R      1.       Marlin Model 336.  Serial # 23150527.  .35 Rem. caliber lever action rifle.  20” barrel with a bore that should clean to excellent.  The original finish on the metal is in good to very good condition with some very fine scratches and tiny rust specks on the barrel along with some scratches, edge wear, and fine rust spots on the receiver.  The walnut stock and forearm are in good condition with some dings and scratches.  Extra finish has been applied.  Original sights but the front hood is missing.  Sling swivels.  Action works fine.  Includes a Weaver Marksman 3X to 9X power scope in see through mounts.  Sold For 375.00

R        2.     Chinese – C.A.I. Type 53.  Serial # T53027541.  7.62x54R caliber bolt action rifle.  This is a Chinese copy of the Soviet Model 1944 Mosin-Nagant carbine.  This rifle was made in 1956.  20½” barrel with a good bore.  The arsenal type finish on the metal is in good condition with several small spots of wear.  The wooden stock and handguard are in good condition with dings and scratches.  Numbers do not match.  Action works OK.  Includes the folding bayonet.  (C&R) Sold For 210.00

R        3.     Russian – C.A.I. Model M91/30 Mosin-Nagant.  Serial # 9130380898.  7.62x54Rmm caliber bolt action rifle.  29” barrel with a dark bore.  The barrel is dated 1941.  This is one of the many 91/30’s that have been refurbished and imported in recent years.  The arsenal type finish on the metal is in good to very good condition with some small areas of wear.  The wooden stock and handguard are in very good condition with some small dings.  A 2X to 7X power scope has been mounted in place of the rear sight.  Rear sight is not included.  Numbers match.  Action works OK.  Includes a canvas sling.  (C&R) Sold For 180.00

R        4.     Japanese Arisaka Type 99 Short Rifle.  Serial # 30856.  7.7mm Japanese caliber bolt action rifle.  26” barrel with a good bore that could clean up better.  The arsenal type finish on the metal is in fair to good condition with some areas of fine rust on the surface.  The stock and handguard are in fair to good condition with dings and scratches.  Extra finish has been applied.  The mum has been ground.  Dust cover, cleaning rod, and aircraft sights are present.  Action works OK.  Includes a Mosin-Nagant canvas sling.  (C&R) Sold For 230.00

R        5.     B.S.A. – C.A.I. Model No. 1 SMLE Mk III.  Serial # M48916.  .303 British caliber bolt action rifle made in 1915.  25” barrel with a good bore that could clean up better.  Detachable magazine.  The arsenal type finish on the metal is in good to very good condition with some areas of slight wear and fine rust.  The stock, forearm, and handguards have been oiled and are in good condition with dings, scratches, and a repair.  Action works OK.  Numbers match and the gun appears to be complete minus the sling.  (C&R) Sold For 310.00

R        6.     Japanese Arisaka Type 38 Carbine.  Serial # 206096.  6.5mm Japanese caliber bolt action rifle.  19” barrel with a dark bore that might clean up better.  The arsenal type finish on the metal is in good condition with a fine rust on most of the surface.  The wooden stock and handguard are in fair condition with some large dings and scratches.  Mum and other markings have not been ground.  Action works OK.  Gun appears to be complete except for the dust cover and sling.  (C&R) Sold For 230.00

R        7.     Russian – C.A.I. Model SKS.  Serial # TY002869.  7.62x39mm caliber semi auto rifle.  20” barrel with an excellent bore.  Made at the Tula Arsenal in 1950.  The black arsenal type finish on the metal is in excellent condition with only a few spots of wear.  The wooden stock and handguard are in very good to excellent condition with minimal wear.  Blade bayonet.  Cleaning rod.  Action works OK.  The numbers match although the stock is re-stamped.  Includes the canvas sling.  (C&R) Sold For 550.00

