R        1.     Marlin Model 94. Serial # 5540.  .38-40 caliber lever action rifle made c. 1920’s.  24” octagon barrel with an excellent bore.  Upper tang marked “Marlin Model 94” with a star.  The star was a final inspector’s mark stamped onto firearms made by Marlin in the mid to late 1920’s era.  The bluing on the barrel and magazine tube is in good condition with some scratches, wear, and spots of fine rust.  The receiver, lever, butt plate, and barrel band are a blotchy, silvery brown patina.  Blued hammer.  The walnut stock and forearm are in very good condition with some small dings and scratches.  Extra finish has been applied.  Original sights.  Action works fine.  (C&R) Sold For 1,650.00

R        2.     Charter Arms Model Pathfinder.  Serial # 17-06578.  .22 WMR caliber double action revolver.  2” barrel with an excellent bore.  6 shot cylinder, fixed sights, and all stainless steel construction.  The satin finish on the metal is in excellent condition with no wear other than a slight cylinder line.  The black rubber grips are in excellent condition showing no wear.  The action works like new and the gun appears to have been fired very little if at all.  Includes the original black plastic case, the instructions, and a gun lock.  Sold For 250.00

R      3.       French MAPF “Unique” Model 52.  Serial # 479031.  .22 RF caliber semi auto pistol.  3 1/8” barrel with an excellent bore.  Made in Hendaye, France by Manufacture D’Armes Des Pyrenees (MAPF) c. 1950’s.  10 round detachable magazine.  The original blue finish on the metal is in good condition with some scratches and wear on the slide along with some wear and fine rust on the front and rear of the grip frame.  The brown plastic grips are in good condition with slight wear.  Action works fine.  (C&R) Sold For 310.00

R        4.     Hopkins & Allen Model Safety Police.  Serial # P5804.  .32 S&W caliber double action top ejecting revolver.  3” barrel with a fair bore.  The nickel finish on the metal is in fair condition with some rust and corrosion on the barrel and cylinder along with some fine rust and flaking on the frame.  The wooden grips show quite a bit of wear.  Action works although ejector will not snap back on opening.  Includes a case.  (C&R) Sold For 110.00 

R        5.     Mossberg Model 190.  Serial # N/A.  16 Ga. bolt action shotgun.  24” barrel with a very good bore.  The barrel is ported and uses the C-Lect adjustable choke system.  Detachable magazine.  The finish on the metal is in fair condition with areas of wear and fine rust.  The hardwood stock has been refinished and is in fair to good condition with some dings and scratches.  Large areas of the finish have flaked off.  Action works OK.  (C&R) Sold For 65.00

R        6.     Ithaca Gun Co. Model 37.  Serial # 808007.  16 Ga. pump action shotgun made in 1962.  28” plain barrel choked full with an excellent bore.  The finish on the metal is in very good condition with a few fine scratches on the barrel along with some scratches and edge wear on the receiver.  The walnut stock and forearm are in very good condition with some small dings and impressions.  Original Ithaca recoil pad.  RABAR front sight.  Action works fine.  (C&R)   Sold For 290.00

R        7.     Mossberg Model 83.  Serial # N/A.  .410 Bore bolt action shotgun.  24” barrel choked improved modified with a very good bore.  Internal top loading magazine.  The finish on the metal is a blotchy greyish brown patina with large areas of cold blue.  The wooden stock is in fair condition with dings, scratches, and a crack at the right side forearm and at the takedown screw.  Sling swivel stud holes in the butt and forearm.  Action works OK.  (C&R) Sold For 110.00

R        9.     Winchester Model 02.  Serial # NSN.  .22 RF caliber single shot bolt action rifle.  18” round barrel with an excellent bore.  The finish on the metal is in fair to good condition with some areas of wear and spots of cold blue.  The wooden stock has been refinished and is in very good condition.  Original trigger guard and butt plate.  Action works OK.  (C&R) Sold For 140.00

