Model No. 4 MK I*.  Serial # 374.  .303 British caliber bolt action rifle.  25” barrel with an excellent bore.  Receiver marked “U.S. Property”.  Detachable magazine.  The arsenal type finish on the metal is in good condition with areas of wear near the muzzle and at the receiver.  The walnut stock and handguard are in fair condition with dings, scratches, and wear.  Action works OK.  Numbers do not match.  Includes the canvas sling.  (C&R) Sold For 350.00

          2.     U.S. Springfield Model 1873 Trapdoor Cadet Rifle.  Serial # 66113.  .45-70 Govt. caliber single shot rifle.  29½” barrel with a very good bore.  Breech block marked “Model 1873”.  Lock marked “U.S. Springfield 1873”.  The blue finish on the metal is in fair to good condition with dings, scratches, areas of wear, and fine rust.  Good proofs on the barrel.  The walnut stock is in fair condition with wear and damage at the toe.  Inspector’s cartouche is visible.  Action works fine and the gun appears to be complete including the ramrod.  Please see the picture to get a better idea of the description.           3.     Springfield Armory Model 1816 U.S. Flintlock Percussion Conversion.  Serial # NSN.  .69 caliber black powder percussion conversion rifle.  42” smoothbore barrel with a rusty bore.  French style side lug conversion.  Lock is marked “U.S. Springfield” and dated 1817.  The finish on the metal is a rusty brown patina.  The full length walnut stock is in fair condition with wear.  Middle barrel band missing.  Hammer broken.  Includes the ramrod.  Please see the picture to get a better idea of the description. R        4.     Hopkins & Allen Model Safety Police.  Serial # 7102.  .38 S&W caliber double action top ejecting revolver.  3¼” barrel with a rough bore.  The original nickel finish on the metal is in poor condition with areas of rust and corrosion.  Some spots have been cleaned.  The checkered wood grips are in fair condition with heavy wear.  Action works.  Includes a black leather belt holster.  (C&R) Sold For 80.00

R        5.     Remington Model 700 CDL SF Limited Edition.  Serial # S6575114.  .30-06 caliber bolt action rifle.  24” fluted barrel with an excellent bore.  This rifle features stainless steel construction and was issued in 2006 to commemorate the 100th Anniversary of the .30-06 caliber.  It is engraved as such on the floorplate.  The satin finish on the stainless steel is in excellent condition with little if any wear.  The satin finished checkered walnut stock is in excellent condition with only a few fine scratches.  Black forearm tip and pistol grip cap.  Action works fine.  Includes a Leupold VX-1 3X to 9X power scope in detachable mounts. R        6.     Winchester Model 70 XTR Sporter Magnum.  Serial # G1911665.  .300 Win. Magnum caliber bolt action rifle.  24” barrel with an excellent bore.  The finish on the metal is in very good to excellent condition with only a few small scratches on the barrel and some slight wear on the floor plate.  The checkered walnut stock features a Monte Carlo cheek piece and is in good to very good condition with scattered dings and scratches.  Original red rubber butt pad.  Made without sights.  Action works fine.  Includes a scope base and rings.     Sold For 625.00

R        7.     Winchester Model 70 XTR Featherweight.  Serial # G1631448.  .257 Roberts caliber bolt action rifle.  22" barrel with an excellent bore.  The finish on the metal is in very good condition with some scratches on the barrel, a fine rust spot on the receiver, and some slight wear on the floor plate and bolt handle.  The walnut stock is in good to very good condition with some dings, scratches, and impressions.  Made without sights.  Action works fine.  Includes a Burris 2X to 7X power scope in Leupold mounts.           8.     Thompson-Center Model Hawken Percussion Rifle.  Serial # 412198.  .50 caliber black powder percussion rifle.  29” octagon barrel with a very good bore.  The blue finish on the barrel is in excellent condition with only some very fine rust speckles at the muzzle.  The lock is case colored and in excellent condition with some fine rust speckles.  The brass trigger guard, butt plate, patch box, nose cap, and ferrules should polish out nicely.  The walnut stock is in very good to excellent condition with a few small dings.  Original sights.  Action works fine.  Includes the ramrod. R        9.     New England Firearms Model Pardner.  Serial # NT254813.  12 Ga. 3” single shot shotgun.  31½” barrel choked full with an excellent bore.  The finish on the metal is in very good to excellent condition with just a few small scratches on the barrel and on the receiver.  Case colors on the receiver are excellent.  The hardwood stock and forearm are in excellent condition with just a few small impressions on the forearm.  Action works fine. R      10.     Harrington & Richardson Model Topper Deluxe.  Serial # HU290517.  12 Ga. 3½” single shot shotgun.  28” vent rib barrel with an excellent bore.  The barrel uses screw in choke tubes and comes with an extra full choke tube installed.  Front and rear fiber optic sights.  The blue finish on the barrel is in very good condition to excellent condition with some fine scratches.  The satin nickel plated receiver is in very good condition with some fine rust speckles.  The hardwood stock and forearm are in excellent condition with minimal wear.  Original recoil pad with a LOP of 14”.  Action works fine.  Sold For 350.00

