R      1.       Remington Model 870.  Serial # 174405V.  12 Ga. pump action shotgun.  20” barrel with an excellent bore.  The barrel uses Rem-Choke screw in choke tubes and comes with a rifled choke tube installed.  The finish on the metal is in good to very good condition a few tiny rust speckles on the barrel along with some edge wear and fine rust on the receiver.  The walnut stock and forearm are in good condition with some dings and scratches.  The stock has been refinished and the checkering removed.  Recoil pad with a LOP of 14”.  Rifle sights on the barrel but rear is missing.  Action works fine.  Includes a Tasco Pro Point red dot scope in a Weaver no drill side mount.   Sold For 210.00

R        2.     Arms Corp. – K.B.I. Model AK 47/22.  Serial # A750714.  .22 RF caliber semi auto rifle made in the Philippines.  18” barrel with a bore that should clean to excellent.  Detachable magazine.  The finish on the metal is in very good condition with a few fine scratches on the receiver.  The hardwood furniture is in good to very good condition with some small dings and scratches.  Right front sight wing is broken.  Action works fine.  Includes a nylon sling.  Sold For 140.00

R        3.     Smith & Wesson Model 64-3.  Serial # 30D8780.  .38 Special caliber double action revolver.  3” barrel with an excellent bore.  This is a 6 shot, all stainless steel revolver with fixed sights.  The brushed finish on the stainless steel is in excellent condition with just a few small marks scattered about.  The original walnut service grips are in excellent condition with little wear.  Action works fine and the gun appears to have been fired very little.  Includes the original box along with the instructions and papers.  Sold For 550.00

R        4.     Smith & Wesson Model 25-5.  Serial # N714916.  .45 Colt caliber double action revolver made in 1980.  8 3/8” barrel with an excellent bore.  Built on the N frame, this revolver features target grips, target hammer, and a target trigger.  The original blue finish on the metal is in excellent condition with only some very fine scratches on the barrel.  The walnut S&W grips are in excellent condition with little wear.  Red ramp front sight with an adjustable rear sight.  Action works fine and the gun appears to have been fired very little.  Includes a soft case.     Sold For 900.00

R        5.     Colt Vest Pocket Model 1908.  Serial # 22860.  .25 ACP caliber semi auto pistol made in 1910.  2” barrel with an excellent bore.  6 shot detachable magazine.  The original finish on the metal is in good to very good condition with some fine scratches, edge wear, and fine rust spots on both the slide and frame.  Good case colors on the trigger, thumb safety, and grip safety.  The original black plastic grips are in excellent condition with minimal wear.  Action works fine.  Includes a soft case.  (C&R)  Sold For 400.00

R        6.     Sig Sauer Model P232.  Serial # S201339.  .380 ACP caliber semi auto pistol made in Germany.  3½” barrel with an excellent bore.  7 shot detachable magazine.  Blued steel slide with a matte black finished alloy frame.  The finish on the metal is in very good to excellent condition with just a few fine scratches on both sides of the slide.  The Hogue black rubber grips are in excellent condition with minimal wear.  3 dot sights.  Action works fine.  Includes 6 extra Sig magazines and a black soft case.  Sold For 625.00

R        7.     Winchester Model 71.  Serial # 37643.  .348 Win. caliber lever action rifle made in 1954.  24” barrel with an excellent bore.  The finish on the metal is in good condition with some dings, fine rust spots, and wear on the barrel and magazine tube along with some scratches, fine rust, and edge wear on the receiver.  The walnut stock and forearm have been refinished and are in good condition.  Detachable sling swivel stud in the front barrel band and a sling swivel hole in the butt.  Original sights and butt plate.  Action works OK.  (C&R)   Sold For 1,100.00

R        9.     Winchester Model 90.  Serial # 196447.  .22 RF Long caliber pump action rifle made c. 1903, 1904.  24” octagon barrel with an excellent bore.  The finish on the metal is a brown patina with edge wear and spots of fine rust.  The walnut stock and forearm are in fair to good condition with dings, scratches, and wear.  Front and rear sights.  Receiver drilled for a side mount.  Action works OK.  (C&R)  Sold For 290.00

R      10.     Savage Arms Model Fox Sterlingworth.  Serial # 372523.  16 Ga. double barrel shotgun made in 1936.  28” barrels choked full and improved modified with excellent bores.  The left barrel has a small ding 9” from the muzzle.  Double triggers and extractor only.  The finish on the metal is in fair to good condition with some scratches, wear, and very fine rust spots on the barrels.  The receiver shows traces of the original case colors along with some brown patina.  The checkered walnut stock and forearm are in fair to good condition with some dings, scratches, and wear.  Extra finish has been applied.  Original butt plate.  Action works fine and is tight.  (C&R)  Sold For 750.00