R      10.     Savage Arms Model 219 Combo.  Serial # 24C.  .30-30 Win. caliber single shot rifle.  26” barrel with an excellent bore.  This combo also includes a Model 220 barrel in 20 Ga. choked modified with an excellent bore.  Numbers on the receiver and both barrels match.  The finish on the metal is in fair to good condition with some small wear spots and fine rust spots on the barrels along with heavier wear and fine rust on the receiver and trigger guard.  The walnut stock and forearm are in fair condition with some dings and small cracks on each side of the stock where it meets the receiver.  Front and rear sights.  Action does not work properly as safety will move when pulling trigger.  (C&R) Sold For 260.00

R      11.     Mossberg Model B.  Serial # NSN.  .22 RF caliber bolt action single shot rifle.  22” barrel with an excellent bore.  The finish on the metal is a brownish patina with large areas of very fine rust.  The wooden stock has been sanded and finished with an opaque stain or paint.  Bolt handle replaced.  Action works OK.  (C&R) Sold For 75.00

R      12.     Hopkins & Allen Model Single Shot.  Serial # C0051.  12 Ga. single shot shotgun.  30” barrel choked improved modified with a fair bore.  The finish on the metal is in poor condition with a very fine rust on the barrel along with a blackish brown patina and fine rust on the receiver.  The walnut stock and forearm are in poor to fair condition with dings, scratches, and a crack at the wrist.  Action works but is loose.  (C&R) Sold For 85.00

        13.     FIE Model Tower Flintlock Pistol.  Serial # 1408.  .69 caliber black powder flintlock pistol made in Japan.  9” part octagon/part round barrel with a rusty bore.  The barrel and lock were originally in the white but are now covered with a fine to medium rust.  The wooden stock is in good condition with wear.  Brass pistol grip cap, trigger guard, and ferrule.  Action does not work properly.  Includes the ramrod.         14.     Dickenson Firearms Co. Model Sterling.  Serial # 526.  .32 RF caliber single action spur trigger revolver.  2¾” barrel with a rough bore.  5 shot cylinder.  The nickel finish on the metal is in poor to fair condition with some small scratches, spots of flaking, and some areas of rust and corrosion.  The wooden grips are in good condition with some wear.  Action works.     Sold For 100.00

R      15.     Browning Model A-5 Ducks Unlimited 50th Anniversary.  Serial # 87DU 02901.  12 Ga. semi auto shotgun.  28” vent rib barrel choked modified with a bore that should clean to excellent.  The bluing on the barrel is in excellent condition with no wear.  The engraved silver colored receiver is in excellent condition with no wear.  The receiver is engraved with game scenes and several Ducks Unlimited motifs.  The checkered walnut stock and forearm are in very good to excellent condition with a few scratches.  Original hard rubber butt pad.  Action works fine and the gun appears to have been fired very little if at all.  Includes the original box and instructions.  5,500 were made in 1987 for the Ducks Unlimited chapters in North America.     Sold For 1,600.00

R      16.     Smith & Wesson Model 29-3.  Serial # ADB3828.  .44 Rem. Magnum caliber double action revolver made in 1983.  8 3/8” barrel with an excellent bore.  This N frame revolver features a target hammer, target trigger, and target stocks.  The original finish on the metal is in excellent condition with a few small handling marks and a cylinder line.  The original grips are in excellent condition with just a few marks on the bottom.  Red ramp front sight, white outline rear.  Action works fine and the gun appears to have been fired very little.  Includes the original blue box, no instructions, and a set of Pachmayr Presentation grips. R      17.     Mossberg Model 835 Ulti-Mag Turkey.  Serial # UM955704.  12 Ga. 2¾”, 3”, 3½” pump action shotgun.  24” vent rib ported barrel with an excellent bore.  The barrel uses screw in chokes and comes with an Ulti-Full turkey choke tube installed.  Adjustable fiber optic sights and a synthetic stock and forearm.  The gun is finished in Mossy Oak Breakup Infinity camo and is in excellent condition showing little if any wear.  Original recoil pad.  Drilled for a scope.  Action works fine.  Includes the box but no instructions.  Sold For 230.00

