R      1.       Winchester – SARCO Model 1500 XTR European.  Serial # NE017126.  12 Ga. semi auto shotgun.  28” vent rib barrel with a very good bore.  The barrel uses WinChoke screw in chokes and comes with a full choke tube installed.  The finish on the metal is in good condition with some scratches on the blued barrel, some edge wear on the vent rib, and many small scratches on the two toned alloy receiver.  The checkered walnut stock and forearm are in good condition with dings, scratches, and impressions.  Butt plate replaced.  European style sling swivels.  Action works fine.  Sold For 240.00

R        2.     Remington Model 31 Skeet.  Serial # 19159.  12 Ga. pump action shotgun made in 1937.  26” solid rib barrel choked skeet with an excellent bore.  The matte grey finish on the metal is in good condition with many small scratches scattered over the surface and a few fine rust spots on the receiver.  The checkered walnut forearm is in very good condition with a few small dings and scratches.  The plain walnut stock is in good to very good condition with dings, scratches, and some finish wear.  Recoil pad added with an LOP of 13¾”.  Action works fine.  Made from 1931 to 1949.  (C&R) Sold For 290.00

R        3.     Winchester Model 55.  Serial # 10205.  .32 Win. Special caliber lever action takedown rifle made in 1928.  24” barrel with an excellent bore.  Half-length tubular magazine.  The finish on the metal is in fair to good condition with good original bluing on the barrel along with scratches and a blackish brown patina on the receiver and lever.  The walnut stock and forearm are in good condition with some dings, scratches, and wear.  Nose cap and swivel have been chromed.  Original shotgun style butt plate.  Eye swivels.  Original rear sight with a Lyman front sight.  Action works fine.  Approximately 20,500 made from 1924 to 1932.  (C&R)   Sold For 650.00

R        4.     Spanish Mauser Model 1893 Short Rifle.  Serial # Y3050.  7mm Mauser caliber bolt action rifle.  21½” barrel with a good bore.  The arsenal type finish on the metal is in poor to fair condition with large areas of wear and some fine rust.  The military walnut stock has been cut and is in good   condition with a few dings and scratches.  A few spots have been filled in.  Military sights.  Sling swivels.  Action works but the safety movement is a little rough.  (C&R) Sold For 100.00

R        5.     J. Stevens Arms Model No. 12 “Marksman”.  Serial # L 61.  .22 RF caliber single shot boy’s rifle.  22” barrel with a slightly rough bore.  The finish on the metal is a brown patina with a fine surface rust.  The walnut stock and forearm are in fair condition with some dings, scratches, and wear.  The stock has a fine crack at the upper and lower wrist.  Butt plate is worn.  Front and rear sights.  Action works OK.  (C&R)  Sold For 160.00

R        6.     Savage Arms Model 63.  Serial # NSN.  .22 RF caliber bolt action single shot rifle.  18” barrel with an excellent bore.  The finish on the metal is in good condition with some fine rust on the barrel and some small scratches on the alloy receiver and trigger guard.  The full length Mannlicher style hardwood stock is in very good condition with a few small marks.  Front and rear sights.  Grooved for a scope.  Sling swivels installed.  Action works OK.  Includes a Savage leather sling. R        7.     Pedersoli – Navy Arms Model Rolling Block Rifle.  Serial # 211.  .45-70 caliber single shot rifle.  22” half octagon/half round barrel with an excellent bore.  The finish on the metal is in very good condition with some scuffs and scratches on the barrel along with some slight wear on the case colored receiver.  Brass trigger guard, butt plate, and barrel band should polish out nicely.  The walnut stock and forearm are in very good condition with a few dings.  Original sights.  Tang sight screws missing.  Action works fine.    Sold For 550.00

