R      1.       Marlin Model 81-DL.  Serial # NSN.  .22 RF caliber bolt action rifle.  24” barrel with an excellent bore.  Tubular magazine.  The metal has been refinished and is in good condition with some very fine rust on the receiver.  The wooden stock has been refinished and is in excellent condition.  There are 2 holes that were plugged on the left side forearm.  Front and rear sights.  Receiver drilled for a side mount.  Sling swivels.  Action works fine.  (C&R)  Sold For 60.00

R        2.     Browning Arms Model 1885 BPCR.  Serial # 10730NP371.  .40-65 Win. caliber single shot rifle.  30” part round/part octagon heavy barrel with an excellent bore.  This rifle features a case colored high wall action, a checkered pistol grip stock with shotgun butt, and a Vernier tang rear sight with spirit level globe front sight.  Browning advertises this caliber as being black powder only.  The satin blue finish on the barrel is in excellent condition showing no wear.  The case colored action and lever show no wear.  The fancy checkered walnut stock and forearm are in excellent condition with only slight wear on the Schnabel tip of the forearm.  Action works fine.  Includes the original box, the instructions, the box to the tang sight, and 44 pieces of new empty .45-70 Remington brass.  Made from 1996 to 2001.    Additional Photo: One  Sold For 1,350.00

R        3.     Savage Arms Fox Model B.  Serial # D499756.  12 Ga. 3” double barrel shotgun.  26” barrels choked improved modified and modified with excellent bores.  Double triggers and extractor only.  The original blue finish on the barrels is in excellent condition with just a few tiny scratches.  The case colored receiver is in excellent condition.  The checkered stock and forearm are also excellent with only a few small marks.  Original butt plate.  Action works fine and is tight.  Sold For 375.00

R        4.     Smith & Wesson Model 36.  Serial # ANN8874.  .38 Special caliber double action revolver made c. 1986.  2” barrel with an excellent bore.  A compact 5 shot revolver made on the J frame with a round butt.  The original finish on the metal is in excellent condition with only some very tiny scratches on the cylinder.  The original wooden grips are in excellent condition with only slight wear on the bottom.  Action works fine.  Includes a soft case.   Sold For 375.00

R        5.     Ruger Model Mark II Target.  Serial # 213-53862.  .22 RF caliber semi auto pistol made in 1987.   6 7/8” barrel with an excellent bore.  10 shot detachable magazine.  Adjustable sights.  The blue finish on the metal is in good condition with some small scratches, very small spots of rust, and some spots of wear.  The Clark black plastic grips are in very good condition with minimal wear.  Action works fine.   Sold For 240.00

R        6.     Armi San Marco – E.M.F. Co. Model Hartford CT.  Serial # SA9226.  .357 Magnum caliber single action revolver made in Italy.  4¾” barrel with a bore that should clean to excellent.  This is a copy of the Colt Single Action Army revolver.  It features a blued barrel, cylinder, grip frame, and trigger guard along with a case colored frame and hammer.  The finish on the metal is in good to very good condition with muzzle wear, wear and fine scratches on the ejector rod housing, some fine scratches on the grip frame, and some scratches and wear on the cylinder.  The black plastic grips are in very good condition with slight wear.  Front sight has been filed.  Action works fine.   Sold For 350.00

R        7.     A. Uberti – American Arms Inc. Regulator.  Serial # 121173.  .357 Magnum caliber single action revolver made in Italy.  4¾” barrel with an excellent bore.  As above, another copy of the Colt Single Action Army revolver.  This one features a blued barrel and cylinder, a faux case colored frame and hammer, and a blackened brass grip frame and trigger guard.  The finish on the metal is in good condition with some muzzle wear, fading of the faux case colors, scratches and wear on the cylinder, and a fair amount of the blackened finish coming off of the trigger guard and grip frame.  The black plastic grips are in good condition with some wear but don’t fit too well.  Front sight filed.  Action works fine.  Sold For 300.00

          8.     Smith & Wesson Model .32 Single Action.  Serial # 27397.  .32 S&W caliber single action top eject revolver.  3½” barrel with a rusty bore.  5 shot cylinder.  The original nickel finish on the metal is in poor condition with areas of flaking along with spots of rust and corrosion.  The hard rubber grips are in good condition with some dings and wear.  Action works fine.  Made from c. 1878 to 1892. Sold For 240.00