R        8.     F.M.A.P. – C.A.I. Model Hi-Power.  Serial # 04-144183.  9mm Luger caliber semi auto pistol.          4 5/8” barrel with an excellent bore.  This is a licensed Browning Hi-Power made in Argentina.  15 round detachable magazine.  The matte black finish on the metal is in very good condition with some small scratches and edge wear on the slide.  The black plastic grips are in good condition with wear.  Fixed sights.  Lanyard loop.  Action works OK.  Includes a holster and an extra magazine.  Sold For 625.00

R        9.     British Albion Model No. 2 Mark 1**.  Serial # D 2000.  .380 Revolver/.38 S&W caliber double action only, top break revolver.  5” barrel with an excellent bore.  Dated 1943 on the right side of the frame.  Manufactured with the hammer spur and single action lock work omitted at the request of the Royal Tank Regiment.  The Parkerized type finish on the metal is in good to very good condition with some small spots of wear and some fine rust.  The Bakelite grips are in good condition with slight wear.  Part numbers match.  Action works OK.  Includes a canvas holster.  (C&R)   Sold For 425.00

R      10.     Norinco – C.S.I. Model 54-1.  Serial # 37006348.  7.62mm Tokarev caliber semi auto pistol.  4½” barrel with a very good bore.  This is a Chinese copy of the Soviet TT-33 Tokarev pistol.  A safety has been added in order for these to be imported into the US.  This gun also includes a 9mm Luger barrel to convert to that caliber.  Detachable magazine.  The blue finish on the metal is in excellent condition with only very slight wear.  The black plastic grips are in excellent condition with minimal wear.  Action works OK.  Includes a leather holster, cleaning rod, and an extra magazine. R      11.     Star Model A.  Serial # 14281.  9mm Largo caliber semi auto pistol.  5” barrel with a fair bore.  Detachable magazine.  The metal has been re-finished and is in fair to good condition with some wear and fine rust on the slide along with some wear, small scratches, and fine rust on the frame.  The diamond checkered wooden grips are in fair condition with wear.  Action works OK.  Includes a leather holster.  Sold For 260.00

R      12.     CZ – C.A.I. Model 52.  Serial # F13179.  7.62mm Tokarev caliber semi auto pistol made in Czechoslovakia.  4½” barrel with a very good bore.  8 round detachable magazine.  The arsenal type finish on the metal is in good condition with some scattered areas of wear on both the slide and frame.  The brown Bakelite grips are in good condition with normal wear.  Action works OK.  Includes the tattered box, lanyard string, cleaning rod, leather holster, an extra magazine, and a gun lock.  (C&R)  Sold For 330.00

R      13.     Yugoslavian – C.A.I. Model 59/66 SKS.  Serial # 596613384.  7.62x39mm caliber semi auto rifle.  20” barrel with a good bore.  Equipped with a grenade launcher and sights, and a bayonet.  The arsenal grey finish on the metal is in good condition with some small dings, scratches, spots of fine rust, and several small spots of normal wear.  The wooden stock and handguard are in good condition with some large dings and scratches.  Action works OK.  Most numbers match.  Magazine assembly is missing.  Includes the canvas sling.  (C&R)  Sold For 350.00

R      14.     La Armera Elgoibarresa Model Lusitania.  Serial # 2580.  .32 ACP caliber semi auto pistol.  3 3/8” barrel with a very good bore.  Made in Spain and marked “Lusitania” on the slide.  Detachable magazine.  The blue finish on the metal is in poor to fair condition with wear on the front and rear grip frame along with areas of wear and cold blue on the slide.  The checkered wooden grips are in fair condition with wear.  Action works OK.  Includes an oilcloth holster.  (C&R)     Sold For 250.00

