          1.     Harper’s Ferry Model 1816 Flintlock Musket.  Serial # NSN.  .69 caliber black powder flintlock musket.  42” round barrel with a dirty, dusty bore.  Lock marked “Harper’s Ferry 1837”.  Tang dated 1837.  The finish on the barrel and lock is a blotchy silvery brown patina with some fine pitting near the base of the barrel.  Most of the other parts are a blotchy brown patina.  There is a number 4 stamped on the butt plate, butt plate screws, trigger guard, lock plate, lock plate screws, and the tang screw.  The stock shows dings and wear but is in pretty good condition for its age.  Some markings are visible including inspector’s initials.  Sling swivel missing on front of trigger guard.  Locks works.  Includes what may be an original ramrod.  Please see the picture to get a better idea of the description.           2.     Remington Model 1841 “Mississippi” Percussion Rifle.  Serial # NSN.  .54 caliber black powder percussion rifle.  33” barrel with a dirty, dusty bore.  Lock is marked “Remington’s/Herkimer/N.Y.” and dated 1848.  Marking at breech is illegible.  The finish on the metal is a brown patina with fine to medium pitting at the nipple area.  Barrel has been turned down to fit a bayonet.  This is most likely the N.Y. State alteration for the 1842 socket bayonet.  All brass pieces are in good condition with tarnish.  The wooden stock is in good condition with various dings and scratches.  No inspector’s markings visible.  Lock works.  Rifle appears to be complete including the iron trumpet shaped head ramrod.  Please see the picture to get a better idea of the description.  Sold For 1,250.00

          3.     French Model 1816 Flintlock Musket.  Serial # NSN.  .69 caliber black powder flintlock musket.  44¾” barrel with a dirty, dusty bore.  Made at the Maubeuge Arsenal and so marked on the lock.  Both barrel and stock are dated 1818.  The finish on the metal is a greyish brown patina.  Some areas might have been cleaned a long time ago.  The stock is in fair to good condition with a lot of small dings.  There is a small spot of damage the left side at the front barrel band spring.  Very good markings on the stock including the date proof on the right side butt.  There is also a name in small print on the bottom rear wrist.  Lock works.  The rifle appears to be complete including the ramrod.  Please see the picture to get a better idea of the description.           4.     D. Nippes Model 1840 Flintlock Percussion Conversion Musket.  Serial # NSN.  .69 caliber black powder percussion conversion rifle.  42” barrel with a dirty, dusty bore.  The barrel is converted using the Bolster type conversion.  Lock is marked “D. Nippes/Mill Creek/Pa” and dated 1843.  The finish on the metal is a greyish patina with some fine rust, dings, and some fine to medium pitting at the nipple area.  The stock is in fair condition with dings, wear, and a repair at the upper wrist.  2 cartouches on the left side above trigger.  Lock does not work properly.  The gun appears to be complete including the ramrod.  Please see the picture to get a better idea of the description.           5.     Trenton Model 1861 Percussion Musket.  Serial # NSN.  .58 caliber black powder percussion rifle.  40” barrel with a dusty bore.  Lock is marked “Trenton” and dated 1863.  The marking on the top of barrel is partially illegible but looks to be 1863.  Barrel is also marked “N.J.” on the left side as is the stock.  The finish on the metal is a brown patina with some of the white showing on the sides of the barrel.  The stock is in good condition with dings, scratches, and wear.  2 leaf rear sight.  Lock works.  The rifle appears to be complete including the correct ramrod.  Please see the picture to get a better idea of the description.           6.     Remington No. 1 Rolling Block Military Rifle.  Serial # NSN.  .43 Spanish caliber single shot rifle.  35” barrel with a dark bore.  The finish on the metal is a blotchy grey/brown patina with scattered dings and some very fine rust.  The walnut stock and forearm are in fair condition with many dings and impressions.  Original sights.  Action works fine and is tight.  Includes the cleaning rod.  Made c. 1867 to 1888. Sold For 300.00