R        8a.   First of a lot of 3: Mass Arms Co. Model Single Shot.  Serial # TB 910.  12 Ga. single shot shotgun.  32” barrel choked full with a fair bore that might clean up better.  Chamber is rough and looks to measure 2½”.  The finish on the metal is a brown patina with fine rust and wear.  The walnut stock and forearm are in poor condition with dings, scratches, and wear.  The stock has multiple cracks at the wrist.  Action works but is loose.  (C&R)    

R        8b.   Second of a lot of 3: J. Stevens Arms Model Cleveland Single Shot.  Serial # ET 921.  12 Ga. single shot shotgun.  30” barrel choked full with a fair bore.  The finish on the metal is a brownish patina with areas of cleaned rust and pitting.  The walnut stock and forearm are in poor condition with dings, scratches, and wear.  The stock has multiple cracks at the wrist.  Action opens but hammer is frozen.  (C&R) 

R        8c.   Third of a lot of 3: Iver Johnson Model Champion Single Shot.  Serial # NSN.  12 Ga. single shot shotgun.  21½” barrel choked improved cylinder with a rough but clean bore.  The finish on the metal is a brown patina with heavy pitting covering the surface.  The walnut stock and forearm have been refinished and are in poor to fair condition with dings and scratches.  The stock is cracked at the upper and lower wrist and is missing a sliver of wood.  Action works but is loose and release lever will not return.  (C&R)   Sold For 75.00

R        9a.   First of a lot of 2: A.H. Fox Gun Co. Model Sterlingworth.  Serial # 107875.  12 Ga. double barreled shotgun.  28” barrels choked full and improved modified with good bores but rough chambers.  Both barrels show multiple dents.  Double triggers and extractor only.  The finish on the metal is a silvery brown patina with large areas of pitting and cleaned rust.  The checkered walnut stock and forearm are in poor condition with heavy wear.  The stock is cracked in multiple spots.  Action works.  (C&R)

R        9b.   Second of a lot of 2: Remington Model 1894 Grade A.  Serial # 108014.  12 Ga. double barrel shotgun.  30” Damascus barrels both choked modified with poor bores.  Both barrels are dented.  Double triggers and automatic ejectors, with neither working.  The finish on the metal is a speckled brown patina with large areas of cleaned rust.  The checkered walnut stock and forearm are in poor condition with heavy wear.  Both stock and action are loose.  (C&R)     Sold For 260.00

R      10a.   First of a lot of 2: Winchester Model 04.  Serial # NSN.  .22 RF caliber bolt action single shot rifle.  21” barrel with an excellent bore.  The finish on the metal is a brown patina covered with fine to medium rust.  The wooden stock is in poor condition with dings, scratches, and heavy wear.  Original sights, crescent butt plate, and trigger guard.  Action works.  (C&R)   

R      10b.   Second of a lot of 2: Rogers Arms Co. Model Hammer Double.  Serial # 2492.  12 Ga. double barrel hammer shotgun made in Belgium.  30” barrels with fair bores.  The finish on the metal is turning to a brown patina with areas of fine rust.  The checkered walnut stock is in poor condition with dings, scratches, and wear.  The stock is damaged at the toe.  Butt plate is also damaged.  Forearm is missing.  Left hammer is missing.  Action opens.  (C&R)    Sold For 170.00

R      11.     J. Stevens Arms Model 416.  Serial # NSN.  .22 RF caliber bolt action target rifle.  26” heavy barrel with an excellent bore.  Detachable magazine.  The finish on the metal is in good condition with a few small dings and rust spots on the barrel along with the receiver and trigger guard being a brownish patina.  The walnut stock is in very good condition with a few scratches and some dirt.  Target rail with sling swivels.  Globe front sight.  Rear sight missing.  Action works.  Includes a Weaver B6 scope in a Weaver side mount.  (C&R) Sold For 390.00

R      12.     J. Stevens Arms Model 101.  Serial # B 767.  .44 Shot caliber single shot boy’s shotgun.  26” barrel with a good bore that has some areas of roughness.  The finish on the metal is a partial brown patina with dings and areas of fine to medium rust.  The walnut stock and forearm are in fair condition with dings, scratches, and wear.  Action works fine and is tight.  Made from just before WWI until about 1920 or 1921. Sold For 240.00