R        9.     Smith & Wesson Model .38 Double Action, 4th Model.  Serial # 465885.  .38 S&W caliber double action top eject revolver.  4” barrel with a rough bore.  5 shot cylinder.  The original nickel finish on the metal is in poor to fair condition with some fine spots of flaking and some areas of rust and corrosion.  The cylinder shows the most wear with a large amount of the nickel missing.  The hard rubber grips are in good condition with some dings on the bottom and some wear.  Action works.  Made c. 1895 to 1909.  (C&R) Sold For 200.00

R      10.     Marlin Model Glenfield 25.  Serial # 69359590.  .22 RF caliber bolt action rifle.  22” barrel with a bore that should clean to excellent.  Detachable magazine is NOT included.  The finish on the metal is in fair condition with some scratches and fine to medium rust spots on the barrel.  The hardwood stock is in fair condition with dings, scratches, and wear to the finish.  Front and rear sights.  Sling swivel in the rear.  Front is missing.  Action works OK.   Sold For 60.00

R      11.     Marlin Model 24-G.  Serial # A21879.  12 Ga. pump action shotgun.  30” barrel choked full with a good bore.  The finish on the metal is a silvery grey patina with scattered areas of fine rust.  The walnut stock and forearm are in fair condition with dings, scratches, and flaking finish.  The magazine tube hanger has been repaired.  Action works OK.  (C&R) Sold For 100.00

R      12.     Winchester Model 1897.  Serial # 200573.  12 Ga. pump action shotgun made in 1903.  25” plain barrel choked improved cylinder with a fair bore.  The finish on the metal is a brownish patina with dings, scratches, and spots of fine rust.  The walnut stock and forearm are in very good condition.  The stock is a Boyd replacement.  The forearm is missing 2 of the 3 screws.  Action works OK.  Includes the original stock which is cracked and missing a sliver of wood.  (C&R)  Sold For 375.00

        13.     U.S. Springfield Armory Model 1884 Trapdoor.  Serial # 299386.  .45-70 Govt. caliber single shot rifle.  22” barrel with a worn but clean bore.  This is a rifle that was cut down to resemble a carbine.  The breech block is marked 1884.  Stock is marked 1881.  The finish on the metal is a greyish brown patina with areas of fine to medium rust and pitting.  The walnut stock is in fair condition with dings, scratches, and wear.  Very good “SWP 1881” cartouche on the left side of stock.  Replacement front sight.  Action works fine.  Please see the picture to get a better idea of the description. Sold For 400.00

R      14.     Remington Model 721.  Serial # 83817.  .30-06 caliber bolt action rifle made in 1949.  24” barrel with an excellent bore.  The finish on the metal is in fair condition with small dings, fine scratches, and fine rust spots on the barrel and receiver.  The trigger guard/floor plate show quite a bit of wear.  The checkered walnut stock is a FAJEN replacement and is in fair condition with dings, scratches, and worn finish.  Detachable sling swivels.  Original sights.  Action works OK.  Includes a Weaver K 2.5X power scope in Weaver mounts and a leather carrying strap.  (C&R) Sold For 375.00

R      15.     Mossberg Model 500 Cruiser J.I.C. (Just In Case).  Serial # U462985.  12 Ga. 3” pump action shotgun.  20” barrel choked cylinder with an excellent bore.  This shotgun features a pistol grip, no stock, an extended 8 shot magazine tube, and an impact resistant storage tube and strap.  The blued finish on the metal is in very good to excellent condition with some wear on the top of the barrel.  The black synthetic pistol grip and forearm are in excellent condition with little wear.  Action works fine.  Includes some papers and the storage tube.   Sold For 300.00

R      16.     Savage Arms Stevens Model 77H.  Serial # NSN.  12 Ga. 3” pump action shotgun.  26” plain barrel with a bore that should clean up to excellent.  The barrel uses the Savage screw adjustable choke.  The finish on the metal is in very good condition with some small scuffs and scratches on the barrel along with some edge wear and fine scratches on the receiver.  The walnut stock and forearm are in excellent condition with little wear.  Recoil pad with an LOP of 14”.  Action works fine. Sold For 130.00