R        7.     J. Stevens Arms Model 70 Visible Loader.  Serial # A 344.  .22 RF caliber pump action rifle.  22” round barrel with a very good bore.  ¾ length tubular magazine.  The finish on the metal is in good condition with some areas of brown patina starting on the barrel and magazine tube.  The receiver shows some slight edge wear along with a small amount of brown patina.  The stock and forearm are in very good condition with some small dings.  Original sights.  Action is tight and will not fully cycle.  Made from 1907 to 1932.  (C&R) Sold For 250.00

R        8.     Belgian Made Model Single Shot.  Serial # NSN.  .22 RF caliber single shot rifle.  22¼” octagon barrel with a rough bore.  The finish on the metal is in poor condition being covered with areas of fine to medium rust.  The checkered wooden stock is in poor to fair condition with dings and wear.  Extractor is missing.  Action works OK.  (C&R) Sold For 65.00

R        9.     T. Barker Model Hammer Double.  Serial # NSN.  .410 Bore double barrel hammer shotgun made in Belgium.  26” Laminated Steel barrels with dirty bores that should clean up better.  The finish on the metal is a blotchy grey/black patina covered with spots of fine to medium rust, some of which has been previously cleaned.  The receiver is engraved and is a bit better.  The walnut stock and forearm are good condition with wear.  The stock is most likely a replacement.  Action works.  (C&R) Sold For 200.00

R      10.     Page-Lewis Arms Co. Model B Sharpshooter.  Serial # 7093.  .22 RF caliber single shot boy’s rifle.  24” barrel with a rough bore that might clean up better.  Irwin Page and George S. Lewis were officers of the J. Stevens Arms Company and their employment was "downsized" when Savage took over Stevens.  They promptly founded the Page-Lewis Arms Co. in Chicopee, MA in 1921.  The company did OK and at least held its own in the marketplace, but Page died unexpectedly in 1924. The company went downhill after that and soon after it was sold to Savage.  The finish on the metal is in poor to fair condition with wear and fine rust on the barrel along with wear, brown patina, and fine rust on the receiver and lever.  The walnut stock and forearm are in fair to good condition with some small dings and scratches.  The stock is cracked at the upper wrist.  Front sight is missing.  Action works OK.  (C&R)    Sold For 80.00

R      11.     Colt Model New Service.  Serial # 331951.  .45 Colt caliber double action revolver made in 1930.  5½” barrel with a very good bore.  The metal was refinished at some point in the past and is in fair condition with areas of wear on the barrel, cylinder, and frame.  There is some fine rust on the front and rear grip frame.  The black plastic grips are replacements and are in very good condition with minimal wear.  Lanyard loop in butt.  Action works fine.  (C&R)  Sold For 300.00