R      13.     Winchester Model 52A Target.  Serial # 44299A.  .22 RF caliber bolt action target rifle made in 1939.  28” standard barrel with an excellent bore.  5 shot detachable magazine.  The finish on the metal is in good to very good condition with some dings and scratches on the barrel, some wear on the bolt handle, and some scratches on the trigger guard.  The walnut stock is in good condition with a few dings and fine impressions.  Stock is checkered and is cut for a receiver sight.  Aluminum butt plate installed.  Target blocks on the barrel.  Action works fine.  Includes a Lyman Super Target Spot 20X power scope.  (C&R) Sold For 900.00

R      14.     Remington Model 03-A3.  Serial # 3438743.  .22-250 Rem. caliber bolt action rifle.  22½” barrel with an excellent bore.  This gun was sporterized.  The matte blue finish on the metal is in good to very good condition with areas of fine rust.  Floor plate is gold.  The Fajen walnut sporter stock features a roll over cheek piece and is in very good condition with only a couple of small dings.  No sights.  Sling swivels.  Action works but safety does not have full travel because of low scope mount.  Includes a Leupold Vari-X II 3X to 9X power scope in Weaver mounts.  Scope box is also included. R      15.     Antonio Zoli Model Over Under Shotgun.  Serial # 69551.  12 Ga. over and under shotgun made in Italy in 1970.  29” vent rib barrels choked full and full with excellent bores.  Single trigger and extractor only.  The blue finish on the metal is in good to very good condition with some dings and small rust spots on the barrels and some fine scratches on the trigger guard.  The engraved receiver is in the white and has some large areas of fine rust.  The checkered walnut stock and forearm are in very good condition with a few small dings and some dirt.  Original recoil pad with a LOP of 14¼”.  Action works but is very tight. R      16.     Winchester Model 12 Trap.  Serial # 1251838.  12 Ga. pump action shotgun made in 1950.  30” vent rib barrel choked full with an excellent bore.  The metal has been refinished, most likely when the rib was added, and is in very good condition with some scuffs, some slight edge wear, and some fine rust speckles on the barrel.  The receiver has a game scene engraved on each side.  The fancy checkered walnut stock and forearm are in good to very good condition with a few small marks and wear spots.  The stock is, however, cracked at the left side wrist.  Recoil pad with a LOP of 14 1/8”.  Action works fine.  Please see the pictures to get a better idea of the description.  (C&R)   Additional Photo Sold For 800.00

R      17.     Winchester Model 12 Trap.  Serial # 1966695.  12 Ga. pump action shotgun made c. 1964 to 1967.  30” vent rib barrel choked full with an excellent bore.  The metal has been reblued and is in very good condition with a few small dings and some spots of corrosion on the barrel along with some small scratches and scuffs and some slight edge wear on the receiver.  The fancy checkered walnut stock and forearm are in good to very good condition with some small dings and spots of cracked finish.  Recoil pad with a LOP of 14½”.  Action works fine.  Please see the pictures to get a better idea of the description.  (C&R)   Additional Photo Sold For 875.00

R      18.     Crescent Firearms Model New Victor.  Serial # 28145.  12 Ga. single shot shotgun.  30” barrel choked modified with a good bore.  Barrel is marked “Genuine Armory Steel”.  The finish on the metal is a dark brown patina covered with a fine to medium rust.  The walnut stock and forearm are in poor condition with heavy wear.  The stock is cracked on both sides of the wrist.  Butt plate is damaged and a piece missing.  Action works but is loose.  (C&R) Sold For 35.00