R      17.     Mossberg Model 500A Camo.  Serial # K805668.  12 Ga. 3” pump action shotgun.  28” vent rib barrel with an excellent bore.  The barrel uses Accu-Choke screw in chokes and comes with a modified choke tube installed.  The gun is finished in black and green camo and is in very good condition with slight wear on the barrel and on the alloy receiver.  The synthetic stock and forearm have a few small dings and scratches.  Original recoil pad.  Action works fine.  Sold For 150.00

R      18.     Taurus – Braztech Model Circuit Judge.  Serial # EW2532X.  .45 Colt/.410 Bore double action revolving rifle made in Brazil.  18½” barrel with an excellent bore.  The barrel features a removable choke tube.  Based on the original Judge, this rifle is blued with a 5 shot cylinder, 3” chamber.  The finish on the metal is in excellent condition with just some slight edge wear and a cylinder line.  The wooden stock and forearm are in very good to excellent condition with some small dings and scratches.  Fiber optic front and rear sights.  Action works fine.  Includes a Weaver type scope base, a choke key, a cleaning brush, and the keys to the internal lock.  Made 2010 to 2011. Sold For 575.00

R      19.     Browning Arms Model BPS Field.  Serial # 42345PT152.  12 Ga. 3” pump action shotgun.  26” vent rib barrel choked modified with an excellent bore.  The blue finish on the metal is in very good to excellent condition with a few scratches on the receiver.  The checkered walnut stock and forearm are in very good to excellent condition with a few dings.  Browning hard rubber butt pad.  Action works fine.   Sold For 250.00

R      20.     Ward’s Western Field Model 10-SB94-TB.  Serial # NSN.  .410 Bore 3” single shot shotgun.  26” barrel choked full with a very good bore.  The finish on the metal is in good condition with some scratches and fine rust spots on the barrel and some fine rust on the case colored receiver.  The wooden stock and forearm have been refinished and have inlays on both sides of each.  Slip on rubber recoil pad.  Ammo carrier, sling, and swivels.  Action works fine and is tight.  (C&R) Sold For 170.00

R      21.     Henry Repeating Arms Model H001V Varmint.  Serial # V022891H.  .17 HMR caliber lever action rifle.  19½” barrel with a bore that should clean to excellent.  This classic lever gun features a blued steel barrel with a black alloy receiver.  The finish on the metal is in excellent condition with only a little edge wear on the top of the receiver.  The checkered walnut Monte Carlo stock and forearm are in excellent condition with a few small scratches.  Rear sight is missing.  The gun also came with a cantilever scope mount which is also missing.  Action works fine.  Includes the original box and the instructions.   Sold For 350.00

R      22.     Savage Arms Model 93R17 FXP.  Serial # 2188123.  .17 HMR caliber bolt action rifle.  21” barrel with a bore that will clean to excellent.  5 shot detachable magazine.  AccuTrigger and no sights on the barrel.  The blue finish on the metal is in excellent condition with little if any wear.  The black synthetic stock is in excellent condition showing no wear.  Action works fine and the gun appears to have been fired very little.  Includes the box and a Bushnell 3X to 19X power scope in detachable mounts.   Sold For 180.00

R      23.     Colt Model Official Police.  Serial # 607320.  .38 Special caliber double action revolver made in 1937.  4” barrel with an excellent bore.  The metal has been reblued and is in very good to excellent condition.  The aftermarket target type grips are in excellent condition with no wear.  Front sight has been filed.  Action will not function as cylinder release is extremely hard to move.  (C&R) Sold For 140.00

R      24.     DWM Model GEW 98.  Serial # 7085 dd.  8mm Mauser caliber bolt action rifle made in Germany in 1916.  24” barrel with a good bore that could clean up better.  The arsenal finish on the metal is in poor to fair condition with areas of wear, brown patina, and fine rust.  The stock has been cut and altered and is in good condition.  Rear sight removed.  Redfield receiver sight in the rear.  Bolt handle altered.  Action works OK.  Includes a leather sling and 22 rounds of ammo.  (C&R)   Sold For 200.00