R      12.     Glock Model 22.  Serial # BNH921.  .40 S&W caliber semi auto pistol made in Austria.  4½” barrel with an excellent bore.  This is a Gen 2 full size pistol.  15 round detachable magazine.  The matte black finish on the metal is in good to very good condition with some fine scratches and minor edge wear.  The black polymer frame is in very good condition showing only slight wear.  Standard sights.  Action works fine.  Includes the black plastic box, 3 extra 15 round magazines, a magazine loader, and a cleaning brush. R      13.     Ruger Model Redhawk.  Serial # 500-51410.  .44 Rem. Magnum caliber double action revolver made in 1983.  7½” barrel with an excellent bore.  All stainless steel construction.  The brushed finish on the metal is in very good condition with some scuffs and scratches on the barrel and frame.  The Pachmayr black rubber grips are in good condition with slight wear.  V notch rear sight with a gold bead front sight.  Action works fine.  Includes the box and a Leupold M8-2X pistol scope in the original Ruger rings. R      14.     Mossberg Model 500C Combo.  Serial # NSN.  20 Ga. 3” pump action shotgun.  26” plain barrel with a bore that will clean to excellent and a 24” Slugster barrel with a bore that will also clean to excellent.  The 26” barrel uses the Mossberg C-Lect adjustable choke system.  The finish on the barrels is in good to very good condition with some wear and a few small spots of rust along with some scratches and edge wear on the alloy receiver.  The walnut stock and forearm are in good condition with some dings and scratches.  Recoil pad with an LOP of 13 7/8”.  Action works OK.  Includes a nylon ammo carrier. R      15.     Dan Wesson Model 744 VH Stainless.  Serial # IHMSA-S/12529.  .44 Rem. Magnum caliber double action revolver.  8” vent rib heavy barrel with an excellent bore.  These guns were noted for having interchangeable barrels and shrouds.  This gun was a special edition from IHMSA and is serial numbered with the owner’s IHMSA member number.  The brushed stainless steel is in excellent condition with just slight wear on the cylinder.  The Pachmayr black rubber grips are in excellent condition with little wear.  Adjustable sights with a red ramp front.  Action works fine.  Includes the box, instructions, the barrel removal wrench, and a cleaning rod. R      16.     Smith & Wesson Model 14-3.  Serial # 8K36410.  .38 Spl. caliber double action revolver made in 1975.   6” barrel with an excellent bore.  This is a square butt, K frame with adjustable target sights.  The original finish on the metal is in good condition with some cleaned rust on the muzzle end of the barrel and some scratches and edge wear on the frame.  The Pachmayr Gripper grips are in very good condition with little wear.  Action works fine.  Sold For 280.00

R      17.     Smith & Wesson Model 59.  Serial # A172690.  9mm Luger caliber semi auto pistol made c. 1972, 1973.  4” barrel with an excellent bore.  14 shot detachable magazine.  This pistol features a steel slide, alloy frame, windage adjustable rear sight, and a slide mounted de-cocker safety.  The finish on the metal is in good condition with some fine scratches, edge wear, and small rust spots on the slide along with some small scratches on the alloy frame.  The Pachmayr rubber grips are in very good condition with little wear.  Action works fine but gun will not stay open on an empty magazine. R      18.     Ruger Model Mark I Target.  Serial # 13-38959.  .22 RF caliber semi auto pistol made in 1976.      6 7/8” heavy tapered barrel with an excellent bore.  Barrel is marked “Made In The 200th Year Of American Liberty”.  9 shot detachable magazine.  Adjustable sights.  The blue finish on the metal is in excellent condition with very little wear visible.  The original black plastic grips are in excellent condition showing no wear.  Action works fine.   Sold For 250.00

R      19.     Wichita Arms Model Silhouette Pistol.  Serial # 462P.  .308 Win. caliber bolt action single shot pistol.  14 15/16” barrel with an excellent bore.  This pistol features an adjustable trigger, a center grip walnut stock, a left hand action for shooting with the right hand, and a globe front sight with an adjustable rear sight.  The blue finish on the metal is in excellent condition with just a few tiny scratches at the muzzle.  The walnut stock is in very good to excellent condition with a few small impressions.  Action works fine.  Discontinued in 1994.  Sold For 1,000.00

R      20.     Magnum Research Model Lone Eagle Pistol.  Serial # MR5935.  .44 Rem. Magnum caliber single shot pistol.  14” threaded barrel with an excellent bore.  This pistol features a circular rear breech action and a black synthetic ambidextrous pistol grip stock.  The blue finish on the metal is in excellent condition with just a couple of small scuffs near the muzzle.  The synthetic stock is in excellent condition showing no wear.  Action works fine.  Includes a Simmons 2X power scope in detachable mounts, the box, the instructions, and a tool.  Made from 1991 to 2001.   Sold For 475.00