R      19.     Winchester Model 77.  Serial # 20102.  .22 RF caliber semi auto rifle.  22” barrel.  Detachable magazine.  This gun is in poor condition and does not include the stock.  Most parts appear to be included.  There are spots of rust scattered over the metal and the bolt is rusted shut.  For parts only. R      20.     Ruger M77R Mk II “Carpenter Technology 100 Plus Years Of Progress”.  Serial # 784-63958.  .222 Rem. caliber bolt action rifle.  22” barrel with an excellent bore.  This is an engraved, all stainless steel rifle, made in 1997 to commemorate the 100 plus years of progress of Carpenter Technologies.  Floorplate engraved and marked “1889 1996”.  Limited to 2,440 guns, this is number 2,325.  The brushed finish on the metal is in excellent condition showing little if any wear.  The checkered walnut stock is in excellent condition with just a few small handling marks.  Action works like new.  Includes the stainless steel scope rings, a gun lock, and a Ruger box that is not original to the gun.  Sold For 750.00

R      21.     Parker Bros. Model Trojan.  Serial # 203093.  12 Ga. double barreled shotgun made in 1923.  28” barrels choked full and improved cylinder with very good bores.  The right barrel has 2 dents.  Double triggers and extractor only.  The finish on the barrels is thin with large areas of cold blue and small spots of wear.  The receiver is a silvery brown patina.  The checkered walnut stock and forearm have been refinished are in good condition showing a few dings and scratches.  Pistol grip feels as though it’s been thinned and was most likely recheckered.  Original butt plate.  Numbers matching.  Action works fine and is tight.  Please see the pictures to get a better idea of the description.  (C&R) Additional Photo Sold For 600.00

R      22.     Ithaca Gun Co. Model 37.  Serial # 429196.  12 Ga. pump action shotgun made in 1952.  30” plain barrel choked full with a bore that should clean to excellent.  The original finish on the metal is mostly a brownish patina with some very fine rust scattered over the surface.  There is a large area of wear on the barrel near the muzzle and some carry wear on the receiver.  The walnut stock and forearm are in fair to good condition with some dings and scratches.  The stock is cracked on both sides of the wrist.  Action works fine.  (C&R)  Sold For 190.00

R      23.     Remington Model 4.  Serial # 167599.  .32 RF caliber single shot rifle.  24” octagon barrel with a rough bore.  The finish on the metal is a fine, brown patina with some small dings and some fine rust spots on the barrel.  The walnut stock and forearm are in good condition showing some dings and scratches.  The stock has a very fine crack at the upper wrist.  Original butt plate and original sights.  Action works fine.  Rifles with the lever takedown, as this one, were made 1901 to 1924.  (C&R) Sold For 250.00

R      24.     Winchester Model 1906.  Serial # 155088.  .22 RF caliber pump action rifle made in 1909.  20” round barrel with a rough bore.  Tubular magazine.  The finish on the metal is a blotchy brown patina with some spots of fine rust and many small dings.  The gumwood stock and forearm have been sanded and oiled and are in good condition with some dings and scratches.  Front and rear sights.   Action works OK.  (C&R) Sold For 230.00

        25.     Marlin Model 38 Standard 1878 Pocket Revolver.  Serial # 2501.  .38 S&W caliber double action tip up barrel revolver.  3¼” barrel with a rough bore.  5 shot fluted cylinder.  None of the original nickel finish remains on the metal.  It is a greyish patina with some small spots of underlying pitting.  The original “JMM” marked grips are in good condition with normal wear.  Action works.  Approximately 12,000 made from 1876 to 1887. R      26.     Smith & Wesson Model .32 Safety Hammerless 1st Model.  Serial # 17446.  .32 S&W caliber double action top eject revolver.  3½” barrel with a fair bore.  Also known as the “Lemon Squeezer” because of the grip safety.  The original nickel finish on the metal is in fair condition with spots of rust and corrosion on the cylinder, top strap, and rear of upper frame.  The original hard rubber grips are in fair to good condition with wear.  Action works OK.  Manufactured c. 1888 to 1902.  (C&R)  Sold For 200.00

