R      1.       Marlin Model 336 RC.  Serial # P 1201.  .30-30 Win. caliber lever action rifle made c. 1957.  20” barrel with an excellent bore.  The finish on the metal is in good condition with some fine scratches and fine rust on the barrel and magazine tube along with some wear on the receiver.  The walnut stock and forearm are in good condition with dings and impressions.  Extra finish has been applied.  Detachable sling swivels.  Original sights but rear is missing the elevator.  Action works fine.  Includes a Weaver K4W 4X power scope in see through mounts and a leather strap.  (C&R) Sold For 425.00

R        2.     J.C. Higgins Model 36.  Serial # NSN.  .22 RF caliber semi auto rifle.  24” barrel with an excellent bore.  Tubular magazine.  The blue finish on the metal is in good to very good condition with some fine rust spots on the barrel and some slight wear on the alloy receiver.  The walnut stock and forearm are in very good to excellent condition with a few scuffs.  Action works fine.  Includes the mounted J.C.           3.     FIE Model 1863 Remington “Zouave Rifle”.  Serial # 890.  .58 caliber black powder percussion rifle made in Italy.  33” barrel with a very good bore.  The blue finish on the barrel is in good condition with some spots of corrosion near the muzzle and some fine rust at the nipple.  Case colors are visible on the lock and hammer along with some fine rust.  The brass butt plate, patch box, trigger guard, barrel bands, and nose cap are in good condition with tarnish.  The wooden stock is in good condition with small dings, impressions, and finish wear.  Lock works OK.  Gun is complete including the ramrod.  Sold For 140.00

          4.     Unknown Maker Model Percussion Rifle.  Serial # NSN.  .36 caliber black powder percussion rifle.  32” octagon barrel with a good bore.  The barrel measures .935” at the muzzle and at the breech.  The brown finish on the metal is in good to very good condition with a few small spots of wear.  The half-length stock is in good condition but does have a large crack on the left side wrist.  Brass butt plate, trigger guard, and inlays.  Lock works.  Includes the ramrod. R        5.     Auto - Ordnance Corp. Model 1927 A1 Deluxe Pistol.  Serial # KJ2801.  .45 ACP caliber semi auto pistol.  10½” finned barrel with an excellent bore.  30 round detachable magazine.  This is a semi-auto version of the Thompson submachine gun in pistol format.  The matte black finish on the metal is in good condition with some small dings and scattered areas of fine corrosion.  The cocking piece shows quite a bit of fine rust.  The walnut pistol grip and forearm are in excellent condition with minimal wear.  Action works fine.  Includes a Thompson hard case with logo, the instructions, a 50 round Thompson drum magazine, and a gun lock.    Sold For 875.00

R        6.     Weatherby Model PA-459 Black Reaper TR.  Serial # AK06511.  12 Ga. 3” pump action shotgun.  18½” barrel with an excellent bore.  The barrel uses screw in choke tubes and comes with a extended ported cylinder tube installed.  This gun features a fiber optic type front sight, Picatinney rail and adjustable rear sight, and a pistol grip stock and forearm dipped in the Proveil Reaper black pattern.  The matte black finish on the metal is in very good to excellent condition with just a few scuffs and scratches scattered about.  The stock and forearm are in excellent condition showing no wear.  Rubber butt pad and detachable sling swivels.  Action works fine.  Includes a padded nylon carrying strap.  Sold For 375.00

R        7.     SWP45 Waffenwerke Brunn AG – Armscorp Model 98.  Serial # 9668F.  .308 Win. caliber bolt action rifle.  24” barrel with an excellent bore.  This is one of the many former German 98’s sold to Israel in the late 1940’s.  The grey arsenal type finish on the metal is in good condition with some areas of wear and spots of fine rust.  The stock and handguard are oil finished and are in good condition with the usual dings and scratches.  Action works OK and the gun appears to be complete minus the cleaning rod and sling.  (C&R) Sold For 475.00

R        8.     Mossberg Model New Haven 600CT.  Serial # H201334.  20 Ga. 3” pump action shotgun.  18½” plain barrel choked cylinder with an excellent bore.  The finish on the metal is in good to very good condition with a couple of spots of wear and some fine rust on the barrel along with some fine scratches on the alloy receiver.  The checkered hardwood stock and forearm are in good condition with some dings, scratches, and impressions.  Action works fine.  Sold For 200.00