R      11.     Winchester Model 1300 Deer Synthetic.  Serial # L3398327.  20 Ga. 3” pump action shotgun.  22” rifled barrel with rifle sights that has an excellent bore.  The matte black finish on the metal is in excellent condition with little if any wear.  The checkered black synthetic stock and forearm are in excellent condition with a few small scuffs.  Recoil pad and sling swivel studs.  Receiver drilled and tapped for scope mounts.  Action works fine. R      19.     Taurus Model 45-410 “The Judge”.  Serial # BU657773.  .45 Colt/.410 Bore double action revolver made in Brazil.  4” barrel with a bore that should clean to excellent.  This revolver is blued with a 5 shot cylinder, 2½” chamber.  The finish on the metal is in excellent condition showing very little if any wear.  The rubber grips are in excellent condition.  Fiber optic front sight.  Action works fine.  Includes the box, the instructions, and the keys to the internal lock. R      24.     Armas Marixa – Parker Ballard Model Points Best.  Serial # 28025.  12 Ga. double barreled shotgun.  28” barrels choked full and modified with dirty bores that should clean up OK.  The finish on the metal is in poor condition with a fine rust covering most of the surface.  The wood stock and forearm are in poor condition with dings, scratches, and wear.  Both the stock and forearm have fine cracks.  Screw missing on the bottom of the receiver.  Action works but safety does not. R      26.     Thompson-Center Arms Model Contender Super 14.  Serial # 413902.  .375 Win. caliber single shot pistol.  14” ported barrel with an excellent bore.  The original blue finish on the metal is in excellent condition with a few tiny marks on the barrel and what looks like some dried grease on the left side of the receiver.  The walnut grip and forearm are in excellent condition with no wear.  Barrel made without sights.  Action works fine.  Includes a Thompson-Center Rams pistol scope moiunted on the barrel and a T-C soft case. R      27.     Remington Model 03-A4.  Serial # 3423047.  .30-06 caliber bolt action rifle.  24” barrel with a very good bore.  RA barrel dated 9-43.  Correct offset marked receiver.  Remington marked bolt and parts.  The arsenal grey finish on the metal is in good to very good condition with some scuffs and scratches on the barrel and some wear and fine rust on the trigger guard/floor plate.  The Herter’s walnut sporter stock is in good condition with some dings.  Action works fine.  Includes the Redfield marked scope base, rings, and an original M84 scope in very good to excellent condition.  Also includes a hard case.  Please see the picture to get a better idea of the description.  (C&R) Sold For 2,700.00

R      28.     Spanish La Corona Model 1943 Short Rifle.  Serial # 2A-9811.  8mm Mauser caliber bolt action rifle.  23½” barrel with a good bore that might clean up better.  The arsenal type finish on the metal is in fair to good condition with several spots of wear and fine rust.  Floor plate has been welded on.  The stock has been cut and refinished.  Hand guard is missing.  Action works OK.  (C&R)    Sold For 190.00

R      29.     Japanese Carcano Type I.  Serial # B 269.  6.5mm Japanese caliber bolt action rifle.  30½” barrel with a fair bore that could clean up a little better.  Made under contract in Italy in the 1930’s for Japan.  The arsenal type finish on the metal is in poor condition with spots of rust scattered over the surface.  The wooden stock and handguard are in fair condition with dings, scratches, and wear.  The split in the stock is well pronounced.  Action works and the gun appears to be complete including the cleaning rod, sling, and bayonet.  (C&R)  Sold For 225.00

        30.     U.S. Springfield Armory Model 1884 Trapdoor.  Serial # 391128.  .45-70 Govt. caliber single shot rifle.  32½” barrel with a good bore that could clean up better.  The breech block is marked 1884.  The metal was reblued and is in good condition with some scattered spots of rust.  The stock is in fair condition with dings, scratches, and wear.  Cartouche is visible on the left side.  Action works fine and the rifle appear to be complete including the cleaning rod. R      31.     Spanish La Corona Model 1943.  Serial # B 153.  .270 Win. caliber bolt action rifle.  24” barrel with a very good bore that should clean up better.  The blue finish on the metal is in very good condition with a small area of fine rust.  Replacement trigger guard and floor plate.  The Butler Creek black synthetic stock is in very good condition with minimal wear.  Action works OK.  Includes scope bases and rings.   Sold For 230.00