R      27.     Erfurt Model 1914 Luger.  Serial # 7440f.  9mm Luger caliber semi auto pistol.  4” barrel with a fair bore.  Marked 1917 above the chamber and later stamped 1920 to signify factory or arsenal rework.  Detachable magazine.  The metal is in fair condition with scattered fine rust spots and wear on the forward parts of the frame.  Front of grip frame is marked with police or military unit markings of “2./R.R.12.12.”.  The checkered walnut grips are in fair to good condition showing wear.  All numbers match except the magazine.  The action works fine.  (C&R) Additional Photo Sold For 1,000.00

R      28.     Iver Johnson 3rd Model Safety Automatic Hammer.  Serial # 37360.  .38 S&W caliber double action top eject revolver.  4” barrel with a good bore that has some large rust spots.  The original blue finish on the metal is in fair condition with large bare areas on both sides of the frame and on the front and rear grip frame.  The original hard rubber grips are in very good condition with minimal wear.  Action works OK.  Includes a Hunter leather belt holster.  Made from 1909 to 1941.  (C&R)  Sold For 150.00

        29.     Springfield Armory 1812 Percussion Conversion Musket.  Serial # NSN.  .69 caliber black powder percussion musket.  37” barrel.  Lock is dated 1816 with all other markings illegible.  3 barrel bands.  The finish on the metal is a rough brown patina with some underlying pitting especially near the breech.  The walnut stock is in well used condition with heavy wear and areas of repair.  Action works.  Includes the ramrod. Sold For 250.00

        30.     Thompson-Center Model Hawken Flintlock.  Serial # K136654.  .50 caliber black powder flintlock rifle made from a kit.  29” barrel with a fair bore that should clean up better.  The finish on the barrel is a light greyish brown patina with spots of fine rust.  The lock is case colored.  The brass trigger guard, butt plate, patch box, and nose cap are tarnished but should polish out OK.  The walnut stock is in good condition with some dings at the top of the wrist.  Original sights.  Sling swivel in the rear.  Action works OK. R      31.     Savage Arms Model 19 NRA.  Serial # 39084.  .22 RF caliber bolt action rifle.  25” barrel with an excellent bore.  Detachable magazine is NOT included.  The finish on the metal is a brown patina covered with a very fine surface rust.  Full length military style stock has been cut forward of the rear barrel band.  It is in fair to good condition with dings, scratches, and wear.  Military type ladder sight in the rear.  Original sling swivels.  Action works OK.  (C&R) Sold For 140.00

R      32.     Ranger Model 101.8.  Serial # NSN.  .22 RF Shot caliber single shot bolt action rifle.  24” barrel with an excellent smooth bore.  Made for Sears, Roebuck, and Co. by J. Stevens Arms.  The metal has been blasted and cleaned and is in the white.  2 holes are plugged on the left side of the receiver.  The wooden stock was cracked, repaired, and then refinished.  There is also a carving on the left side butt.  Action works OK.  (C&R) Sold For 120.00

R      33.     Marlin Model 336 RC.  Serial # J39216.  .30-30 Win. caliber lever action rifle made in 1952.  20” barrel with a very good bore that could clean up better.  The original finish on the metal is in fair condition with most of the wear being on the bottom and sides of the receiver.  There are also some spots of fine surface rust on the receiver and lever.  The walnut stock and forearm have been refinished are in good condition with a few dings and scratches.  Rear sight is a Marble’s.  Sling swivels installed.  Action works fine.  Includes a leather sling and a Weaver K4-1 scope in see through mounts.  (C&R) Sold For 400.00

R      34.     J. Stevens Arms Model 1915 Favorite.  Serial # Y 86.  .22 RF caliber single shot boys rifle.  24” part octagon/part round barrel with a very good bore.  The finish on the metal is a brown patina with large areas of underlying pitting.  The walnut stock and forearm have been refinished and are in good condition.  The stock was broken and repaired at the toe.  Original butt plate was broken and repaired.  Rear sight is missing the elevator.  Action works but lever is loose.  Made from 1915 to 1940.  (C&R) Sold For 170.00