R      25.     Savage Arms Model 340D.  Serial # 202609.  .222 Rem. caliber bolt action rifle.  24” barrel with an excellent bore.  Detachable magazine.  The finish on the metal is in good condition with some small dings, fine scratches, and some fine spots of rust.   The walnut stock is in fair to good condition with some dings and scratches.  Both sights are present.  Action works OK.  Includes a Weaver V9 3X to 9X power scope in a Weaver side mount and 20 rounds of ammo.  Sold For 350.00

R      26.     A.H. Fox Gun Co. Model Sterlingworth.  Serial # 362832.  16 Ga. double barrel shotgun made in 1928.  28” barrels choked full and improved modified with very good bores.  The left barrel has a few dents.  Double triggers and extractor only.  The metal has been reblued and is in very good condition.  The walnut stock and forearm have been refinished and are in good condition with wear to the checkering.  Recoil pad added with an LOP is 14¾”.  Action works OK and is tight.  (C&R)  Sold For 550.00

        27.     Unknown Maker Model Percussion Rifle.  Serial # NSN.  .50 caliber black powder percussion rifle.  45” octagon barrel with a good bore.  The barrel measures 1” across the flats.  Lock is marked “Jas. Golcher”.  Barrel is unmarked.  While Golcher did make some rifles, he was also known to supply locks to other gun makers.  The metal is covered with a brown patina with dings and some pitting.  The full length stock is in fair to good condition with dings, scratches, and heavy wear to some areas.  Brass butt plate, patch box, trigger guard, nose cap, and ferrules.  Lock works.  Includes the ramrod.  Please see the pictures to get a better idea of the description. Additional Photo: One Sold For 700.00

R      28.     V. Bernardelli - Stoeger Model Gamecock.  Serial # 110676.  12 Ga. double barreled shotgun made in Italy in 1970.  25” barrels choked modified and full with excellent bores.  Double triggers and extractor only.  The bright blue finish on the barrels is in very good to excellent condition with a few small dings and scratches scattered over the surface.  The bright finished receiver is in very good condition with some spots of tarnish.  The receiver and trigger guard are lightly engraved.  The checkered walnut English style stock and forearm are in good condition with small scratches and impressions.  Original butt plate.  Action is tight and works fine.  Sold For 500.00

R      29.     Moore & Harris Model Improved Lever Hammerless.  Serial # 32182.  12 Ga. double barrel shotgun.  26 1/8” barrels both choked improved cylinder with very good bores.  Double triggers and extractor only.  There are English proof marks on the underside of the barrels and it’s highly possible that this gun was made by W. & C. Scott for the retailer Moore & Harris.  The blue finish on the barrels is in fair condition with areas of wear and fine rust.  The receiver and trigger guard are finely engraved and both lock plates have crystal cocking indicators.  Traces of case colors are visible.  The finely checkered walnut stock and forearm are in good condition with dings, scratches, and wear.  There is a silver disc in the base of the stock engraved “J.W.         30.     Colt Model 1851 Navy “Signature Series”.  Serial # 34203.  .36 caliber black powder percussion revolver.  7½” barrel with a very good bore.  Also known as the third generation.  The finish on the gun is in good condition with some scratches and wear on the barrel and some fine rust on the frame.  The 1 piece wooden grips are in fair condition with dings and scratches.  Wedge is a replacement.  Action does not work.  Made c. 1994 to 2002.   Sold For 165.00

R      31.     Winchester Model 70.  Serial # 104540.  .270 Weatherby Magnum caliber bolt action rifle made in 1949.  26” barrel with a good bore that could clean up better.  This gun was originally chambered in .220 Swift and was rechambered, bored, and modified to fire the above caliber.  The finish on the metal is in fair to good condition with some fine scratches and fine rust spots on the barrel, some wear on the receiver and bolt handle, and some wear and fine rust on the trigger guard and floor plate.  The walnut stock is in good condition with dings and wear.  A grip cap and recoil pad were added.  LOP is 13 1/8”.  Front and rear sights replaced with blanks.  Action works fine.  Includes a Williams scope base.  (C&R)      Sold For 425.00