R      11.     Winchester Model 70 Standard.  Serial # 232639.  .270 Win. caliber bolt action rifle made in 1952.  24" barrel with an excellent bore.  The blue finish on the metal is in good condition with some small scratches, wear, and fine rust on the barrel, some wear on the bolt handle, some scratches and wear on the receiver, and some scratches and edge wear on the floor plate.  The rear sight has been replaced with a flip up.  Several sets of digits are stamped on the right side rear of the barrel.  The checkered walnut stock has been refinished and is in good condition.  Original steel butt plate and sling swivels.  Action works fine.  (C&R)    Sold For 775.00

R      13.     J.C. Higgins Model 102.25.  Serial # NSN.  20 Ga. pump action shotgun.  28” plain barrel choked modified with an excellent bore.  Made for Sears, Roebuck, & Company by J. Stevens Arms.  The blue finish on the metal is in very good to excellent condition with some areas of fine rust on the barrel and on both sides of the receiver.  The checkered walnut stock and forearm are in very good condition with some dings and scratches.  Action works fine.  (C&R)  Sold For 320.00

        14.     Winchester Model 1892 Carbine.  Serial # 25469.  .357 Magnum caliber lever action rifle made in 1893.  20” barrel with an excellent bore.  Full length tubular magazine.  This gun was re-barreled and chambered in .357 Magnum.  The sights have been changed.  Saddle ring stud removed.  The blue finish on the barrel shows very fine rust.  The magazine tube is a brown patina.  The receiver has been heavily polished and along with the lever shows a silver brown patina.  The walnut stock and forearm are both replacements and are in good condition.  The stock, however, is cracked at the left side wrist and is slightly loose.  Action works OK.   Sold For 425.00

R      15.     Savage Arms Model 99-EG.  Serial # 564193.  .300 Savage caliber lever action standard weight rifle made in 1950.  24” barrel with an excellent bore.  The blue finish on the metal is in very good to excellent condition with a few fine rust spots on the barrel along with a few fine scratches and some rust speckles on the receiver.  Very good case colors remain on the lever but there are a few fine rust spots.  The checkered walnut stock and forearm are in very good condition with some small dings and impressions.  Original butt plate and sights.  Action has not been drilled for scope mounts and works fine.  (C&R)  Sold For 725.00

R      16.     Remington Model 700 CDL 100th Anniversary.  Serial # G7148037.  .375 H&H Magnum caliber bolt action rifle.  22” barrel with open sights.  This rifle was made in 2012 only to commemorate the 100th Anniversary of the .375 H&H cartridge.  The satin finish on the blued steel is in excellent condition with no wear.  The satin finished checkered walnut stock is in excellent condition also showing no wear.  Black forearm tip and pistol grip cap.  Action works fine and the gun is new in the box and unfired.  Includes the box, all papers, and a gun lock.  Sold For 1,200.00

R      17.     Winchester Model SX3 Field.  Serial # 11HZM03843.  20 Ga. 3” semi auto shotgun.  28” vent rib barrel that uses Invector Plus choke tubes.  This shotgun features the grey Perma-Cote Ultra Tough finish on the metal and a satin finished walnut stock and forearm.  The finish on the metal and the wood is in excellent condition with no wear.  The action works fine and the gun is new in the box and unfired.  Includes the box, instructions and papers, extra choke tubes, stock adjusting shims, and a gun lock.  Sold For 875.00

R      22.     Winchester Model 9422 Special Edition Legacy Tribute.  Serial # FTS2769.  .22 RF caliber lever action rifle.  22½” barrel.  This rifle features blued metal with a satin finished, checkered pistol grip walnut stock and forearm.  The receiver is engraved on the right side with the Winchester horse and rider and on the left side with the Model 9422 Tribute banner.  The finish on the metal is in excellent condition showing no wear.  The stock and forearm are in excellent condition also showing no wear.  The action works fine and the gun is new in the box and unfired.  Includes the box, instructions and all papers, a gun lock, the outer sleeve, and the cardboard shipping box.  Made from 2005 to 2006 in a quantity of less than the originally scheduled 9,422.  Sold For 1,000.00

R      23.     North American Arms Model “The Wasp” .22 Magnum Conversion.  Serial # VT15510.  .22 WMR/.22 RF caliber stainless steel single action revolver.  1 5/8” vent rib barrel with an excellent bore.  This small revolver features a skeletonized hammer, black cylinder flutes, black lines on the cylinder and base pin, and black rubber grips.  The finish on the stainless steel is in good condition with some fine scratches and scuffs.  The small rubber grips are in excellent condition showing minimal wear.  Action works fine.  Includes a black metal security case and keys, the instructions, and the extra cylinder.   Sold For 180.00

R      24.     Steyr Mannlicher Model 1905.  Serial # 3850.  7.63mm Mannlicher caliber semi auto pistol.  6¼” barrel with a very good bore.  10 round internal magazine.  Made in Austria and used by the Argentine military.  The blue finish on the metal is in good condition with some small dings and scattered spots of rust.  The wooden grips are in fair condition with wear.  The Argentine crest on the right side of the frame has been ground off.  Action seems to work fine.  (C&R)    Sold For 800.00