R      35.     Savage Arms Model Stevens 311A.  Serial # NSN.  16 Ga. double barrel shotgun made in 1963.  28” barrels choked full and modified with excellent bores.  Double triggers and extractor only.  The finish on the metal is in good condition with some wear and areas of fine rust spots on the barrels along with some wear and fine rust on the receiver.  The receiver shows some traces of case colors.  The wooden stock and forearm have been refinished and are in fair to good condition with some dings and scratches.  The stock is cracked on both sides of the wrist.  Original butt plate.  Action works fine and is tight.  (C&R) Sold For 180.00

        36a.   First of a lot of 2: Hopkins & Allen Model Blue Jacket No. 2.  Serial # 3795.  .32 RF caliber single action spur trigger revolver.  3” barrel with a rough bore.  5 shot cylinder.  The metal has been cleaned and is a greyish patina with some dings and areas of pitting.  The wooden grips are in good condition with some normal wear.  Action does not work correctly.

        36b.   Second of a lot of 2: Harrington & Richardson Model Victor No. 1.  Serial # 804.  .22 RF caliber single action spur trigger revolver.  2¼” round barrel with a rough bore.  Very little of the original nickel finish remains on the metal.  It is mostly bare with small dings and scratches.  The wooden grips are in good condition with small dings, scratches, and some finish wear.  Action does not work. R      37.     Agawam Arms Co. Model 68.  Serial # 4836.  .22 RF caliber single shot lever action rifle.  18” barrel with an excellent bore.  Dummy tubular magazine.  The black finish on the metal is in good condition with a few very fine scratches and rust spots on the barrel along with some wear on both sides of the alloy receiver.  The wooden stock and forearm are in good to very good condition with some dings and scratches.  Original sights.  Action works fine.  Agawam Arms was in business from 1968 to 1971 and made approximately 15,000 of these rifles.  Sold For 200.00

R      38.     GEHA Model Bolt Action Shotgun.  Serial # 4268.  12 Ga. bolt action shotgun made in Germany.  24½” barrel choked improved cylinder with an excellent bore.   Internal 1 round magazine.  The GEHA is a modified Mauser 98 rifle that has been converted to a shotgun.  The finish on the metal is in good condition and has started to turn to a fine brown patina.  The walnut military type stock is in good condition with dings and scratches.  Numbers match and the action works fine.  (C&R) Sold For 110.00

R      39.     Taurus Model 94 SS.  Serial # LF 74206.  .22 RF caliber double action stainless steel revolver.  4” barrel with an excellent bore.  9 shot cylinder.  Adjustable sights.  The satin finish on the stainless steel is in excellent condition showing little if any wear.  The checkered wooden grips are in excellent condition with a few small handling marks.  Action works fine.  Sold For 350.00

R      40.     Winchester Model 255.  Serial # 748451.  .22 WMR caliber lever action rifle.  20½” barrel with an excellent bore.  Tubular magazine.  The finish on the metal is in good to very good condition with some scratches and small rust spots on the barrel and magazine tube along with some scratches and edge wear on the alloy receiver.  The checkered hardwood stock and forearm are in good to very good condition with some small dings and scratches.  Original sights.  Action works fine.  Made from 1964 to 1970.  Sold For 300.00

R      42.     Winchester Model 12.  Serial # 851515.  20 Ga. pump action shotgun made in 1940.  28” plain barrel choked modified with a bore that should clean to excellent.  The finish on the metal is in fair to good condition with some dings, small rust spots, and areas of wear on the barrel along with some moderate carry wear and fine rust on the receiver.  The walnut stock and forearm are in good condition with dings, scratches, and worn finish.  Original butt plate.  Action works fine.  (C&R)  Sold For 550.00