R      32.     Savage Arms Model 12 BgTVS Varmint.  Serial # G634246.  .223 Rem. caliber bolt action rifle.  26” fluted heavy barrel with an excellent bore.  This rifle features stainless steel construction, an oversized bolt handle, and a black/green laminated thumbhole varmint stock.  The brushed finish on the metal is in very good to excellent condition with some small marks on the barrel and receiver and some wear on the trigger guard.  The laminated stock is in excellent condition with only some small handling marks.  The action works fine.  Includes the box.  Sold For 550.00

        33.     Belgian Made Model Percussion Double Barrel Shotgun.  Serial # NSN.  12 Ga. double barrel percussion shotgun.  30” Superior Twist barrels.  The finish on the metal is a dark brown patina with spots of fine rust.  The wooden half stock is in poor condition being cracked on both sides of the wrist and taped.  Locks work.  Includes the ramrod. Sold For 80.00

        34.     Belgian Made Model Percussion Musket.  Serial # NSN.  .71 caliber black powder percussion rifle.  40” smoothbore barrel.  This Belgian made gun is very similar to the French muskets made in the mid 1800’s.  The metal has been cleaned and is a silvery grey patina.  The full length walnut stock is in fair to good condition with dings, scratches, and wear.  Ladder type rear sight.  Lock works OK.  Includes a leather sling and the cleaning rod. Sold For 275.00

R      35.     Smith & Wesson Model .38 Military & Police.  Serial # 416376.  .38 Special double action revolver.  6” barrel with a very good bore that has a spot of rust near the muzzle.  The finish on the metal is in fair condition with some scratches and wear on the barrel and cylinder along with large spots of brown patina and wear on the frame.  The diamond checkered walnut grips are in good condition with some wear.  Action works OK.  Made c. 1915 to 1942.  (C&R)   Sold For 325.00

R      36.     Winchester Model 101 Diamond Grade Oversingle Trap.  Serial # DG549550.  12 Ga. single shot trap shotgun.  The 34” oversingle barrel is ported and uses the Win-Choke screw in choke tubes.  An improved modified choke tube is installed.  The bore should clean to excellent.  The finish on the barrel is in very good condition with some tiny dings, scratches, and fine rust speckles.  There is a moderate amount of scratches in the finish underneath the forearm at the rear from repeat removal and replacement.  The engraved satin finished receiver and trigger guard are in very good to excellent condition with just some slight discoloration on the underside.  The finely checkered walnut Monte Carlo stock and forearm are in good condition with some small dings and spots of wear.  There is some damage to the finish on both sides of the stock.  Stock is also slightly loose.  Winchester butt pad with a LOP of 14¼”.  Action works fine.  Includes the original Winchester combo case, extra Win-Chokes in full, X full, and modified, and a choke wrench.  Please see the pictures to get a better idea of the condition.   Additional Photo: One  Sold For 1,100.00

Rossi – Interarms Model 62 SAC.  Serial # G379552.  .22 RF caliber pump action rifle made in Brazil.  16½” barrel with an excellent bore.  This is a very close copy of the Winchester Model 62.  The blue finish on the metal is in good condition with some scratches and a few small spots of rust on both the barrel and receiver.  The hardwood stock and forearm are in good condition with a few dings, scratches, and a dark spot on the right side of the butt.  Front and rear sights.  Action works fine.   Sold For 300.00

R      38.     Savage Arms Stevens Model 67.  Serial # E568954.  20 Ga. 3” pump action shotgun.  28” vent rib barrel with an excellent bore.  The barrel uses screw in choke tubes and comes with an improved cylinder choke tube installed.  The blue finish on the metal is in very good condition with small scratches and fine rust spots on the barrel and on the receiver.  The hardwood stock and forearm are in very good condition with a few dings and scratches.  Top mounted safety.  Action works fine. Sold For 170.00

R      39.     Japanese Model Arisaka Type 38.  Serial # 76486.  6.5mm Japanese caliber bolt action rifle.  24½” barrel with a good bore.  The finish on the metal is in fair condition with some fine rust scattered over the surface of the barrel, receiver, and trigger guard.  The Herter’s walnut sporter stock is in fair condition with some small dings, scratches, and some alterations in the trigger guard area.  Bolt handle altered.  Mum not ground.  Action works OK.   Sold For 110.00

