R      1.       Remington Model 700 SPS.  Serial # G6939294.  7mm-08 Rem. caliber bolt action rifle.  24” barrel with an excellent bore.  The matte black finish on the metal is in excellent condition with only a few very tiny rust speckles on the barrel.  BDL type floor plate is in excellent condition with some small scuffs.  The black synthetic stock is in very good condition with some scratches and scuffs.  Action works fine.  Includes a nylon padded carrying strap, 22 rounds of ammo, some empty brass, and a Nikon Prostaff 3X to 9X power scope in detachable mounts.   Sold For 400.00

R        2.     Japanese Arisaka Type 99 Short Rifle.  Serial # 88193.  7.7mm Japanese caliber bolt action rifle.  26” barrel with an excellent bore.  The arsenal type finish on the metal is in fair to good condition with some spots of wear and fine rust.  The stock and handguard are in fair to good condition with the usual dings and dents.  Mum is ground.  Dust cover, cleaning rod, and aircraft sights missing.  Action works OK.  Includes a homemade rope sling and a bayonet.  (C&R) Sold For 325.00

R        3.     Wm. Parkhurst Model Hammer Double.  Serial # NSN.  12 Ga. double barrel hammer shotgun made in Belgium.  30” barrels with rough bores.  Chambers measure 2½”.  Top rib marked “Belgian Damascus Finish”.  The finish on the metal is a silvery brown patina with large areas of rust.  The checkered walnut stock and forearm are in fair condition with heavy wear.  Action works but is loose.  (C&R) Sold For 30.00

R        4.     Sam Holt Arms Co. Model Hammer Double.  Serial # NSN.  12 Ga. double barrel hammer shotgun made in Belgium.  30” barrels with rough bores.  Chambers measure 2½”.  Top rib marked “Belgian Laminated Steel”.  The finish on the metal is a silvery grey patina with spots of rust, pitting, and large areas of cold blue.  The checkered walnut stock and forearm are in poor condition with heavy wear and repaired damage at the wrist.  Action works but release lever will not return on its own.  (C&R) Sold For 40.00

R        5.     Colt Model Python Stainless Steel.  Serial # KT9516.  .357 Magnum caliber double action revolver made c. 1992 to 1996.  2½” barrel with an excellent bore.  The finish on the stainless steel is in excellent condition with just a few tiny marks and signs of use.  The cylinder has the usual cylinder line.  The Colt rubber grips are in excellent condition with only slight wear.  Red ramp and white outline rear adjustable sights.  The action works fine and has that smooth pull that Pythons are noted for.  Includes a soft case, the instructions, 2 speed loaders and pouch, a leather holster, and a box of ammo.  Please see the pictures to get a better idea of the description. R        6.     F.I.E. Corp. Model Titan.  Serial # 112432.  .25 ACP caliber semi auto pistol.  2½” barrel with a bore that could clean to excellent.  7 shot detachable magazine.  This gun features a steel slide and barrel with an alloy frame.  The blue finish on the slide and barrel is in good condition with some fine dings, some fine rust, and some small spots of wear.  The finish on the frame is a greyish patina.  The plastic grips are in good condition with some wear.  Action works OK.  Production was discontinued in 1989.   Sold For 65.00

R        7.     F.I.E. Corp. Model Titan.  Serial # B54538.  .25 ACP caliber semi auto pistol.  2½” barrel with a dirty bore that could clean up better.  7 shot detachable magazine.  Like the gun above, this gun features a steel slide and barrel with an alloy frame.  The blue finish on the slide and barrel is in fair condition with some fine rust and large areas of wear.  The finish on the frame is a greyish patina.  The plastic grips are in good condition with some scratches and wear.  Action works OK.  Sold For 85.00

          8.     Forehand & Wadsworth Model British Bull-Dog.  Serial # 26638.  .44 Webley caliber double action revolver.  2½” barrel with a rusty bore.  5 shot cylinder.  The nickel finish on the metal is in poor condition with rust and large areas of flaking finish.  The hard rubber grips are in good condition with some dings and wear.  Action works.  This variant was manufactured from 1881 to early 1887. Sold For 110.00