R      21.     Colt Government Model 1911A1 Commercial.  Serial # 246469-C.  .45 ACP caliber semi auto pistol made in 1950.  5” barrel with an excellent bore.  Detachable magazine.  This pistol was modified by lowering and flaring the ejection port, stippling the front strap, adding a taller front sight, and adding a Bomar slide mounted rear sight assembly.  The original blue finish on the metal is in fair condition with small scratches and wear on the slide and the frame.  The Hogue black rubber grips are in very good condition with little wear.  Action works fine.  Includes a Springfield Armory hard case, 3 extra magazines, a set of diamond checkered wooden grips, and some cleaning tools.  (C&R) Sold For 550.00

R      22.     Thompson-Center Arms Model Contender Super 14.  Serial # 101874.  .44 Rem. Magnum caliber single shot pistol.  14” barrel with an excellent bore.  The original blue finish on the metal is in very good condition with a few small scratches on the barrel and some scratches on the trigger guard and lower portion of the frame.  The walnut grip and forearm are in very good to excellent condition with only a few small dings.  Original target/silhouette rear sight.  Action works fine.  Sold For 340.00

R      23.     High Standard Model Supermatic Citation 107 Series.  Serial # ML70914.  .22 RF caliber semi auto pistol.  7¼” fluted barrel with an excellent bore.  This lot also includes an LSP 5½” bull barrel with an LSP scope rail.  10 shot detachable magazine.  Adjustable rear sight.  The finish on the metal is in very good condition with some muzzle wear and fine edge wear on the barrel along with some wear on the top of the slide and slight wear on the front and rear grip frames.  The checkered walnut thumb rest grips are in very good condition with slight wear.  Front and rear grip frames are stippled.  Action works fine.  Includes an extra magazine.  Sold For 500.00

R      24.     High Standard Model The Victor 107 Series.  Serial # ML41332.  .22 RF caliber semi auto pistol.  5½” slab side barrel with an excellent bore.  10 shot detachable magazine.  Made in E. Hartford, Conn., this pistol features a full length scope rib, a barrel weight, checkered walnut right hand thumb rest grips, and stippled front and rear back straps.  The finish on the metal is in good to very good condition with areas of wear on the barrel and weight and some slight wear at the top of the rear back strap and on the trigger guard.  The checkered walnut grips are in good condition with slight wear.  Skaters tape has been applied to both grips.  Action works fine but safety is hard to apply.  Includes 2 extra magazines. R      25.     Steyr – C.A.I. Model 95 Carbine.  Serial # 4623M.  8x56Rmm caliber bolt action rifle made in Austria.  19½” barrel with a very good bore.  This is one of the many 1895 rifles converted in the 1930’s to fire the 8x56Rmm cartridge and also converted to carbines at the same time.  Many have been refinished and recently imported.  The arsenal type finish on the metal is in very good condition with only slight wear.  The stock and handguard have been refinished and are in very good condition.  Action works fine and the gun appears to be complete minus the sling.  (C&R) Sold For 220.00

R      26.     Winchester Model 94.  Serial # 3067140.  .30-30 Win. caliber lever action rifle made in 1967.  20” barrel with an excellent bore.  The original finish on the metal is in good condition with some small marks on the magazine tube along with some scratches and wear on the receiver and lever.  The wooden stock and forearm have been refinished and are in very good condition.  Sling swivels studs added.  Original front and rear sights including the hood.  Action works fine.  (C&R) Sold For 350.00

R      27.     Winchester Model 70 Classic Featherweight.  Serial # G290064.  .30-06 caliber bolt action rifle.  22” barrel with an excellent bore.  This rifle features controlled round feed.  The blue finish on the metal is in very good condition with some small scratches and muzzle wear on the barrel along with a few small scratches on the bolt handle and some wear on the floor plate.  The checkered walnut stock is in excellent condition with just a couple of small dings.  Action works fine.  Includes a Leupold Vari-X IIc 3X to 9X power scope in Redfield type mounts. R      28.     Winchester Model 250.  Serial # B877768.  .22 RF caliber lever action rifle.  20½” barrel with an excellent bore.  Tubular magazine.  The finish on the metal is in good to very good condition with some fine scratches on the barrel and some fine scratches and edge wear on the alloy receiver.  The checkered hardwood stock and forearm are in very good condition with small impressions.  Original sights.  Action works fine.  Made from 1963 to 1973.  Sold For 275.00