        40.     Colt 1st Model Dragoon.  Serial # 27306.  .44 caliber black powder percussion single action revolver.  7½” barrel.   This gun is a 2nd generation, F series gun made from 1978 to 1982.  The gun is new and unfired and is in very good to excellent condition with a few tiny handling marks and several tiny rust speckles on the cylinder.  The brass grip frame and trigger guard are tarnished from handling but should polish out OK.  The 1 piece walnut grips are excellent with a small ding on the bottom of the left grip.  Action works fine.  Includes the original box, the instructions, and various papers.   Sold For 475.00

        46.     Ludwig Loewe Model 1895 Chilean Mauser.  Serial # E954.  7mm Mauser caliber bolt action rifle.  29” barrel with an excellent bore.  The arsenal blue finish on the metal is in very good condition with a few small dings, scratches, and rust speckles scattered over the surface.  The walnut stock and handguard are in good condition with dings and scratches.  Good 1895 proof on butt.  All numbers match except for the cleaning rod.  Action works fine.  Includes a bayonet and sheath. Sold For 425.00

R      47.     DWM – CAI Model 1909 Argentine Mauser.  Serial # K0748.  7.65mm Argentine caliber bolt action rifle made in Germany.  29” barrel with a good bore that could clean up better.  The bluing on the barrel and small parts is in good condition with some scratches and small spots of wear.  The “in the white” receiver and bolt are very good with a small amount of patina.  The walnut stock and handguard are in good condition with dings and scratches.  Good proofs on the stock.  Action works fine.  All numbers match including the cleaning rod.  Gun appears to be complete except for the muzzle cover and sling.  Includes a bayonet, sheath, and frog.  (C&R)   Sold For 575.00

R    174b.   Second of a lot of 3: Unknown Maker Model “The Imperial”.  Serial # 4487.  12 Ga. single shot shotgun.  29¼” barrel choked modified with a rough bore.  The barrel is bulged 2” from the muzzle.  Chamber measures 2½”.  The finish on the metal is in poor condition with areas of fine to medium rust on the blued barrel along with areas of fine rust on the nickel plated receiver.  The walnut stock and forearm are in poor condition with dings, scratches, and wear.  The stock was repaired at the wrist and is missing some wood on the left side.  Action works but is loose.  (C&R)

Gun Registration Information

All guns with an "R" before the number must be registered. Licensed dealers must have a current copy of their FFL signed in ink in our files. No modern long guns sold to anyone under the age of 18, nor modern hand guns to anyone under 21. No hand guns sold to out of state residents who are not dealers. Residents of states requiring a purchase permit to buy long guns (I.E. New Jersey, etc.) must furnish this permit. Persons with Curio & Relic licenses may only purchase firearms listed as such by the B.A.T.F. and must provide a signed copy of that license. The purchaser pays any and all registration fees.

Your interpretation of "excellent", "very good", "good", etc. may be very different than ours, when it comes to the description of the condition of these guns. You are the final judge of condition before you buy. Please examine any item you are interested in very carefully and decide, before you bid, if it is as you expected. Always have a gunsmith check a gun you purchased for possible defects. We do not warrant any gun to be in firing condition.

If you see any glaring mistakes in the catalog description of the guns, please inform us of the error prior to the start of the sale. This will allow us to let other buyers know of the correction before any items are sold.

We will now be adding a "(C&R)" designation to the gun listing, to indicate guns that can be given directly to buyers who are holders of Curio & Relic licenses. There may be guns that we miss that are C&R eligible. The burden of proof is on the buyer to show that a particular gun is C&R eligible. C&R guns are listed on the BATF website and in their C&R booklet. Guns that are at least 50 years old also qualify as Curio and Relics. C&R license holders are not required to fill out BATF form 4473, but must still pay the PA state $3.00 surcharge per gun.

And now a few words about antique guns. Federal law requires any firearm, made after 1898, to be registered. Even though a gun looks like an antique, we need proof it was made before 1898 before we can give it to you without registration. Since documentation of guns made by many obscure manufacturers is difficult and time consuming, we may, sometimes, incorrectly register a gun that might be an antique. We regret this error but in the case of a Federally licensed dealer, it’s better safe than sorry.