R      15.     FN Model 1922.  Serial # 168951.  7.65mm (.32 ACP) caliber semi auto pistol made in Belgium.  4½” barrel with a very good bore.   Made during the German occupation in WWII and marked with the WaA140 Waffenamt.  The original blue finish on the metal is in good condition with some small scratches and areas of wear on the slide along with some slight edge wear on the frame.  The checkered wooden grips are in good condition with some slight wear.   FN marked 9 round detachable magazine with no Waffenamt.  Action works OK.  Includes a leather holster.  (C&R)   Sold For 475.00

R      16.     Marlin Model 60.  Serial # 16344172.  .22 RF caliber semi auto rifle.  22” barrel with an excellent bore.  Tubular magazine.  The finish on the metal is in good condition with some muzzle wear and some fine scratches on the barrel and some small dings and edge wear on the alloy receiver and trigger guard.  The hardwood stock is in very good condition with some small dings and scratches.  Action works OK.  Includes a leather sling and detachable swivels. Model 91/30 Mosin-Nagant.  Serial # 9131381066.  7.62x54Rmm caliber bolt action rifle.  29” barrel with a fair bore that might clean up better.  Dated 1942.  Again, another one of the imported 91/30’s.  The arsenal type finish on the metal is in very good to excellent condition with several areas of very slight wear.  The wooden stock and handguard are in good condition with some dings, scratches, and wear.  Numbers match.  Action works OK and the gun appears to be complete minus the sling.  (C&R) Sold For 210.00

R      18.     Long Branch Model No. 4 MK I*.  Serial # 45L4959.  .303 British caliber bolt action rifle.  25” barrel with an excellent bore.  Made in Canada at the Long Branch Arsenal in 1943.  Detachable magazine.  The arsenal type finish on the metal is in fair to good condition with several large areas of wear and some spots of fine rust.  The stock and handguards are in good condition with some dings and scratches.  Action works OK.  Includes the canvas sling.  (C&R) Sold For 350.00

R      19a.   First of a lot of 2: Iver Johnson 3rd Model Safety Automatic Hammer.  Serial # 50398.  .38 S&W caliber double action top eject revolver.  3¼” barrel with a rough bore.  The original nickel finish on the metal is in poor condition with spots of flaking, rust, and corrosion.  The original hard rubber grips are in good condition with slight wear.  Action works OK.  (C&R) 

R      19b.   Second of a lot of 2: Eulogoi Arostegui Model Top Eject.  Serial # 641.  .32 S&W caliber double action revolver made in Spain.  3” barrel with a rough bore.  The nickel finish on the metal is in poor to fair condition with small dings and spots of rust and corrosion.  The oversized wooden grips are in good condition with some small dings and scratches.  Action does not work properly.  (C&R) Sold For 130.00

R      20a.   First of a lot of 3: Harrington & Richardson Automatic Ejecting Third Model.  Serial # 210621.  .38 S&W caliber double action top eject revolver.  3¼” barrel with a rough bore.  5 shot cylinder.  The blue finish on the metal is in poor to fair condition with areas of rust scattered over the surface.  The hard rubber grips are in good condition with a small amount of wear.  Action does not work properly.  (C&R)

R      20b.   Second of a lot of 2: Spanish Made Model Automatic Pistol.  Serial # 80279.  .32 ACP caliber semi auto pistol.  2¾” barrel with a rough bore that might clean up better.  Detachable magazine is NOT included.  The blue finish on the metal is in poor condition with quite a bit of wear and spots of fine rust.  The wooden grips are in fair condition with some wear.  Action seems to works OK.  (C&R)

        20c.   Third of a lot of 3: Forehand & Wadsworth Model British Bull-Dog.  Serial # 3468.  .32 S&W caliber double action revolver.  2½” barrel with a rough bore.  7 shot cylinder.  The nickel finish on the metal is in fair condition with areas of rust and corrosion on the cylinder, frame, and trigger guard.  The hard rubber grips are in poor condition with the right grip being broken.  Cylinder base pin is missing and action does not work.  Made c. 1879 to 1890. Sold For 130.00