        29.     Harrington & Richardson Model American Double Action.  Serial # 392.  .44 caliber double action revolver.  4½” octagon barrel with a very good bore.  The original nickel finish on the metal is in good condition with just a couple of small spots of rust and corrosion on the barrel and some small speckles of rust on the frame and cylinder.  The hard rubber grips are in very good condition with minimal wear.  Action works OK.  This is the 3rd variation made from 1888 to 1897. Sold For 220.00

R      30.     Harrington & Richardson Premier Bicycle.  Serial # 9727.    .22 RF caliber double action top eject revolver.  2” barrel with a good bore that could clean up better.  7 shot cylinder.  The blue finish on the metal is in fair condition with wear and very fine rust on both sides of the frame and on the front and rear grip frames.  The genuine pearl grips are in good condition with some small stains.  Action works OK.  (C&R)  Sold For 120.00

        31.     Smith & Wesson Model No. 1-1/2.  Serial # 5904.  .32 RF caliber single action revolver.  3½” octagon barrel with a fair bore.  Tip up style frame with a spur trigger and no trigger guard.  The metal has been refinished in nickel and is in good condition with some spots of corrosion and flaking on the right side of the frame.  The original rosewood grips are in poor to fair condition with wear and a chip of wood missing from the right grip.  Action does not work properly and hinge is loose.  Includes a soft case.  Manufactured from 1865 to 1868.  Sold For 190.00

R      32a.   First of a lot of 2: Harrington & Richardson Model American Double Action.  Serial # 162.  .32 S&W caliber double action revolver.  2½” octagon barrel with a good bore.  The original nickel finish on the metal is in good condition with some small scratches and some tiny spots of rust on the barrel and frame along with some spots of rust and corrosion on the cylinder.  The hard rubber grips are in very good condition with slight wear.  Action works OK.  Includes a vintage leather holster.  (C&R)

R      32b.   Second of a lot of 2: Hopkins & Allen Arms Model X.L. Double Action.  Serial # 8078.  .32 S&W caliber double action revolver.  2¼” octagon barrel.  The nickel finish on the metal is in poor condition with large areas of rust and corrosion.  The hard rubber grips are in fair condition with dings and wear.  Action does not work.  (C&R) Sold For 70.00

R      33.     Magnum Research Model Baby Desert Eagle.  Serial # 105698.  .40 S&W caliber semi auto pistol.  4½” barrel with an excellent bore.  13 round detachable magazine.  The matte black finish on the metal is in good condition with some fine scratches and wear scattered over the surface.  The black plastic grips are in good condition with slight wear.  3 dot fixed sights.  Slide mounted de-cocker safety.  Action works fine.  Includes the box, no instructions, a hard case, an extra magazine, a nylon holster, and a box of ammo.     Sold For 475.00

R      34.     Colt Vest Pocket Model 1908.  Serial # 344908.  .25 ACP caliber semi auto pistol made in 1925.  2” barrel with an excellent bore.  6 shot detachable magazine.  The original finish on the metal is in fair to good condition with some fine scratches and small spots of wear on the slide along with some edge wear and other spots of wear on the frame.  Good case colors on the trigger, thumb safety, and grip safety.  The original black plastic grips are in very good condition with slight wear.  Action works fine.  Includes a leather IWB holster.  (C&R) Sold For 325.00