R        9.     Savage Arms Model 24S-A.  Serial # N/A.  .22 WMR caliber/20 Ga. 3” over/under rifle/shotgun combination gun.  24” barrels with excellent bores.  Action release lever on the right side.  The blue finish on the barrels is in good condition with some scratches and areas of fine rust.  The receiver shows good case colors with some fine rust.  The hardwood stock and forearm are in fair condition with scratches and spots of flaking finish.  Original sights and top barrel grooved for a scope.  Action works fine.  (C&R) Sold For 350.00

R      10.     Marlin Model Golden 39AS.  Serial # 05091453.  .22 RF caliber lever action rifle.  24” barrel with an excellent bore.  The original finish on the metal is in excellent condition with just a few fine scratches on the top and right side of the receiver.  The checkered walnut stock and forearm are in excellent condition showing no wear.  Original sights including front hood.  Original sling swivel studs.  Action works fine.    Sold For 625.00

R      11.     Remington Model 760 “Gamemaster”.  Serial # 7367918.  .30-06 caliber pump action rifle made in 1973.  22” barrel with an excellent bore.  Detachable magazine.  The blue finish on the metal is in fair condition with some fine rust on the barrel along with scratches, fine rust, and wear on the receiver.  The original wooden stock and forearm have been replaced with a Remington made synthetic stock and forearm.  They are in very good condition with a few small scuffs.  Original sights.  Action works fine.  Includes a Bushnell Sportview 3X to 9X power scope in see through mounts.   Sold For 300.00

R      12.     B.C. Miroku – Chas Daly Model 500.  Serial # 228401.  12 Ga. double barreled shotgun made in Japan.  28” barrels choked full and modified with dirty bores that should clean up OK.  Double triggers and extractor only.  The blue finish on the metal is in poor to fair condition with spots of wear, fine rust, and areas of pitting.  The checkered walnut stock and forearm are in good condition with some dings, scratches, and wear.  Action works fine.   Sold For 220.00

R      13.     Winchester Model 70 Magnum.  Serial # G931791.  .300 Win. Magnum caliber bolt action rifle made in 1969.  25½” barrel with an excellent bore.  The barrel has had a ported break installed.  The original finish on the metal is in very good condition with some fine scratches and some fine rust spots on the barrel.  There is some slight wear on the trigger guard and floor plate.  The checkered walnut stock is in very good condition with a few small dings.  Recoil pad with a LOP of 13 3/8”.  Original sights are missing.  Detachable sling swivel studs.  Action works fine.  Includes a Redfield scope base and rings.   Sold For 475.00

R      14.     Kimber Model 84M Classic Stainless.  Serial # KM33123.  .308 Win. caliber bolt action rifle.  22” barrel with an excellent bore.  The brushed finish on the stainless steel is in very good to excellent condition with a few fine scratches near the muzzle and some rust speckles on the trigger guard.  The Kimber stock has been replaced with a custom laminated thumbhole stock that is in very good condition.  LOP is 14”.  Action works fine.  Includes a Barska 3X to 9X power scope in detachable mounts. Sold For 550.00

R      15.     Baikal – Intrac Model Single Barrel.  Serial # 94135017.  12 Ga 3” single barrel shotgun made in Russia.  28½” barrel choked full with an excellent bore.  The blue finish on the metal is in very good condition with slight wear.  The hardwood stock and forearm are in good condition with some areas of faded finish.  European type sling swivels.  Action is tight and works fine.  Includes the box and instructions.   Sold For 100.00

R      16.     Springfield Armory Model 1911A1.  Serial # NM34837.  .45 ACP caliber semi auto pistol.  5” barrel with an excellent bore.  Detachable magazine.  The barrel is a Colt MK IV, Series 70 and features a compensator with no bushing.  This gun has also been modified with a beavertail grip safety, stippled front strap, skaters tape on the front of the slide, oversize mag release button, and the rear sight has been removed.  The blue finish on the metal is in good condition with several small areas of wear.  The Pachmayr black rubber grips are in good condition with wear.  Action works but the thumb safety detent does not allow safety to remain on and it will fall out.  Includes a Tasco Pro Point in a frame mounted scope mount.  Sold For 310.00

        17.     Shang Dong 1St Factory – CAI Model Inline.  Serial # 03 00885.  .50 caliber black powder inline percussion muzzleloading rifle made in China.  22½” barrel with a good bore.  Rifle uses a percussion cap for ignition.  The blue finish on the metal is in fair to good condition with some scratches and scattered fine rust.  The hardwood stock is in good condition with dings and scratches.  Front and rear sights.  Recoil pad.  Action works.  Does not include a ramrod. Sold For 55.00