R      32.     Colt Model Detective Special.  Serial # 11406M.  .38 Spl. caliber double action revolver made in 1976.  2” barrel with an excellent bore.  6 shot cylinder.  The original bluing on the metal is in excellent condition with only very slight wear on the lower forward portion of the frame.  The original walnut grips are in excellent condition with no wear.  Action works fine and the gun appears to have been fired very little.  This is the third issue and was made from 1973 to 1986.  Sold For 700.00

R      33.     Star – Garcia Model Super BKS.  Serial # 1271850.  9mm Luger caliber semi auto pistol.  4¼” barrel with an excellent bore.  8 round detachable magazine.  The blue finish on the metal is in good to very good condition with some wear and fine rust on the slide along with a few fine scratches on the alloy frame.  The checkered plastic grips are excellent with minimal wear.  Fixed sights.  Action works fine.  Sold For 280.00

R      34.     Sig Sauer Model P220.  Serial # G 349838.  .45 ACP caliber semi auto pistol.  4½” barrel with a good bore that may have a slight ring.  7 round detachable magazine.  The matte black finish on the metal is in good condition with some wear on the front and rear of the slide along with some wear on the forward portion of the frame.  The Hogue black rubber grips are in good condition with some wear.  Picatinny rail on front of frame.  Night sights.  Action works fine.  Includes an RSA Defense polymer holster. R      35.     CZ Model P-07.  Serial # B411446.  9mm Luger caliber semi auto pistol made in the Czech Republic.  3¾” barrel with an excellent bore.  15 round detachable magazine.  Black nitrate finished slide with a polymer frame.  Overall, this gun is in excellent condition showing little if any wear.  Interchangeable back straps, Picatinny rail, and an interchangeable ambidextrous safety or decocking lever.  Action works fine.  Includes the original black plastic case, the instructions, factory test target, an extra 15 round magazine, 2 extra Mec-Gar 16 round full size magazines, the back straps and safety, a cleaning rod, and a BladeTech polymer holster.   Sold For 350.00

R      37.     Baikal – Intrac Model IJ18M Single Barrel.  Serial # 94135017.  12 Ga 3” single barrel shotgun made in Russia.  28½” barrel choked full with an excellent bore.  The blue finish on the metal is in very good condition with some small spots of wear.  The hardwood stock and forearm are in good condition with some areas of dull finish.  European type sling swivels.  Action is tight and works fine.  Includes the box and the instructions. R      38.     Remington Model 30 Express.  Serial # 8498.  .25-06 caliber bolt action rifle.  25½” barrel with an excellent bore.  Re-barreled by R.S.S. and most likely refinished at the same time.  The blue finish on the metal is in very good condition with some small scratches on the barrel along with some fine scratches and a slight purple hue on the receiver.  The checkered walnut stock is in fair to good condition with dings, scratches, and wear.  Action works fine.  Includes detachable sling swivels.  (C&R) Sold For 450.00

R      41.     Colt Model LE6920 M-4 Carbine.  Serial # LE140367.  5.56mm (.223 Rem.) caliber semi auto rifle.  16” barrel with an excellent bore.  This gun features an M-4 profile barrel, an optics ready upper receiver with detachable handle, and a Rogers Super-Stoc collapsible stock.  Overall, the gun is in excellent condition and is new in the box and unfired.  Includes the box and the accessory pack which consists of the instructions, 2 20 round magazines, sling, and cleaning tools, and a handle mount scope mount.     Sold For 675.00

R      42.     Japanese Arisaka Type 99.  Serial # 57733.  7.7mm Japanese caliber bolt action rifle.  23½” barrel with an excellent bore.  This rifle has been sporterized.  The blue finish on the metal is in very good condition with some small dings and scratches on the barrel and on the trigger guard and some fine rust speckles on the receiver.  The bolt handle has been changed.  Timney trigger.  The fancy walnut sporter stock is in very good condition with a few small dings and impressions.  Action works fine.  Includes a Redfield 6X power scope in Redfield mounts. Model GEW 98.  Serial # 3291.  .308 Win. caliber bolt action rifle.  22” barrel with an excellent bore.  Built on a GEW 98 action, this rifle features a sporter weight barrel, a checkered hardwood sporter stock, turned down bolt handle, and rifle sights.  The blued metal is in very good to excellent condition with some fine scratches on the barrel, receiver, and floor plate.  The stock is in very good condition with a few dings on the bottom of the forearm and on the pistol grip edge.  Action works OK.  Includes Weaver scope bases.       246.     Sharps & Hankins Model 1862 Navy Carbine.  Serial # 6659.  .52 caliber black powder percussion rifle.  24” barrel with a good bore.  This gun was converted to percussion by plugging the breech and replacing the firing pin with a nipple.  The finish on the metal is a grey brown patina with fine pitting covering most of the surface.  No original leather covering remains.  Lever appears to have been altered and welded.  The stock is in poor condition with heavy wear.  Butt plate is missing.  Action works and is tight.  Sold For 175.00