R      21.     Parker Bros. Model VH Grade Double.  Serial # 103949.  12 Ga. double barreled shotgun made in 1901.  24” barrels both choked cylinder with good bores.  The left barrel has some dents.  Barrels marked “Vulcan Steel”.  Frame size is 2 with barrel weight of 4.  Double triggers and extractor only.  The finish on the barrels is in poor condition with some dings, spots of wear, and areas of fine rust.  The receiver is a blackish grey patina with some spots of cold blue.  The checkered walnut stock and forearm are in poor condition with dings, scratches, and wear.  The stock was damaged at the wrist and repaired.  Damage at the toe resulted in the loss of a piece of wood and part of the butt plate.  Action works OK but safety does not go on when breaking the action.  (C&R)   Sold For 260.00

R      22.     Remington Model 870 Express Magnum Combo.  Serial # A469943M.  12 Ga. 3” pump action shotgun.  20” rifled barrel with an excellent bore.  The barrel has a cantilever scope mount attached with a Sightron 2.5X to 7X power scope mounted to it.  This combo also includes a 28” vent rib barrel and a 20" smooth bore barrel with rifle sights.  Both barrels use the Rem-Choke screw in choke tubes and have excellent bores.   The matte grey finish on the metal is in good condition with some small scratches, fine rust spots, and spots of wear.  The checkered hardwood stock and forearm are in fair condition with some dings, scratches, and finish wear.  Original rubber butt pad.  Action works fine.  Includes a nylon sling and detachable swivels, and the choke tube wrench.    Sold For 310.00

R      23.     Winchester Model 70 Standard.  Serial # 48785.  .270 Win. caliber bolt action rifle made in 1942.  24" barrel with an excellent bore.  The blue finish on the metal is in good to very good condition with some small rust spots on the barrel and on the trigger guard.  There is some wear on the bolt handle.  The rear sight has been removed and replaced with a blank.  Front sight with hood.  The checkered walnut stock is in good to very good condition with some dings, scratches, and impressions.  Original steel butt plate.  Detachable sling swivel studs.  Action works fine.  Includes a Leupold Vari-X II 3X to 9X power scope in Redfield mounts.  (C&R)   Sold For 775.00

R      24.     Winchester Model 70 Standard.  Serial # 213717.  .30-06 caliber bolt action rifle made in 1952.  24" barrel with an excellent bore that has a ring about ½” from the muzzle.  The blue finish on the metal is in good condition with dings, scratches, and fine rust on the barrel, some wear and very fine rust on the receiver and trigger guard/floor plate, and some wear on the bolt handle.  Rear sight has been replaced with a flip sight and the front hood is a replacement.  The checkered walnut stock is in very good condition with only a few dings.  Extra finish has been applied.  Original metal butt plate.  Front swivel replaced with a detachable.  Action works fine.  Includes a Nikon 3X to 9X power scope in detachable mounts.  (C&R) Sold For 625.00

R      25.     Marlin Model 1893.  Serial # 308856.  .30-30 Win. caliber lever action rifle made c. 1904.  26” barrel with a rough bore that might clean up better.  The metal has been refinished and is in good to very good condition with some spots of rust on the barrel, some scratches on the magazine tube, and a few fine rust speckles on the receiver.  The barrel was heavily polished before refinishing and some of the markings are faint.  The walnut stock and forearm are in fair condition with dings, scratches, and wear.  Action works fine.  Made 1893 to 1935.  (C&R) Sold For 475.00

R      26.     Ruger Model 77 RSI International.  Serial # 78-09847.  .243 Win. caliber bolt action rifle made in 1984.  18½” barrel with an excellent bore.  The original blue finish on the metal is in excellent condition with only a few fine scratches on the forward part of the receiver.  The checkered walnut Mannlicher style full length stock is in very good condition with some scratches on the forearm.  Original front and rear sight.  Original red rubber butt pad.  Action works fine.  Includes a leather carrying strap.  Discontinued in 1993. R      27.     Winchester Model 56 Sporter.  Serial # 8830.  .22 RF caliber bolt action rifle.  22” barrel with an excellent bore.  Detachable magazine is NOT included.  The finish on the metal is a greyish brown patina with very fine rust.  The walnut stock is in fair condition with some large dings and impressions.  Extra finish has been applied.  Front and rear sights.  Action works fine.  Approximately 8,297 made from 1926 to 1929.  (C&R) Sold For 190.00  