R      18.     Oviedo – SAMCO Model 1916 Short Rifle.  Serial # OT-48701.  .308 Win. caliber bolt action rifle made in Spain.  21¾” barrel with a very good bore.  These rifles were originally made in 7x57mm caliber and then converted to fire the .308 CETME which was a lower pressure .308 Win. round.  Because this rifle was built on an M1893 action, caution should be used if firing the gun using .308 Win. ammunition.  The blue finish on the metal is in good condition with some fine rust near the muzzle and on the trigger guard and floor plate.  The wooden stock and handguard are in good condition with some dings.  Action works OK.  Appears to be complete minus the sling.  (C&R) Sold For 140.00

R      19a.   First of a lot of 2: J. Stevens Arms Model Springfield 87A.  Serial # NSN.  .22 RF caliber semi auto rifle.  24” barrel with a very good bore.  Tubular magazine.  The finish on the metal is in fair condition with areas of fine rust on the barrel and magazine tube.  The hardwood stock is in good condition with small dings and impressions.  Front and rear sights.  Action does not work as bolt is missing the handle, recoil spring, and possibly other parts.  Includes a Weaver Model 329 scope in a Weaver side mount.  (C&R)  

R      19b.   Second of a lot of 2: Western Field Model M854.  Serial # M19165.  .22 RF caliber semi auto rifle.  20” barrel with a dirty bore that could clean up OK.  Tubular magazine in the butt.  The finish on the metal is in poor condition being covered with a fine surface rust.  The hardwood stock has been sanded and is in fair condition missing most of its finish.  Front and rear sights.  Action works OK. Sold For 50.00

R      20.     Polish – CDI Model 1944 Mosin-Nagant.  Serial # KT08699.  7.62x54Rmm caliber bolt action rifle.  20½” barrel with an excellent bore.  Made at Poland’s 11 Factory in 1953.  The arsenal type finish on the metal is in excellent condition with only slight wear.  The hardwood stock and handguard are in very good to excellent condition with slight wear.  Side folding bayonet.  Action works fine.  Includes the canvas sling.  (C&R) Sold For 500.00

R      21a.   First of a lot of 2: Mossberg Model 195K-A.  Serial # NSN.  12 Ga. bolt action shotgun.  26” barrel with a bore that should clean to excellent.  The barrel features a Mossberg C-LECT adjustable choke.  Detachable box magazine is NOT included.  The finish on the metal is in good condition with some spots of rust on both the barrel and receiver.  The wooden stock is in good condition with some small dings, scratches, and impressions.  Action works OK.

R      21b.   Second of a lot of 2: Savage Arms Model 30.  Serial # C000431.  12 Ga. 3” pump action shotgun.  28” vent rib barrel choked modified with a dirty bore that should clean to excellent.  The blue finish on the metal is in fair to good condition with spots of rust scattered over the surface.  The checkered hardwood forearm is in good condition with a few large scratches.  The stock is missing.  Action works. Sold For 60.00

R      22.     Sears Model 66.  Serial # NSN.  12 Ga. semi auto shotgun.  27” vent rib barrel with a very good bore.  The barrel features an adjustable choke.  Made for Sears, Roebuck & Co. by High Standard.  The blue finish on the metal is in good condition with some scratches and scattered rust spots.  The checkered walnut stock and forearm are in fair condition with wear and large areas of flaking finish.  Hardened recoil pad.  Receiver drilled and tapped on the top left side.  Action works OK.    Sold For 100.00

R      23.     J.C. Higgins Model 60.  Serial # NSN.  12 Ga. semi auto shotgun.  28” plain barrel choked improved cylinder with a bore that should clean to excellent.  Made for Sears, Roebuck & Co. by High Standard.  The blue finish on the metal is in good condition with some dings, scratches, and fine rust spots.  The checkered walnut stock and forearm are in good condition with some dings and scratches.  A piece of the forearm mount is missing on the rear right side.  Action works OK.   Sold For 110.00