      247.     Mass Arms Co. First Model Maynard Carbine.  Serial # 2102.  .35 caliber black powder percussion single shot break open rifle.  20” barrel with a good bore.  The finish on the barrel and lever is a greyish patina with some very fine rust.  The receiver is a silvery brown color with some fine spots of rust.  The walnut stock is in fair to good condition with dings, scratches, and wear.  Original sights including the rear tang sight.  Tape priming mechanism is intact and works.  Action works but is loose.  Please see the picture to get a better idea of the description.   Sold For 3,950.00

      248.     Rissell Model Double Barrel Percussion Shotgun.  Serial # NSN.  16 Ga. double barrel black powder percussion shotgun.  30” barrels.  Barrels are not marked while the locks are marked “Rissell”.  The finish on the metal is a brown patina with spots of fine rust.  The wooden half stock is in fair to good condition with heavy wear.  Hammers do not match.  Both locks work.  Includes the ramrod.  Sold For 240.00

      249.     Remington Model 1893.  Serial # 1300.  12 Ga. single shot shotgun.  30” barrel choked cylinder with a rough bore.  Extractor only.  Side cocking with the lever on the left side.  The finish on the metal is a greyish patina with some scattered areas of underlying pitting and some fine rust.  Several holes in the lower tang.  The walnut stock and forearm are in fair to good condition with some dings, scratches, and wear.  Button release forearm.  Release lever will not return on its own.  Action works but is very loose.  Made from 1893 to 1903.  Sold For 70.00

R    250.     J. Stevens Arms Model 26 Crack Shot.  Serial # NSN.  .22 RF caliber single shot boy’s rifle.  22” barrel with an excellent bore.  The finish on the metal is in fair condition with areas of fine rust on the blued barrel along with some fine rust and brown patina on the case colored receiver.  The wooden stock and forearm are in fair condition with dings, scratches, and finish wear.  2 holes were drilled in each side of the forearm.  Original sights.  Action works OK and is tight.  Made from 1912 to 1939.  (C&R)       Sold For 170.00

      251.     Lefever Arms Co. Model D Grade Double.  Serial # 17936.  12 Ga. double barreled shotgun made c. 1892.  28” Damascus barrels choked full and modified with good bores.  Double triggers and extractor only.  The finish on the barrels is a brownish patina and shows large areas of fine rust.  The engraved receiver is a grey brown patina with some fine rust.  The finely checkered walnut stock and forearm are in fair condition with dings, scratches, and wear.  Original butt plate.  Action works fine and is tight.  Includes an extra set of numbers matching 28” Damascus barrels choked cylinder and improved cylinder with rough bores. Gun Registration Information

All guns with an "R" before the number must be registered. Licensed dealers must have a current copy of their FFL signed in ink in our files. No modern long guns sold to anyone under the age of 18, nor modern hand guns to anyone under 21. No hand guns sold to out of state residents who are not dealers. Residents of states requiring a purchase permit to buy long guns (I.E. New Jersey, etc.) must furnish this permit. Persons with Curio & Relic licenses may only purchase firearms listed as such by the B.A.T.F. and must provide a signed copy of that license. The purchaser pays any and all registration fees.

Your interpretation of "excellent", "very good", "good", etc. may be very different than ours, when it comes to the description of the condition of these guns. You are the final judge of condition before you buy. Please examine any item you are interested in very carefully and decide, before you bid, if it is as you expected. Always have a gunsmith check a gun you purchased for possible defects. We do not warrant any gun to be in firing condition.

If you see any glaring mistakes in the catalog description of the guns, please inform us of the error prior to the start of the sale. This will allow us to let other buyers know of the correction before any items are sold.

We will now be adding a "(C&R)" designation to the gun listing, to indicate guns that can be given directly to buyers who are holders of Curio & Relic licenses. There may be guns that we miss that are C&R eligible. The burden of proof is on the buyer to show that a particular gun is C&R eligible. C&R guns are listed on the BATF website and in their C&R booklet. Guns that are at least 50 years old also qualify as Curio and Relics. C&R license holders are not required to fill out BATF form 4473, but must still pay the PA state $3.00 surcharge per gun.

And now a few words about antique guns. Federal law requires any firearm, made after 1898, to be registered. Even though a gun looks like an antique, we need proof it was made before 1898 before we can give it to you without registration. Since documentation of guns made by many obscure manufacturers is difficult and time consuming, we may, sometimes, incorrectly register a gun that might be an antique. We regret this error but in the case of a Federally licensed dealer, it’s better safe than sorry.