R        9.     Mossberg Model M590A1.  Serial # U558792.  12 Ga. 3” pump action shotgun.  20” ported barrel choked cylinder with a bore that should clean to excellent.  This shotgun features a full length magazine tube, fiber optic front sight, LPA adjustable ghost ring rear sight on a Picatinny rail, and a reduced length Hogue stock.  The matte black finish on the metal is in very good to excellent condition with some fine scratches and some scuffs.  The synthetic stock and forearm are in excellent condition with minimal wear.  LOP is 11 5/8”.  Action works fine. R      10.     Winchester Model 1897.  Serial # 435315.  12 Ga. pump action shotgun made in 1909.  30” barrel.  This gun consists of the receiver, barrel, magazine tube, stock and forearm, and a few other parts.  Many major and small parts are missing.  For parts only.  (C&R) Sold For 120.00

R      11.     Harrington & Richardson Model Victor Double Action.  Serial # 64504.  .32 S&W caliber double action revolver.  2½” barrel with a very good bore.  The original blue finish on the metal is in poor condition being mostly covered with a very fine rust.  The hard rubber grips are in very good condition with minimal wear.  Action works OK.  (C&R)    Sold For 35.00

R      12.     Winchester Model 37.  Serial # NSN.  12 Ga. single shot shotgun.  30” barrel choked full with a bore that should clean to excellent.  The finish on the metal is in poor condition with spots of fine rust covering the barrel and receiver.  The walnut stock and forearm are in poor to fair condition with dings, scratches, and wear to the finish.  Original butt plate.  Action works fine and is tight.  (C&R) Sold For 110.00

R      13.     Harrington & Richardson Model 1908.  Serial # A75044.  12 Ga. single shot shotgun.  30” barrel choked full with a fair, clean bore.  The finish on the metal is in poor condition with spots of fine rust and wear on both the barrel and receiver.  The walnut stock and forearm are in poor condition with dings, scratches, and wear.  The stock is cracked and split at the top and both sides of the wrist.  Action works.  (C&R)  Sold For 25.00

R      16.     Remington Model 12-C.  Serial # 542771.  .22 RF caliber pump action rifle.  24” octagon barrel with a good, clean bore.  The finish on the metal is in poor to fair condition with spots of fine to medium rust on the barrel, magazine tube, receiver, trigger guard, and butt plate.  The walnut stock and forearm are in poor condition with dings, scratches, and wear.  The stock is cracked on the left side wrist.  Original sights.  Lyman tang sight.  Action works fine.  Includes a cleaning rod and cleaning supplies.  (C&R) Sold For 300.00

        17.     CVA Model Optima Pro Rifle V.2.  Serial # 61-13098747-03.  .45 caliber black powder muzzleloading rifle.  29” fluted stainless steel barrel with a very good bore.  Stainless finish alloy frame.  Camo synthetic stock and forearm.  Uses a #209 shotgun primer for ignition.  The gun is in good to very good condition with some tiny rust spots and dirt on the barrel.  There are some speckles of corrosion on the receiver.  Action works fine.  Includes scope bases, the ramrod, a padded nylon carrying strap, and some tools.  Sold For 120.00

R      18.     Ruger New Model Super Blackhawk.  Serial # 87-31127.  .44 Magnum caliber single action revolver.  7½” barrel with an excellent bore.  The original bluing on the metal is in excellent condition with little if any wear.  The wooden grips are in excellent condition showing no wear.  Adjustable sights.  Action works fine and the gun appears to have been fired very little.  Includes the plastic box and the instructions. R      19.     Mossberg Model 9200 Turkey Camo.  Serial # SA8067.  12 Ga. 3” semi auto shotgun.  24” vent rib barrel with an excellent bore.  The barrel features the Accu-Choke screw in choke tube system and comes with a modified choke tube installed.  Gas operated and designed to shoot any shell interchangeably.  The gun is completely covered with camo and is in excellent condition with only some small scuffs scattered about and some wear on the bolt.  Recoil pad.  Sling swivel studs.  Action works fine.    Sold For 225.00

R      20.     Savage Arms Springfield Model 67D.  Serial # NSN.  12 Ga. pump action shotgun.  26” plain barrel with an excellent bore.  The barrel has the Savage Adjustable Choke system.  This gun was stored in the case and as a result, the metal is covered with a hard, dry corrosion that might come off.  The walnut stock and forearm are in good condition with some scratches and wear.  Recoil pad added with an LOP of 15”.  Action works OK.  Includes the case.  (C&R) Sold For 110.00