R      24a.   First of a lot of 2: Riverside Arms Co. Model Double Barrel.  Serial # 55478.  16 Ga. double barrel shotgun.  28” barrels choked full and modified with rusty bores.  Made by J. Stevens Arms & Tool who used Riverside Arms as their trade name before changing to Springfield Arms after about 1930.  The metal is in poor condition with wear, dirt, and rust.  The stock and forearm also show heavy wear.  Action does not work and gun will not close.  (C&R)  

        24b.   Second of a lot of 2: W. Richards Model Hammer Double.  Serial # NSN.  12 Ga. double barrel hammer shotgun made in Belgium.  30” laminated steel barrels with rusty bores.  The finish on the metal is in poor condition with fine rust scattered over the surface.  The checkered walnut stock and forearm are in poor condition with dings, scratches, and wear.  The stock is split at the wrist.  Butt plate is broken.  Action works. Sold For 30.00

        25.     Prussian Model 1809 “Potsdam” Percussion Conversion Musket.  Serial # NSN.  .71 caliber black powder percussion rifle.  41” barrel.  Maker’s name on lock is illegible.  Barrel and butt plate dated 1843.  Sometimes referred to as an 1809/39, some of these were issued to Northern Regiments early in the Civil War.  The metal has been cleaned and is a silvery patina with spots of previous pitting at the nipple.  The brass trigger guard, lock plate, butt plate, barrel bands, and nose cap are in good condition.  The full length stock is in good condition with the usual wear.  Several markings on the butt plate.  Action works.  Includes the ramrod.  Please see the picture to get a better idea of the description.  Sold For 330.00

        26.     Austrian Model 1842 Percussion Conversion Rifled Musket.  Serial # NSN.  .71 caliber black powder percussion rifle.  42½” barrel.  Many of these were imported into the U.S. for use by the North in 1861 and were converted to percussion at that time.  The metal is a silvery black patina with spots of pitting near the nipple.  The full length stock is in good condition with small dings, scratches, and wear.  Action works.  Includes the ramrod.  Please see the picture to get a better idea of the description.   Sold For 325.00

R      27.     Parker Brothers Model VH Grade.  Serial # 125841.  12 Ga. double barrel shotgun made in 1904.  28” barrels choked improved cylinder and cylinder with excellent bores.  Both barrels have some small dents and the right barrel has a pressure ring about 5” from the breech.  Double triggers and extractor only.  The barrels have been refinished and are in excellent condition with a few small dings.  The receiver has been refinished with faux case colors and is also in excellent condition.  The checkered walnut stock and forearm, also refinished, show just a few small marks.  Original butt plate.  Action works fine.  Please see the picture to get a better idea of the condition.  (C&R)   Sold For 425.00

        28.     Unknown Maker Flintlock Pistol.  Serial # NSN.  .50 caliber black powder flintlock pistol.  10½” barrel.  Very ornate barrel.  Lock markings are illegible.  Brass grip cap, lock plate, and ferrule.  Wooden stock is cracked and missing some wood.  Pistol is in fair condition.  Action is weak.  Sold For 275.00

        29.     Belgian Made Model Double Barrel Percussion Pistol.  Serial # NSN.  .38 caliber black powder percussion screw barrel pistol.  3” barrel with good bores.  The metal is in good condition with a silvery brown patina.  The checkered walnut grip has a silver inlay and is in very good condition.  Hammers work fine.  Made pre-1893.   Sold For 190.00

        30.     Jukar Model Single Shot Pistol.  Serial # 099258.  .45 caliber black powder percussion pistol made in Spain.  10” barrel with a slightly rusty bore.  These guns were sold by CVA and Dixie Gun Works years ago and were available new or in kit form.  The barrel is in very good condition with a blackish/brown finish.  The lock shows traces of case colors.  The wooden stock is in good condition with small dings, scratches, and impressions.  Brass trigger guard, lock plate, nose cap, and ferrules.  Action works.  Includes the ramrod.    Sold For 70.00

R      31.     Mauser – Interarms Model P-38.  Serial # 3762g.  9mm Luger caliber semi auto pistol.  4¾” barrel with a very good bore.  Detachable magazine.  Marked “byf 44” on the left side of the slide.  This is one of the pistols assembled from parts by the French Forces at the end of WWII.  WaA135 Waffenamt along with Eagle L and Eagle N proofs.  The blue finish on the metal is in good to very good condition with some small areas of wear scattered about.  The checkered walnut grips are in good condition with slight wear.  Numbers do not match.  Action works fine.  Includes the box, instruction, and other papers.  (C&R)   Sold For 725.00