        18.     Unknown Maker Flintlock Pistol.  Serial # NSN.  .50 caliber black powder flintlock pistol.  11” barrel.  This is a very ornate pistol in fair to good condition.  Action is weak.  Sold For 275.00

R      19.     Charter Arms Model AR-7 Explorer.  Serial # A267952.  .22 RF caliber semi auto rifle.  16” barrel with an excellent bore.   This is a compact takedown survival rifle that was made by Charter Arms in Stratford, Connecticut.  8 shot detachable magazine is NOT included.  The matte silvertone finish on the metal is in very good condition with a few dings on the barrel.  The original black synthetic stock is in good condition with many scratches and scuffs.  Action works fine.  Includes the original box and instructions.  Manufactured until 1990.  Sold For 200.00

R      20.     Norinco – CSI Model SKS.  Serial # D70909782.  7.62x39mm caliber semi auto rifle.  20” barrel with an excellent bore.  Made in China and marked M21 0296.  The arsenal type finish on the metal is in very good to excellent condition with only a few marks and very little wear.  The stock and handguard are in very good to excellent condition with some small dings and scratches.  Canvas sling, cleaning rod, and cleaning tools in the butt stock.  Folding bayonet is missing.  Numbers match.  Action works fine.     Sold For 450.00

R      25.     Ithaca Model Mag-10 Standard.  Serial # 100021668.  10 Ga. 3½” semi auto shotgun.  32” vent rib barrel choked full with a bore that should clean up to excellent.  The matte grey finish on the metal is in good condition with some scuffs and scratches scattered over the surface.  The dull finished walnut stock and forearm are in good condition with some dings, scratches, and a few impressions.  Rubber butt pad with a LOP of 14”.  Action works OK.  Made from 1975 to 1986.     Sold For 800.00

R      26.     Franchi – American Arms Model 48 AL.  Serial # L18833.  20 Ga. semi auto light weight shotgun made in Italy.  28” vent rib barrel with an excellent bore.  The barrel features screw in choke tubes and comes with the modified choke tube installed.   The finish on the metal is in very good to excellent condition with a few tiny marks on the barrel along with some edge wear on the alloy receiver.  The checkered wood stock and forearm are in very good condition with a few dings and scratches.  Action works fine.  Includes the box, instructions, extra full and improved cylinder choke tubes, and a wrench.  Sold For 475.00

R      27.     KOFS – ATI Model Cavalry SX.  Serial # 14030258.  28 Ga. over/under light weight shotgun.  26” vent rib barrels with excellent bores.  The barrels use screw in choke tubes and come with modified and improved cylinder choke tubes installed.  Single selective trigger and extractor only.  The matte blue finish on the barrels and trigger guard is in excellent condition with only a few tiny handling marks.  The engraved silver finished alloy receiver is in excellent condition with no wear.  The satin finished checkered walnut stock and forearm are in excellent condition with a couple of small dings.  Rubber butt pad with a LOP of 14”.  Action works fine.  Includes the box, instructions, extra full, improved modified, and cylinder choke tubes, and a wrench. R      28.     Harrington & Richardson Model 940.  Serial # AG51846.  .22 RF caliber double action revolver made in 1970.  6” barrel with an excellent bore.  9 shot swing out cylinder.  The original blue finish on the metal is in very good to excellent condition with some fine scratches on the left recoil plate and some fine speckles of rust on the front and rear grip frame.  The original wooden grips are in very good condition with a few dings.  Adjustable rear sight.  Action will not cycle as the internal trigger lock is locked and the key is not included. R      39.     Remington Model 700 VSSF.  Serial # S6292359.  .22-250 Rem. caliber bolt action rifle.  26” heavy barrel with an excellent bore.  This gun is the Varmint Synthetic Stainless Fluted and features all stainless steel construction, a fluted heavy barrel, and an H-S Precision synthetic varmint style stock.  The matte finish on the metal is in excellent condition with only a few small scuffs at the muzzle.  The synthetic stock is in excellent condition showing no wear.  Sling swivel studs.  Action works fine.  Includes the box, no instructions, and Leupold Vari-X III 6.5X to 20X power scope in Leupold bases and rings.  The turrets on the scope are not included. R      40.     Remington Model 514.  Serial # NSN.  .22 RF caliber bolt action single shot rifle made in 1958.  24¾” barrel with an excellent bore.  The blue finish on the metal is in very good condition except for the muzzle end of the barrel.  The 12” closest to the muzzle has a large area of fine to medium rust.  The walnut stock has been checkered, a contrasting forend tip, grip cap and inlays added, and then refinished.  It is in excellent condition.  Sling swivels added.  Original butt plate.  Front and rear sights present.  Action works OK.  (C&R) Sold For 110.00