R      28.     Browning Arms Model Superposed.  Serial # 1374.  12 Ga. over/under shotgun made in Belgium in 1931, the first year of production.  30” barrels choked full and improved modified with excellent bores.  Overall, the finish on the metal is in fair condition with some small spots of wear, some fine rust, and some muzzle wear on the barrels along with wear and some very fine rust on the trigger guard and on the receiver.  The checkered walnut stock and forearm are in fair condition with some small dings, scratches, impressions, and wear.  The stock finish shows a lot of small impression marks.  Recoil pad added with an LOP of 13¾”.  Miller trigger.  Action works fine and is still tight.  (C&R)  Sold For 850.00

R      29.     Winchester Model 70 Standard.  Serial # 29668.  .30-06 caliber bolt action rifle made in 1940.  24" barrel with an excellent bore.  The finish on the metal is in fair condition with scratches and wear on the barrel, edge wear on the receiver, and heavy wear on the floor plate and trigger guard.  Bolt has been altered to clear a scope.  Safety lever replaced.  The walnut stock is in good condition with some dings and impressions.  The area that was originally checkered has been stippled.  Brass plaque inlayed on the right side of butt.  Action works fine.  Includes a leather sling and a Lyman All-Weather 2.5 power scope in a Pachmayr flip mount.  (C&R) Sold For 575.00

R      30.     Winchester Model 1890.  Serial # 477402.  .22 RF Short caliber pump action rifle made in 1912.  24” octagon barrel with a rough bore.  Tubular magazine.  The finish on the metal is a brown patina with areas of fine to medium rust.  The walnut stock and forearm are in fair condition with some dings, scratches, and wear.  There is an area at the comb that shows some old damage.  Original sights.  Action works fine.  (C&R) Sold For 300.00

R      31.     Taurus Model PT 99 AF.  Serial # TJK 70531.  9mm Luger caliber semi auto pistol made in Brazil.  5” barrel with an excellent bore.  15 round detachable magazine.  Adjustable rear sight.  The original blue finish on the metal is in excellent condition with the only wear being on the top of the barrel from cycling the action.  The smooth wooden grips are in excellent condition with no wear.  Action works like new and the gun appears to have been fired very little.  Includes the box and the instructions. R      32.     Russian – PW Arms Model 1944 Mosin-Nagant.  Serial # RC012621.  7.62x54Rmm caliber bolt action rifle.  20½” barrel with an excellent bore.  This is one of the many Model 1944’s that were refinished by the Russians and imported into the US in recent years.  Barrel dated 1944.  Side folding bayonet.  The blue finish on the metal is in very good to excellent condition with just a few scratches.  The wooden stock and handguard are in excellent condition with only a few small marks.  Numbers match.  Action works fine and the gun appears to be complete minus the sling.  Includes the cleaning kit.  (C&R)    Sold For 325.00

R      33.     E.W.B. – SGAI Model K-31 Rifle.  Serial # 957392.  7.5x55mm Swiss caliber bolt action rifle made in Switzerland.  25½” barrel with an excellent bore.  6 shot detachable magazine.  This rifle is in excellent condition showing very little if any wear.  The numbers on the barrel, receiver, bolt, and magazine match.  Action works fine.  Made from 1933 to 1958.  Please see the picture to get a better idea of the condition.  (C&R)    Sold For 625.00

