brass grip frame is slightly tarnished but should polish out OK.  Action works fine.  Includes the instructions.  Sold For 400.00

      209.     George Lee Swivel Breech Double Barrel Percussion Rifle.  Serial # NSN.  .45 caliber smooth bore black powder percussion over/under rotating barrel rifle.  37” octagon barrels with dark bores.  Across the flats, barrels measure .800” at the breech and .700” at the muzzle.  Barrels are marked “G. LEE”.  Lock is not marked.  The metal looks like it was cleaned long ago and is a silvery brown patina with spots of fine rust.  There is some fine embellishment on the back action lock and lock plate.  Silver trigger guard, butt plate, patch box, and ferrules.  The walnut stock features checkering and a cheek piece and is in good condition.  Sights on both barrels.  Action works.  Please see the pictures to get a better idea of the description.                   History on George Lee:  George Lee (1825 – 1889) was from the Northampton/Lehigh area of PA.  He was the apprentice to Nathan Moll and was also his brother-in-law.  George later worked for Peter Moll in Hellertown and married Peter’s daughter, Elizabeth.  In 1874, after serving in the Civil War, George opened a tobacco and gun shop in Iron Hill, just north of Hellertown.  George and his wife are buried in New Jerusalem Cemetery next to Peter Moll and his wife, Mary. Model 1865.  Serial # 7450.  .52 RF (56-56) caliber lever action carbine.  20” barrel with a very good bore.  Manufactured by Burnside Rifle Co. in Providence, RI c. 1865.  Saddle ring and bar on the left side.  No Stabler cut-off device.  The barrel, receiver, and butt plate are a brown patina with small dings and some fine rust.  It appears that cold blue has been applied in some areas.  Small spots of pitting at the muzzle.  The barrel band, lever, and some action parts show good bluing.  The walnut stock and forearm are in good condition with dings, scratches, and wear.  The forearm is missing a small piece of wood on the left side.  Sights appear to be original.  Action works fine and is tight.  Approximately 34,000 made of which the U.S. Government purchased 30,502.  Please see the pictures to get a better idea of the description. R    234.     Iver Johnson Model Champion Top Snap.  Serial # 3186.  12 Ga. single shot shotgun.  29 7/8” barrel choked cylinder with a fair bore.  The finish on the barrel is a greyish brown patina with multiple areas of fine to medium rust.  The original nickel plated receiver is in fair condition with wear and fine rust.  The walnut stock and forearm are in poor to fair condition with dings and wear.  The stock is cracked at the upper right wrist.  The butt plate is a Remington and not original.  Action works.  Made from 1880 to 1900.  (C&R) Sold For 40.00

R    235.     Iver Johnson Model Champion 36.  Serial # 2587.  10 Ga. single shot shotgun.  34¾” barrel with a fair bore.  The finish on the barrel is a bluish brown patina with some dings, fine rust spots, and some cold blue.  The original nickel plated receiver is in poor condition with flaking and fine rust.  The walnut stock and forearm are in poor condition with some missing pieces of wood and the stock being broken and repaired at the wrist.  Action works but gun must not be fired.  (C&R)   Sold For 80.00

R    236.     Winchester Model 52C.  Serial # 103045C.  .22 RF caliber bolt action single shot target rifle made in 1961.  28” stainless steel heavy barrel with an excellent bore.  The barrel is a Hart and is dated 4/10/85.  It measures .875 at the muzzle.  Kenyon trigger.  The finish on the metal is in good condition with very fine scratches on the barrel along with some wear and a few fine rust speckles on the receiver.  The bolt handle also shows some wear.  Scope blocks and front sight base are mounted on the barrel.  Receiver sight base mounted on the receiver.  The custom walnut target stock is in very good condition with a few scratches.  Adjustable comb.  Al Freeland adjustable butt plate with a Herter’s pad.  Aluminum trigger guard.  Action works fine.  There is no safety.  Includes the original Winchester stock.  Please see the picture to get a better idea of the description.  (C&R)  Sold For 700.00

R    237.     Winchester Model 75 Sporter.  Serial # 80175.  .22RF caliber bolt action rifle.  24” barrel with an excellent bore.  Detachable magazine.  The original blue finish on the metal is in very good condition with a few fine scratches and a little wear on the barrel.  The bolt knob also shows some wear.  The checkered walnut stock is in very good to excellent condition with a few impressions.  Rear sight replaced with a blank.  Lyman 57ES receiver sight added in the rear.  Receiver grooved for a scope.  Trigger shoe added.  Action works fine.  (C&R) Sold For 1,150.00

R    238.     J. Stevens Arms Model 84C.  Serial # NSN.  .22 RF caliber bolt action rifle.  23½” barrel with an excellent bore.  Detachable magazine.  The metal has been refinished and is in very good condition with only a little wear on the receiver.  Bolt handle and trigger guard have been polished.  The hardwood stock has been refinished and is in excellent condition.  Receiver drilled for a side mount.  Action works fine but bolt will come out if cycling too hard.  (C&R)  Sold For 150.00

      239a.   First of a lot of 2: Winchester Model 1897.  Serial # 61305.  12 Ga. pump action shotgun made in 1898.  26” barrel choked improved cylinder with a rough bore.  The finish on the metal is a brown patina with areas of fine to medium rust.  The walnut stock and forearm have been refinished.  The stock was cracked at the wrist and repaired.  Action works but hammer will sometimes follow.

Gun Registration Information

All guns with an "R" before the number must be registered. Licensed dealers must have a current copy of their FFL signed in ink in our files. No modern long guns sold to anyone under the age of 18, nor modern hand guns to anyone under 21. No hand guns sold to out of state residents who are not dealers. Residents of states requiring a purchase permit to buy long guns (I.E. New Jersey, etc.) must furnish this permit. Persons with Curio & Relic licenses may only purchase firearms listed as such by the B.A.T.F. and must provide a signed copy of that license. The purchaser pays any and all registration fees.

Your interpretation of "excellent", "very good", "good", etc. may be very different than ours, when it comes to the description of the condition of these guns. You are the final judge of condition before you buy. Please examine any item you are interested in very carefully and decide, before you bid, if it is as you expected. Always have a gunsmith check a gun you purchased for possible defects. We do not warrant any gun to be in firing condition.

If you see any glaring mistakes in the catalog description of the guns, please inform us of the error prior to the start of the sale. This will allow us to let other buyers know of the correction before any items are sold.

We will now be adding a "(C&R)" designation to the gun listing, to indicate guns that can be given directly to buyers who are holders of Curio & Relic licenses. There may be guns that we miss that are C&R eligible. The burden of proof is on the buyer to show that a particular gun is C&R eligible. C&R guns are listed on the BATF website and in their C&R booklet. Guns that are at least 50 years old also qualify as Curio and Relics. C&R license holders are not required to fill out BATF form 4473, but must still pay the PA state $3.00 surcharge per gun.

And now a few words about antique guns. Federal law requires any firearm, made after 1898, to be registered. Even though a gun looks like an antique, we need proof it was made before 1898 before we can give it to you without registration. Since documentation of guns made by many obscure manufacturers is difficult and time consuming, we may, sometimes, incorrectly register a gun that might be an antique. We regret this error but in the case of a Federally licensed dealer, it’s better safe than sorry.