R      21.     Winchester Model 25.  Serial # 79969.  12 Ga. pump action shotgun.  28” plain barrel choked full with an excellent bore.  This is the non-takedown version of the Model 12.  The finish on the metal is in fair to good condition with some spots of fine rust and wear on the barrel and magazine tube along with some fine rust and larger areas of wear on the receiver.  The walnut stock and forearm are in fair to good condition with some dings, scratches, impressions, and wear.  Some extra finish has been applied.  Original butt plate.  Action works OK.  Made from 1949 to 1954.  (C&R).  Sold For 200.00

R      22.     Remington Model 760.  Serial # 6919781.  .30-06 caliber pump action rifle made in 1969.  22” barrel with an excellent bore.  Detachable magazine.  The finish on the metal is in very good condition with some small scratches on the barrel and some fine rust speckles on the receiver.  The walnut stock and forearm are in very good condition with some dings and scratches.  The stock has a crack in the finish at the butt plate.  Original sights.  Detachable sling swivels.  Action works fine.  Includes a leather sling and a Weaver V12 4X to 12X power scope in Weaver flip mounts. R      23.     Winchester Model 94.  Serial # 4050942.  .30-30 Win. caliber lever action rifle made in 1974.  20” barrel with an excellent bore.  The finish on the metal is in good condition with some fine rust spots on the barrel and magazine tube and some areas of rust on both sides and the bottom of the receiver.  The walnut stock and forearm are in good to very good condition with some scratches and impressions.  Original sights including the front hood.  Action works fine.  Includes a leather carrying strap and sling swivels. R      24.     Remington Model 572.  Serial # NSN.  .22 RF caliber pump action rifle made in 1957.  23” barrel with an excellent bore.  Tubular magazine.  The original finish on the metal is in very good condition with some fine scattered rust on the barrel along with a few scuffs and scratches on the black alloy receiver.  The walnut stock and forearm are in very good condition with a few dings and scratches.  Original front and rear sights.  Action works fine.  Made from 1955 to 1988.  Sold For 265.00

Model 37.  Serial # 371680829.  20 Ga. pump action shotgun made in 1980.  28” vent rib barrel choked modified with an excellent bore.  The original blue finish on the metal is in excellent condition with just a few fine scratches and some fine rust speckles on the receiver.  The walnut stock and forearm are in excellent condition with just a couple of small marks.  Sling swivel studs.  Original recoil pad with an LOP of 13½”.  Action works fine.   Sold For 375.00

        26.     Traditions Model DeerHunter Flintlock Rifle.  Serial # 14-13-046017-04.  .50 caliber black powder flintlock rifle made in Spain.  24” octagon barrel with an excellent bore.  The satin nickel finish on the metal is in very good condition with some small dings and scratches on the barrel and some wear on the trigger guard.  The half-length stock is covered with Mossy Oak Breakup camo and is in excellent condition with minimal wear.  Adjustable high visibility sights.  Lock works OK.  Includes the ramrod and a nylon sling in detachable swivels. R      27.     CZ BRNO – P.W. Arms Model VZ 24.  Serial # G5 5956.  8mm Mauser caliber bolt action rifle made in Czechoslovakia.  23½” barrel with a good bore that could clean up better.  The arsenal type blue finish on the metal is in very good to excellent condition with very little wear.  The wooden stock and handguard are in very good condition with slight wear.  Bolt does not match.   Action works OK and the gun appears to be complete including the sling.  Includes a bayonet and sheath and an ammo pouch.  (C&R) Sold For 400.00

Double Action.  Serial # 46227.  .32 S&W caliber double action revolver.  2½” barrel with a rough bore.  5 shot cylinder.  The original nickel finish on the metal is in fair condition with spots of rust and corrosion on the frame and cylinder.  The hard rubber grips are in good condition with slight wear.  Action does not work properly.  (C&R)   Sold For 75.00

R      35.     Lux – York Cutlery Model Tip Up Pistol.  Serial # 41084.  .22 RF caliber single shot pistol made in Germany.  8” part octagon part round barrel with a bore that should clean to very good.  Steel barrel with an alloy frame and barrel sleeve.  The finish on the metal is in fair to good condition with large areas of wear on the black barrel sleeve along with some tiny dings and scratches on the nickel plated frame.  The white plastic grips have yellowed and are in good condition.  Adjustable sights.  Action works.  Sold For 220.00