Model 48.  Serial # M4800205.  8mm Mauser caliber bolt action rifle.  23½” barrel with a very good bore.  The arsenal reconditioned metal is in very good to excellent condition with only a few small areas of wear.  The stock and forearm are in very good condition with some dings and scratches.  Numbers match.  Action works fine and the gun appears to be complete minus the sling.  (C&R)   Sold For 260.00

R      35.     Ithaca Gun Co. Model Flues Double.  Serial # 185851.  12 Ga. double barrel shotgun made in 1909.  30” barrels choked full and full with good clean bores.  Double triggers and extractor only.  The metal has been refinished and is in good condition with some small spots of wear and small spots of underlying pitting.  The walnut stock and forearm have been refinished are in good condition.  There is a small crack at the rear of the butt on both sides.  Action works but the safety will not go on when breaking the action.  (C&R) Sold For 220.00

R      36.     Colt Model 1911.  Serial # 627649.  .45 ACP caliber semi auto pistol made in 1919.  5” barrel with an excellent bore.  Marked “MODEL OF 1911. U.S. Army” and “United States Property”.  The metal is smooth with a blackish brown cold blue finish.  The diamond checkered walnut grips are in good condition with some wear.  Excellent lettering and proof.  No markings on top of the barrel.  Action works fine.  Please see the pictures to get a better idea of the description.  (C&R) Additional Photo: One Sold For 1,800.00

R      37.     Springfield Armory Model M1 Garand.  Serial # 5380336.  .30-06 caliber semi auto rifle.  24” barrel with an excellent bore.  The barrel is an SA dated 6-54.  Other major parts are SA except for the operating rod which is an IHC.  The grey Parkerized finish on the metal is in fair condition being thin with spots of wear and some fine rust.  The wooden stock and handguards are in fair condition with the usual dings, scratches, and wear.  Action works fine.  (C&R)   Sold For 925.00

        38.     CMC Model Single Shot Percussion Pistol.  Serial # 517A.  .44 caliber black powder percussion pistol.  3½” rifled barrel with an excellent bore.  Overall, the pistol is in very good condition with the steel barrel being mostly in the white and the brass frame showing some tarnish.  The wooden grip is in good condition with some small marks.  Action works fine.  Includes the ram rod.  Sold For 100.00

R      39.     Beretta Model AL391 Urika Sporting.  Serial # AA165154.  20 Ga. 3” semi auto shotgun made in Italy.  28” vent rib barrel with an excellent bore.  The barrel uses the MobilChoke screw in choke system and comes with a skeet choke tube installed.  Full, improved modified, and modified choke tubes are also included.  The original finish on the metal is in excellent condition with the alloy receiver showing a scuff on the left side and a scratch at the ejection port.  The checkered walnut stock and forearm are in excellent condition with little if any wear.  Action works fine.  Includes the Beretta case, the instructions, the above mentioned choke tubes, a choke tube wrench, and oil.  Sold For 800.00

Ishapore – NI LLC Model 2A Rifle.  Serial # A12869.  .308 Win. caliber bolt action rifle made in India in 1964.  25” barrel with a very good bore.  This rifle is based on the English Enfield No.1 Mark III* but chambered for the 7.62mm .308 caliber cartridge.  10 shot detachable magazine.  The grey arsenal type finish on the metal is in good condition with some small areas of wear.  The stock and handguards are in good condition with some wear and several areas of repair.  Bolt and magazine match receiver.  Action works OK.  Includes a canvas sling.  (C&R) Sold For 350.00

R      43.     Steyr – C.A.I. Model 95 Carbine.  Serial # 1495K.  8x56Rmm caliber bolt action rifle made in Austria.  19½” barrel with a very good bore.  This is one of the many 1895 rifles converted in the 1930’s to fire the 8x56Rmm cartridge and also converted to carbines at the same time.  Many have been refinished and recently imported.  The arsenal type finish on the metal is in very good to excellent condition with very little wear.  The stock and handguard are in very good condition with some dings and scratches.  Action works fine.  Numbers match and the gun is complete including the sling.  (C&R) Sold For 350.00