R      32.     High Standard Model Sentinel MK I.  Serial # S40345.  .22 RF caliber double action revolver.  4” barrel with an excellent bore.  This gun features a 9 shot cylinder, adjustable sights, and a matte nickel finish.  The nickel is in very good condition with some wear on the cylinder and a few very tiny rust speckles on the right side of the frame.  The wooden grips are in very good condition with only slight wear.  Action works fine.   Sold For 375.00

R      33.     Star – Interarms Model Firestar Plus.  Serial # 2159404.  9mm Luger caliber semi auto pistol made in Spain.  3½” barrel with an excellent bore.  10 shot detachable magazine.  Nickel plated steel slide with an alloy frame.  The matte and brushed finish on the slide is in good condition with some small scratches, scuffs, and a few tiny rust speckles.  The matte finished alloy frame is in good condition with areas of dullness.  The black plastic grips are in good condition with slight wear.  Ambidextrous frame mounted safety.  Action works fine.  Includes the plastic box, the instructions, and a cleaning rod and brush.    Sold For 270.00

R      34.     Mossberg Maverick Model 88 Security.  Serial # MV55451J.  12 Ga. 3” pump action shotgun.  20” plain barrel choked cylinder with an excellent bore.  8 shot magazine tube.  The finish on the metal is in excellent condition with only a few small handling marks.  The black synthetic stock and forearm are in excellent condition with little wear.  Action works fine.  Includes a gun sock. Sold For 160.00

R      35.     Ruger Model SR22.  Serial # 366-44880.  .22 RF caliber semi auto pistol.  3½” threaded barrel with a bore that will clean to excellent.  10 shot detachable magazine.  3 dot adjustable sights.  The matte black finish on the slide and small parts is in excellent condition with little if any wear.  The black polymer frame is in excellent condition with no wear.  Action works fine.  Includes the original box, no instructions, an extra magazine, an extra grip strap, magazine plates, tools, and a nylon IWB holster.   Sold For 290.00

R      36.     Kel-Tec Model PMR-30.  Serial # WWG751.  .22 WMR caliber semi auto pistol.  4¼” barrel with a bore that will clean to excellent.  This pistol features a desert tan finish, fiber optic sights, ambidextrous safety, and a 30 round detachable magazine.  The blue finish on the slide and barrel is in excellent condition with only slight wear.  The tan polymer frame is in excellent condition with slight wear.  Action works fine.  Includes the black plastic case, the instructions, an extra magazine, a magazine loader, and a gun lock. Sold For 425.00

R      37.     North American Arms Model “The Wasp” .22 Magnum Conversion.  Serial # VT15510.  .22 WMR/.22 RF caliber stainless steel single action revolver.  1 5/8” vent rib barrel with a bore that will clean to excellent.  This little revolver features a skeletonized hammer, black cylinder flutes, black lines on the cylinder and base pin, and black rubber grips.  The finish on the stainless steel is in good condition with some fine scratches and scuffs.  The small rubber grips are in excellent condition showing no wear.  Action works fine.  Includes a black metal security case, the instructions, and the extra cylinder.   Sold For 200.00

R      38.     CZ Model 455 American.  Serial # B955194.  .22 WMR caliber bolt action rifle made in the Czech Republic.  20½” barrel with an excellent bore.  Detachable magazine.  This rifle also includes an extra barrel in .17 HMR.  The finish on the metal is in excellent condition with little if any wear.  The checkered walnut stock is in excellent condition with a few small dings.  Sling swivel studs.  Action works fine and the gun appears to have been fired very little.  Includes the original box, the instructions, the above mentioned barrel, an extra magazine, and a CZ Flyweight trigger.  Sold For 320.00

R      41.     Colt Model LE6920 M-4 Carbine.  Serial # LE227592.  5.56mm (.223 Rem.) caliber semi auto rifle.  16” barrel.  This gun features an M-4 profile barrel, a collapsible stock, an optics ready upper receiver, and a MAGPUL MBUS rear sight.  The gun is new in the box and unfired.  Includes the box and the accessory pack which consists of the instructions, a 30 round magazine, and a gun lock.    Sold For 925.00