R      41.     Turkish – Navy Arms Model 1903/38.  Serial # 22149.  8mm Mauser caliber bolt action rifle made in 1943.  29” barrel with a rough bore.  This rifle is one of many imported and is in good military condition.  The receiver has been cleaned and is in the white.  The stock and handguard are in good condition showing a few dings and scratches.  Various numbers on parts.  Rifle appears to be complete but the bolt stop is missing.  Otherwise, the action works OK.  (C&R)     Sold For 160.00

Heym Model SR 10.  Serial # 66000.  .25-06 caliber bolt action rifle.  26” barrel with an excellent bore.  This is a Pre-Mauser made version of the Mauser Model 3000.  The blue finish on the metal is in good condition with a few scuffs and dings on the barrel, some scratches on the bolt shroud, and some wear on the trigger guard and floor plate.  The walnut stock is in very good condition with only slight wear.  No sights.  Action works OK but sometimes hangs up on the magazine follower.  Originality needs to be determined by the buyer.  Sold For 425.00

        44.     Traditions Model Tracker 209 In-Line.  Serial # 14-13-056185-02.  .50 Caliber black powder percussion in-line muzzleloader rifle made in Spain.  22½” barrel with a 1-28” twist.  The satin nickel finish on the barreled action is in fair condition with scratches, dirt, and spots of rust.  The black synthetic stock is in good condition with some scuffs and scratches.  The sling swivel stud in the forearm is missing.  High visibility front and rear sight.  Action works but the gun needs a good cleaning.  Includes the ram rod.  Sold For 60.00

R      45.     Belgian Made Model Double Barrel.  Serial # 5088.  12 Ga. double barrel shotgun.  27 5/8” barrels both choked full with fair bores.  Double triggers and extractor only.  The finish on the metal is in poor condition with areas of wear and cold blue over top of some underlying pitting.  Receiver and trigger guard are engraved.  The checkered walnut stock and forearm are in poor to fair condition with heavy wear.  Action works but is slightly loose.  (C&R) Sold For 180.00

R      46.     Ludwig Loewe Model 1895 Chilean Mauser.  Serial # B3594.  7mm Mauser caliber bolt action rifle.  24½” barrel with a good bore.  This rifle has been sporterized.  The blue finish on the metal is in good condition with some areas of wear and fine rust.  The checkered walnut stock is in good condition with dings, scratches, and wear.  Bolt handle replaced.  After market safety.  Action works but the scope limits the travel of the safety and prevents it’s full engagement.  Includes a Tasco 4X power scope in Weaver mounts. R      47.     Remington Model 721.  Serial # 99464.  .270 caliber bolt action rifle made in 1949.  24” barrel with an excellent bore.  The finish on the metal is in good condition with some muzzle wear, some small scratches on the barrel, and quite a bit of wear on the trigger guard/floor plate.  The walnut stock has been oak leaf checkered and is in fair to good condition with a repaired crack at the top of the right wrist.  Recoil pad added with a LOP of 13¼”.  Sling swivel studs added.  Original rear sight is missing.  Action works OK.  Includes Leupold scope bases.  (C&R) Sold For 310.00