      114.     Winchester Model 1873 Rifle.  Serial # 80222.  .38 Cal. (.38-40 Win.) caliber lever action rifle made in 1881.  24” octagon barrel with a very good, shiny bore.  Full length tubular magazine.  The finish on the metal is in fairly good condition for its age.  The magazine tube is a brownish patina while the barrel shows some edge wear, some scratches, and spots of fine to medium rust.  The receiver has started to turn to a brown patina but still shows some bluing along with some scratches and spots of fine rust.  The lever and the crescent butt plate are a mottled brown.  The walnut stock and forearm are in fair condition with dings, scratches, and impressions.  There is a small cracked area at the lower wrist.  There is a patched sling swivel mount on the butt and the forearm nose has a sling swivel hole in the bottom.  Both could have been original.  Fold down globe front sight and a semi-buckhorn rear sight.  Action works good.  Please see the pictures to get a better idea of the description.  Additional Photo: One Sold For 1,800.00

Lovell & Sons Model Percussion Shotgun.  Serial # NSN.  Approximately .75 caliber.  40” smoothbore barrel.  Lock is from a Harpers Ferry 1816 musket and dated 1829.  Lock and barrel are marked “John P. Lovell Boston”.  John P. Lovell was in business c. 1840 to c. 1900 making shotguns marketed under their name.  This gun was made using the above mentioned lock and a British marked barrel.  The finish on the barrel is a smooth brown patina.  Brass trigger guard, butt plate, and ferules.  The full length walnut stock is in fair condition with dings, scratches, and a repair.  Lock works.  Includes the ramrod.       242.     Unknown Maker Model Percussion Fowler.  Serial # NSN.  12 Ga. black powder percussion shotgun.  38” round barrel with a rusty bore.  Both the lock and barrel are unmarked.  The metal is covered with a greyish brown patina with spots of rust and some pitting.  The half-length stock is in poor condition with dings, scratches, wear, and some cracks.  Lock works.  Includes the ramrod.   Sold For 150.00

R    243.     Charter Arms Model AR-7 Explorer.  Serial # A280547.  .22 RF caliber semi auto rifle.  16” barrel with an excellent bore.   This is a compact takedown survival rifle that was made by Charter Arms in Stratford, Connecticut.  8 shot detachable magazine.  The matte black finish on the metal is in good condition with scratches and wear spots scattered over the surface.  The black synthetic stock is in fair condition with many scratches and scuffs.  Action works fine but safety if very hard to engage.  Manufactured until 1990. R    244.     North American Arms Model Mini .22 Magnum.  Serial # W72894.  .22 WMR caliber stainless steel single action revolver.  1 1/8” barrel with a bore that should clean to excellent.  The finish on the stainless steel is in good condition but it shows a lot of small rub marks.  The oversize black rubber grip is in good condition with wear.  Action works OK.  Includes a worn clip on leather holster.  Sold For 150.00

      245.     Jukar Model Single Shot Colonial Derringer.  Serial # 006038.  .45 caliber black powder percussion pistol made in Spain.  2¼” barrel with a rusty bore.  These guns were sold by CVA and Dixie Gun Works years ago and were available new or in kit form.  The barrel is in fair to good condition with a blackish brown finish with some fine rust.  The lock shows traces of case colors and is marked “Derringer Philadelphia”.  The wooden stock is in very good condition with some small dings.  Brass trigger guard.  Action works.  Sold For 50.00

R    246a.   First of a lot of 2: Spanish Made Model Top Eject Revolver.  Serial # 520.  .32 S&W caliber double action top eject revolver.  3¼” barrel with a rusted bore.  This 5 shot small frame revolver is a close copy of the Iver Johnson top eject revolver.  The nickel finish on the metal is now a rusted brown patina.  The hard rubber grips are in fair condition with wear.  Action does not work properly.  (C&R)