R      45.     G.S.G. – A.T.I. Model 522 SD LW.  Serial # A541026.  .22 RF caliber semi auto rifle made in Germany.  16¼” barrel with an excellent bore.  This is a pretty good replica of the Heckler & Koch MP5 submachine gun.  22 round detachable magazine is NOT included.  Fixed buttstock and a faux silencer.  This is the lightweight version with the polymer upper and lower receiver.  The gun is in excellent condition and shows very little use.  Action works fine.   Sold For 240.00

Lafferty Model Percussion Rifle.  Serial # NSN.  .32 caliber black powder percussion rifle.  33” octagon barrel with a dirty bore.  The barrel measures about 1.00” across the flats.  Overall length is 49”.  Lock appears to be marked “Henry Elwell Warranted”.  A gunsmith by the name of Henry Elwell worked as a lock maker in Seneca County, OH from 1810 to 1812.  The metal is a smooth blotchy brown patina.  The full length stock is in poor to fair condition with dings, scratches, and a repaired split at the wrist.  Brass butt plate and trigger guard.  Silver nose cap.  Double set triggers.  Action works.  Includes a ramrod.  Please see the picture to get a better idea of the condition.   Sold For 275.00

      248.     Unknown Maker Model Percussion Pistol.  Serial # NSN.  .50 caliber black powder percussion single shot pistol.  14½” rifled barrel.  There is some worn writing on both sides of the receiver which appears to be French.  Exposed flip up trigger in the upper rear.  Small fold down handle in the front.  The finish on the metal is well worn and is a blackish brown patina.  The homemade stock is in poor condition with dings, scratches, some cracks, and a sliver of missing wood.  Action does work. Sold For 80.00

R    249.     Winchester Model 94 SRC.  Serial # 10103.  .32 Win. Special caliber lever action saddle ring carbine made in 1927.  20” barrel with an excellent bore.  Tang marked “Model 94”.  The finish on the metal is in fair condition with the bluing on the barrel and magazine tube having some small scratches, wear, and fine rust.  The receiver and lever are a silvery brown patina with quite a bit of wear.  Multiple holes for a side mount have been drilled in the left side of the receiver.  The walnut stock and forearm are in good to very good condition with some small scratches and wear.  Rear sight has been replaced with a Marbles.  Action works fine.  (C&R)   Sold For 600.00

Gun Registration Information

All guns with an "R" before the number must be registered. Licensed dealers must have a current copy of their FFL signed in ink in our files. No modern long guns sold to anyone under the age of 18, nor modern hand guns to anyone under 21. No hand guns sold to out of state residents who are not dealers. Residents of states requiring a purchase permit to buy long guns (I.E. New Jersey, etc.) must furnish this permit. Persons with Curio & Relic licenses may only purchase firearms listed as such by the B.A.T.F. and must provide a signed copy of that license. The purchaser pays any and all registration fees.

Your interpretation of "excellent", "very good", "good", etc. may be very different than ours, when it comes to the description of the condition of these guns. You are the final judge of condition before you buy. Please examine any item you are interested in very carefully and decide, before you bid, if it is as you expected. Always have a gunsmith check a gun you purchased for possible defects. We do not warrant any gun to be in firing condition.

If you see any glaring mistakes in the catalog description of the guns, please inform us of the error prior to the start of the sale. This will allow us to let other buyers know of the correction before any items are sold.

We will now be adding a "(C&R)" designation to the gun listing, to indicate guns that can be given directly to buyers who are holders of Curio & Relic licenses. There may be guns that we miss that are C&R eligible. The burden of proof is on the buyer to show that a particular gun is C&R eligible. C&R guns are listed on the BATF website and in their C&R booklet. Guns that are at least 50 years old also qualify as Curio and Relics. C&R license holders are not required to fill out BATF form 4473, but must still pay the PA state $3.00 surcharge per gun.

And now a few words about antique guns. Federal law requires any firearm, made after 1898, to be registered. Even though a gun looks like an antique, we need proof it was made before 1898 before we can give it to you without registration. Since documentation of guns made by many obscure manufacturers is difficult and time consuming, we may, sometimes, incorrectly register a gun that might be an antique. We regret this error but in the case of a Federally licensed dealer, it’s better safe than sorry.