R      35.     J.P. Sauer & Son Model 38-H Type Four.  Serial # 446780.  7.65mm (.32 ACP) caliber semi auto pistol.  3½” barrel with an excellent bore.  Made in Germany near the last days of WWII, this gun shows an unpolished finish, a zinc trigger and magazine bottom, and only the caliber marking on the left side of the slide.  The frame and slide show the Eagle N commercial proof and the frame shows the Eagle 37 military acceptance proof.  The rough wartime finish on the metal is in very good condition with several areas of slight wear and a rust spot on the left side of the slide.  The original grips are in very good condition with a little wear.  Action works fine.  Includes a leather flap holster.  (C&R) Sold For 475.00

R      36.     Smith & Wesson Model 41.  Serial # 76519.  .22 RF caliber semi auto target pistol.  7 3/8” barrel with muzzle break with an excellent bore.  10 shot detachable magazine.  Adjustable rear sight.  Patridge front sight.  The original blue finish on the metal is in good condition with some small dings and scratches on the barrel and slide along with some scratches on the bottom of the frame.  The oversized checkered thumb rest grips are in fair condition with some dings, scratches, and wear.  Action works fine.  Includes 2 extra magazines.     Sold For 700.00

R      37.     Winchester Model 70.  Serial # 778897.  6mm Rem. caliber bolt action rifle made in 1965.  26” heavy barrel with a bore that should clean to excellent.  Re-barreled by A. Mock.  The finish on the metal is in very good condition with a few fine rust spots on the unfinished barrel along with some slight wear on the floor plate and trigger guard.  The checkered walnut stock is in excellent condition with just some small impressions.  Action works fine.  Includes a Unertl 15X power scope mounted in scope blocks on the barrel and rear receiver.  The scope has a 1” tube, a 1½” eyepiece, and a 2 1/8” adjustable objective.  (C&R) Sold For 700.00

R      38.     Spreewerke Model P-38.  Serial # 5075 K.  9mm Luger caliber semi auto pistol made in Germany.  4¾” barrel with a very good bore.  Detachable magazine.  Marked “cyq” on the left side of the slide.  Correct Eagle over 88 inspectors mark on the slide and frame.  The wartime finish on the metal is in fair to good condition with some areas of wear on the slide and some fine rust scattered on all of the surfaces.   The brown Bakelite grips are in good condition with slight wear.  All numbers match but the magazine.  Action works fine.  (C&R)   Sold For 750.00

R      39.     Ruger Old Model Single Six .22 Magnum.  Serial # 327717.  .22 WMR caliber single action revolver made in 1961.  6½” barrel with an excellent bore.  Frame marked “Win. .22 RF Mag. Cal.”.   This gun has not been converted to the new transfer bar safety system.  The original finish on the metal is in good condition with some wear at the muzzle, wear on the ejector rod housing, and wear on the alloy grip frame.  The original walnut grips are in good condition with some dings and scratches.  Action works fine.  Approximately 40,100 manufactured from 1959 to 1962.  (C&R) Sold For 400.00

R      40.     High Standard Model D-100 Derringer.  Serial # 2143611.  .22 RF caliber double barrel derringer.  3½” barrel with rusty bores.  This derringer has a blue finish with ivory colored plastic grips.  The metal parts are covered with a fine rust and the gun comes in pieces.  All parts appear to be present but no guarantees.  For parts only. Sold For 40.00

R      41.     Thompson-Center Arms Model Contender Super 14.  Serial # 247794.  .222 Rem. caliber single shot pistol.  14” barrel with a bore that should clean to excellent.  The original blue finish on the metal is in good to very good condition with some small areas of rust spots on the barrel and some fine scratches on the trigger guard.  The walnut grip and forearm are in good to very good condition with some dings on the forearm.  Adjustable rear sight.  Action works fine.   Sold For 375.00

R      42.     Winchester Model 94 Chief Crazy Horse Commemorative Rifle.  Serial # CCH19685.  .38-55 Win. caliber lever action rifle issued in 1983.  24” round barrel with an excellent bore.  This rifle features a case colored frame and forearm cap, a saddle ring, and brass tacks in the stock and forearm.  The finish on the metal is in excellent condition but there are some scattered spots of dried grease.  The walnut stock and forearm are in excellent condition with only a few handling marks.  Action works like new and the gun appears to be unfired.  Includes the original tattered box, sleeve, and all papers.  Sold For 750.00