Civil War Model.  Serial # 42767.  .52 RF caliber lever action carbine.  22” barrel with a rough bore.  Saddle ring and bar on the left side.  No Stabler cut-off device.  The metal parts are mostly a blackish brown patina with some spots of rust and fine pitting.  The walnut stock and forearm are in fair condition with dings, scratches, and wear.  The forearm has some cracks and is missing some small slivers of wood.  Sights appear to be original.  Action works OK.  Approximately 50,000 manufactured c. 1863 to 1865.  Please see the picture to get a better idea of the description.       250.     Spencer Repeating Rifle Co. Model 1865.  Serial # 23325.  .52 RF caliber lever action carbine.  20” barrel with a rough bore.  Manufactured by Burnside Rifle Co. in Providence, RI c. 1865.  Saddle ring and bar on the left side.  No Stabler cut-off device.  The finish on the metal is a brown patina with some spots of fine rust and areas of fine pitting.  The walnut stock and forearm are in fair condition with dings, scratches, and spots of repair.  Magazine tube is missing.  Sights appear to be original.  Hammer spur is broken.  Action works fine and is tight.  Approximately 34,000 made of which the U.S. Government purchased 30,502.  Please see the picture to get a better idea of the description.       251.     Sharps New Model 1859 Rifle.  Serial # 55100.  .52 caliber black powder percussion rifle.  30” barrel with a rough but clean bore.  The finish on the metal is a brown/grey patina with some scratches, small dings, and spots of wear.  Some areas of the receiver have been cleaned and those areas show some moderate pitting.  The walnut stock and forearm are in fair condition with some heavy dings, scratches, and wear.  The forearm has a small repair on the right side rear.  There are 2 cartouches visible on the left side wrist of the butt stock.  Ladder rear sight is loose.  Action seems to work OK and the gun appears to be complete.  Made c. 1859 to 1866.  Please see the picture to get a better idea of the description. Gun Registration Information

All guns with an "R" before the number must be registered. Licensed dealers must have a current copy of their FFL signed in ink in our files. No modern long guns sold to anyone under the age of 18, nor modern hand guns to anyone under 21. No hand guns sold to out of state residents who are not dealers. Residents of states requiring a purchase permit to buy long guns (I.E. New Jersey, etc.) must furnish this permit. Persons with Curio & Relic licenses may only purchase firearms listed as such by the B.A.T.F. and must provide a signed copy of that license. The purchaser pays any and all registration fees.

Your interpretation of "excellent", "very good", "good", etc. may be very different than ours, when it comes to the description of the condition of these guns. You are the final judge of condition before you buy. Please examine any item you are interested in very carefully and decide, before you bid, if it is as you expected. Always have a gunsmith check a gun you purchased for possible defects. We do not warrant any gun to be in firing condition.

If you see any glaring mistakes in the catalog description of the guns, please inform us of the error prior to the start of the sale. This will allow us to let other buyers know of the correction before any items are sold.

We will now be adding a "(C&R)" designation to the gun listing, to indicate guns that can be given directly to buyers who are holders of Curio & Relic licenses. There may be guns that we miss that are C&R eligible. The burden of proof is on the buyer to show that a particular gun is C&R eligible. C&R guns are listed on the BATF website and in their C&R booklet. Guns that are at least 50 years old also qualify as Curio and Relics. C&R license holders are not required to fill out BATF form 4473, but must still pay the PA state $3.00 surcharge per gun.

And now a few words about antique guns. Federal law requires any firearm, made after 1898, to be registered. Even though a gun looks like an antique, we need proof it was made before 1898 before we can give it to you without registration. Since documentation of guns made by many obscure manufacturers is difficult and time consuming, we may, sometimes, incorrectly register a gun that might be an antique. We regret this error but in the case of a Federally licensed dealer, it’s better safe than sorry.