R      43.     North American Arms Model Mini .22 Magnum.  Serial # E078684.  .22 WMR caliber stainless steel single action revolver.  1 1/8” barrel with an excellent bore.  The finish on the stainless steel is in very good condition with some fine scratches scattered on the surface.  The black laminated grips are in excellent condition with little wear.  Belt clip attached on the right side grip.  Action works fine. R      44.     Kel-Tec Model P-3AT.  Serial # JWW00.  .380 ACP caliber semi auto pistol.  2¾” barrel with an excellent bore.  6 shot detachable magazine.  This is a double action only pistol with a steel slide and an OD green polymer frame.  The matte black finish on the slide is in very good to excellent condition with some small handling marks.  The polymer frame is in excellent condition with minimal wear.  Action works fine and the gun is new and unfired.  Includes the black plastic box, instructions, a gun lock, and 70 rounds of ammunition. R      45.     Remington Model 788.  Serial # 025628.  .44 Rem. Magnum caliber bolt action rifle made in 1967.  22” barrel with an excellent bore.  Detachable magazine.  The original finish on the metal is in excellent condition with some fine rust at the muzzle and on the top front of the receiver and some fine scratches on the floorplate area.  The walnut stock is in very good condition with some small dings and scratches.  Extra finish has been applied.  Original butt plate.  Original sights.  Action works fine.   Sold For 1,250.00

   240.     Mauser Model P-08 Luger.  Serial # 165 L.  9mm Luger caliber semi auto pistol.  4” barrel with a very good bore.  Marked 42 above the chamber and “byf” on the toggle.  Proofed with the WaA135 Waffenamt and with all visible numbers matching except the magazine.  The magazine has the “Eagle 63” proof, but is not numbered correctly to the gun.  Grips are not numbered.  The blue finish on the metal is in good condition with most of the wear being on the muzzle, the barrel sides, and on the high edge of the side plate on the left side and the frame rail on the right side.  There is also some wear on the front of the frame and rear of the frame.  The checkered walnut grips are in very good condition showing little wear.  The action works fine.  Includes a leather holster marked “fuq 1942, an extra magazine, and an unmarked takedown tool.  Please see the pictures to get a better idea of the description.  (C&R)  Additional Photo Sold For 1,950.00

Gun Registration Information

All guns with an "R" before the number must be registered. Licensed dealers must have a current copy of their FFL signed in ink in our files. No modern long guns sold to anyone under the age of 18, nor modern hand guns to anyone under 21. No hand guns sold to out of state residents who are not dealers. Residents of states requiring a purchase permit to buy long guns (I.E. New Jersey, etc.) must furnish this permit. Persons with Curio & Relic licenses may only purchase firearms listed as such by the B.A.T.F. and must provide a signed copy of that license. The purchaser pays any and all registration fees.

Your interpretation of "excellent", "very good", "good", etc. may be very different than ours, when it comes to the description of the condition of these guns. You are the final judge of condition before you buy. Please examine any item you are interested in very carefully and decide, before you bid, if it is as you expected. Always have a gunsmith check a gun you purchased for possible defects. We do not warrant any gun to be in firing condition.

If you see any glaring mistakes in the catalog description of the guns, please inform us of the error prior to the start of the sale. This will allow us to let other buyers know of the correction before any items are sold.

We will now be adding a "(C&R)" designation to the gun listing, to indicate guns that can be given directly to buyers who are holders of Curio & Relic licenses. There may be guns that we miss that are C&R eligible. The burden of proof is on the buyer to show that a particular gun is C&R eligible. C&R guns are listed on the BATF website and in their C&R booklet. Guns that are at least 50 years old also qualify as Curio and Relics. C&R license holders are not required to fill out BATF form 4473, but must still pay the PA state $3.00 surcharge per gun.

And now a few words about antique guns. Federal law requires any firearm, made after 1898, to be registered. Even though a gun looks like an antique, we need proof it was made before 1898 before we can give it to you without registration. Since documentation of guns made by many obscure manufacturers is difficult and time consuming, we may, sometimes, incorrectly register a gun that might be an antique. We regret this error but in the case of a Federally licensed dealer, it’s better safe than sorry.