R      48.     Savage Arms Model 1907 Auto Pistol.  Serial # 102619.  .32 ACP caliber semi auto pistol.  3¾” barrel with a rough bore.  10 shot detachable magazine.  The blue finish on the metal is in poor condition with some fine scratches, some fine spots of rust, wear on the front and rear grip frame, and a large area of wear at the muzzle.  The right plastic grip is missing and the left is glued on.  Action does not work properly.  The hammer will sometimes follow the slide and the safety does not work.  (C&R)  Sold For 110.00

R      49.     Remington Model 700.  Serial # A6486426.  This is a Model 700 long action only, stripped of all of it’s parts.  The finish has been removed and it is in the white. Sold For 65.00

R      50.     Mossberg Model 185K-B.  Serial # NSN.  20 Ga. bolt action shotgun.  26” ported barrel with a bore that should clean up OK.  The barrel is equipped with the Mossberg C-LECT adjustable choke system.  This is a barreled action only that includes the bolt, trigger assembly, and several other parts.  It is in good condition with some spots of wear and spots of rust. R      51.     Winchester Model 1890.  Serial # 372661.  .22 Winchester Rimfire caliber pump action rifle.  24” octagon barrel with a rough bore.  Tubular magazine which has been altered.  The finish on the metal is a mixture of black and brown patina with areas of fine rust.  The walnut stock is in poor condition with dings, scratches, and cracks.  Forearm is missing.  Receiver and trigger assembly numbers do not match.  Action does not work properly and various other parts could be missing.  (C&R)  Sold For 130.00

R    225.     CZ Model 27.  Serial # 32614.  .32 ACP caliber semi auto pistol made in Czechoslovakia.  3¾” barrel with an excellent bore.  Made during the German occupation of Czechoslovakia between 1939 and 1945 and is Nazi proofed.   Marked on the top of the slide “Bohmische Waffenfabrik A.G. in Prag”.  This is an early production gun that does not have the rough wartime finish.  The fine polished bluing is in good to very good condition with some edge wear, muzzle wear, and fine rust spots on the slide along with a few small rust spots on the frame.  The original grips are broken and missing a small piece.  Original “P. Gun Registration Information

All guns with an "R" before the number must be registered. Licensed dealers must have a current copy of their FFL signed in ink in our files. No modern long guns sold to anyone under the age of 18, nor modern hand guns to anyone under 21. No hand guns sold to out of state residents who are not dealers. Residents of states requiring a purchase permit to buy long guns (I.E. New Jersey, etc.) must furnish this permit. Persons with Curio & Relic licenses may only purchase firearms listed as such by the B.A.T.F. and must provide a signed copy of that license. The purchaser pays any and all registration fees.

Your interpretation of "excellent", "very good", "good", etc. may be very different than ours, when it comes to the description of the condition of these guns. You are the final judge of condition before you buy. Please examine any item you are interested in very carefully and decide, before you bid, if it is as you expected. Always have a gunsmith check a gun you purchased for possible defects. We do not warrant any gun to be in firing condition.

If you see any glaring mistakes in the catalog description of the guns, please inform us of the error prior to the start of the sale. This will allow us to let other buyers know of the correction before any items are sold.

We will now be adding a "(C&R)" designation to the gun listing, to indicate guns that can be given directly to buyers who are holders of Curio & Relic licenses. There may be guns that we miss that are C&R eligible. The burden of proof is on the buyer to show that a particular gun is C&R eligible. C&R guns are listed on the BATF website and in their C&R booklet. Guns that are at least 50 years old also qualify as Curio and Relics. C&R license holders are not required to fill out BATF form 4473, but must still pay the PA state $3.00 surcharge per gun.

And now a few words about antique guns. Federal law requires any firearm, made after 1898, to be registered. Even though a gun looks like an antique, we need proof it was made before 1898 before we can give it to you without registration. Since documentation of guns made by many obscure manufacturers is difficult and time consuming, we may, sometimes, incorrectly register a gun that might be an antique. We regret this error but in the case of a Federally licensed dealer, it’s better safe than sorry.