R      43.     Winchester Model 94 .44 Mag. SRC.  Serial # 3301649M.  .44 Rem. Magnum caliber lever action rifle.  20” barrel with an excellent bore.  This rifle was the first place prize for the Courier Times Big Buck Contest in 1970 and is so marked on the left side of the receiver.  The finish on the metal is in good to very good condition with some fine rust spots on the barrel and magazine tube along with some fine scratches on the receiver.  The walnut stock and forearm are in very good condition with only slight wear.  Original front and rear sights including the front hood.  Action works fine.  Includes the original box and papers.  Made from 1967 to 1972. R      44.     Savage Arms Model Stevens 94.  Serial # C822630.  12 Ga. 3” single shot shotgun.  28” barrel choked modified with a bore that should clean to very good.  The finish on the metal is in fair to good condition with large areas of very fine surface rust on the barrel and receiver.  Some case colors are still visible on the receiver.  Most of the finish is missing from the trigger guard.  The wooden stock and forearm are in good condition with a few dings.  Extra finish has been applied.  Action works OK. R      45a.   First of a lot of 2: Crescent Firearms Model Plymouth.  Serial 291244.  12 Ga. double barrel shotgun.  30” barrels with good bores.  No original finish remains on the metal.  The stock and forearm show heavy wear and the stock is split at the wrist.  Action does not work properly.  (C&R)

      165.     Remington Model 1841 “Mississippi” Percussion Rifle.  Serial # NSN.  .54 caliber black powder percussion rifle.  33” barrel with a dirty, dusty bore.  Lock is marked “Remington’s/Herkimer/N.Y.” and dated 1850.  Some markings on the breech of barrel are legible.  Barrel stamped “Steel”.  There is an area on the right side of barrel at the muzzle where it appears that a stud was removed.  This might have been the N.Y. Gun Registration Information

All guns with an "R" before the number must be registered. Licensed dealers must have a current copy of their FFL signed in ink in our files. No modern long guns sold to anyone under the age of 18, nor modern hand guns to anyone under 21. No hand guns sold to out of state residents who are not dealers. Residents of states requiring a purchase permit to buy long guns (I.E. New Jersey, etc.) must furnish this permit. Persons with Curio & Relic licenses may only purchase firearms listed as such by the B.A.T.F. and must provide a signed copy of that license. The purchaser pays any and all registration fees.

Your interpretation of "excellent", "very good", "good", etc. may be very different than ours, when it comes to the description of the condition of these guns. You are the final judge of condition before you buy. Please examine any item you are interested in very carefully and decide, before you bid, if it is as you expected. Always have a gunsmith check a gun you purchased for possible defects. We do not warrant any gun to be in firing condition.

If you see any glaring mistakes in the catalog description of the guns, please inform us of the error prior to the start of the sale. This will allow us to let other buyers know of the correction before any items are sold.

We will now be adding a "(C&R)" designation to the gun listing, to indicate guns that can be given directly to buyers who are holders of Curio & Relic licenses. There may be guns that we miss that are C&R eligible. The burden of proof is on the buyer to show that a particular gun is C&R eligible. C&R guns are listed on the BATF website and in their C&R booklet. Guns that are at least 50 years old also qualify as Curio and Relics. C&R license holders are not required to fill out BATF form 4473, but must still pay the PA state $3.00 surcharge per gun.

And now a few words about antique guns. Federal law requires any firearm, made after 1898, to be registered. Even though a gun looks like an antique, we need proof it was made before 1898 before we can give it to you without registration. Since documentation of guns made by many obscure manufacturers is difficult and time consuming, we may, sometimes, incorrectly register a gun that might be an antique. We regret this error but in the case of a Federally licensed dealer, it’s better safe than sorry.