R      36.     Hy Hunter Model Tip Up Pistol.  Serial # 01116.  .22 RF caliber single shot pistol made in W. Germany.  8” part octagon part round barrel with a bore that should clean to very good.  Very similar to the gun above with a steel barrel and alloy frame and barrel sleeve.  The finish on the metal is in poor condition with the black barrel sleeve having turned to a grey patina and the nickel plated frame showing scratches and wear.  The homemade grips are in poor condition and don’t fit.  Action works.  Includes a Bushnell 1.3X power scope. R      37.     Smith & Wesson Model 469.  Serial # A852660.  9mm caliber semi auto pistol.  3½” barrel with an excellent bore.  12 round finger extension magazine.  The blue finish on the slide is in fair condition showing areas of wear and some fine rust.  The black alloy frame is in good condition with some fine scratches and several areas of edge wear.  Black plastic grips are in good condition.  Action works fine.  Includes a black plastic case, and extra 12 round magazine, and an extra 14 round magazine. R      38.     North American Arms Model Mini .22 Magnum.  Serial # E268555.  .22 WMR caliber stainless steel single action revolver.  1½” barrel with a bore that should clean to excellent.  This revolver features the black retracting holster grip.  The finish on the stainless steel is in very good to excellent condition with just a few fine scratches scattered about.  The holster grip is in very good condition with slight wear.  Action works fine.  Includes the black plastic case, the instructions, and a gun lock.  Sold For 200.00

R      43.     Ruger Model SR9C.  Serial # 332-24474.  9mm Luger caliber semi auto pistol.  3½” barrel with an excellent bore.  This is a compact pistol that features a stainless steel slide, a black polymer frame, and a 10 shot detachable magazine.  The brushed finish on the slide is in excellent condition with only a few tiny marks.  The polymer frame is in excellent condition with no visible wear.  Ambidextrous magazine release.  Adjustable sights.  Action works fine.  Includes the original box, instructions, an extra 10 round magazine, an extra 17 round magazine, a magazine loader, a magazine spacer, a magazine floor plate, and a Fobus holster. R      44.     Harrington & Richardson Model 949 “Forty Niner”.  Serial # AA 7485.  .22 RF caliber double action revolver made in 1964.  5½” barrel with an excellent bore.  This revolver features a side loading gate, a 9 shot cylinder, and a western style ejector rod.  The finish on the metal is in good condition with some fine rust on the barrel, ejector rod housing, and frame.  The one piece walnut grip is in poor condition having been cracked and repaired.  Action works fine.  Includes a black nylon holster. R    204.     Hawk Industries - H&R 1871 Model New England Firearms Pardner Pump.  Serial # NX519928.  20 Ga. 3” pump action shotgun.  26” vent rib barrel with an excellent bore.  The barrel uses screw in choke tubes and comes with an improved cylinder choke tube installed.  This gun is very similar to a Remington 870 and features matte blue finished metal.  The finish on the metal is in very good condition with some scattered dings, scratches, and fine rust.  The oil finished walnut stock and forearm are in good to very good condition with some dings and scratches.  Action works fine.  Includes a modified and full choke tube and a wrench.    Sold For 190.00

Gun Registration Information

All guns with an "R" before the number must be registered. Licensed dealers must have a current copy of their FFL signed in ink in our files. No modern long guns sold to anyone under the age of 18, nor modern hand guns to anyone under 21. No hand guns sold to out of state residents who are not dealers. Residents of states requiring a purchase permit to buy long guns (I.E. New Jersey, etc.) must furnish this permit. Persons with Curio & Relic licenses may only purchase firearms listed as such by the B.A.T.F. and must provide a signed copy of that license. The purchaser pays any and all registration fees.

Your interpretation of "excellent", "very good", "good", etc. may be very different than ours, when it comes to the description of the condition of these guns. You are the final judge of condition before you buy. Please examine any item you are interested in very carefully and decide, before you bid, if it is as you expected. Always have a gunsmith check a gun you purchased for possible defects. We do not warrant any gun to be in firing condition.

If you see any glaring mistakes in the catalog description of the guns, please inform us of the error prior to the start of the sale. This will allow us to let other buyers know of the correction before any items are sold.

We will now be adding a "(C&R)" designation to the gun listing, to indicate guns that can be given directly to buyers who are holders of Curio & Relic licenses. There may be guns that we miss that are C&R eligible. The burden of proof is on the buyer to show that a particular gun is C&R eligible. C&R guns are listed on the BATF website and in their C&R booklet. Guns that are at least 50 years old also qualify as Curio and Relics. C&R license holders are not required to fill out BATF form 4473, but must still pay the PA state $3.00 surcharge per gun.

And now a few words about antique guns. Federal law requires any firearm, made after 1898, to be registered. Even though a gun looks like an antique, we need proof it was made before 1898 before we can give it to you without registration. Since documentation of guns made by many obscure manufacturers is difficult and time consuming, we may, sometimes, incorrectly register a gun that might be an antique. We regret this error but in the case of a Federally licensed dealer, it’s better safe than sorry.