R      25.     Marlin Model 62 Levermatic.  Serial # AB 5449.  .30 Carbine caliber lever action rifle made in 1966.  20” barrel with an excellent bore.  4 shot detachable magazine.  The blue finish on the metal is in very good condition with a few small dings and scratches on the barrel and some edge wear and fine rust on the receiver and lever.  The walnut stock is in very good condition showing a few dings and scratches.  The bullseye is missing in the butt stock.  Original sights.  Sling swivels.  Action works fine.  Includes many rounds of loaded ammo, some empty brass, and a set of RCBS carbide dies.  Made from 1963 to 1969.  (C&R)   Sold For 875.00

R      26.     German Unknown Maker Model Cape Gun.  Serial # 21.  .22 RF/9mm RF Flobert calibers double barreled rifle/shotgun combination gun.  23¾” barrels with good bores.  Double triggers and the barrel release lever on the left side and going under the trigger guard.  Rifle sights.  The finish on the metal is in fair to good condition with some dings and fine rust on the barrels and on the faded case colored receiver.  The checkered walnut stock and forearm are in fair condition with dings and scratches.  The stock was cracked and repaired at the upper left hand wrist.  Bird’s head butt plate.  European style sling swivels.  Action is tight and works OK.  (C&R)  Sold For 850.00

R      27.     Hi-Point Firearms Model 4595.  Serial # R27408.  .45 ACP caliber semi auto rifle.  17½” barrel with an excellent bore.  Detachable 9 round magazine.  Black polymer stock with pistol grip, multiple rails, a flashlight, and a laser.  The metal is in good condition with some scuffing and fine rust on the receiver.  The black polymer stock is in very good condition with slight wear.  Front and rear sight missing.  Action works fine.  Includes a Bushnell red dot sight and 4 extra magazines.  Sold For 220.00

R      28.     German Unknown Maker Model Single Shot rifle.  Serial # 732.  .22 RF caliber single shot rifle.  27½” barrel with an excellent bore.  The finish on the metal is in fair condition with a very fine rust scattered on most of the surface.  The wooden stock is in fair condition with dings, scratches, and wear.  The toe was damaged and repaired.  Front and rear sights.  Action does not work properly.  (C&R)  Sold For 150.00

R      29.     German Unknown Maker Model 98.  Serial # NSN.  9x57mm caliber bolt action rifle.  24” lightweight barrel with a fair bore.  The blue finish on the metal is in very good condition with very little wear.  The finely checkered walnut stock has been refinished and is in good condition.  Turned down bolt.  Engraved receiver and floorplate.  Double set triggers.  Front sight with folding express type rear sight.  Front of receiver cut for dovetail mount.  Rear of receiver drilled and tapped.  European style sling swivels.  Action works OK.  Includes ammo, fired brass, and Redding loading dies.  (C&R)  Sold For 525.00

R      30.     Ruger Model 10/22.  Serial # 0010-13045.  .22 RF caliber semi auto rifle.  18½” barrel with an excellent bore.  10 shot detachable rotary magazine.  This gun was made into an M1 Carbine replica using an E. Arthur Brown Company M1 carbine style stock, sling and oiler.  The matte blue finish on the metal is in very good to excellent condition with only some scratches on the barrel.  The wooden stock is in excellent condition with little wear.  Action works fine.  Includes a Leupold M8 3X power scope in quick detachable rings and an extra Ruger 25 round magazine.  Sold For 260.00

R      31.     Savage Arms Model 112 Custom Target.  Serial # F605964.  7mm Rem. Magnum caliber bolt action single shot bench rifle.  29½” heavy stainless steel barrel with an excellent bore.  Barrel is marked Ridenour Rifles, Seven Match.  The finish on the stainless steel barrel is in good condition with some fine scratches and a few areas of minor staining.  The blued receiver and bolt show very little finish.  The multi colored laminated stock is in good condition with some scratches and impressions.  Action works fine.  Includes some loaded ammo, some fired brass, and RCBS loading dies.  Ken Ridenour was known to shoot the Williamsport 1000 yard matches.  Sold For 725.00

R      32.     Ward’s Western Field Model 93M-210A.  Serial # 8800.  20 Ga. bolt action single shotgun.  26” barrel choked full with a bore that could clean up OK.  Detachable magazine is NOT included.  The finish on the metal is in poor condition being covered with a fine rust.  The wooden stock is in poor condition being cracked and repaired at the wrist and void of most of the finish.  Action works but safety does not.  (C&R)  Sold For 40.00

R      33.     Danish Model 1889 Krag.  Serial # 79354.  8x58Rmm caliber bolt action rifle made in 1911.  33” barrel with a rough bore.  The finish on the metal is a silver grey patina with areas of fine rust.  The stock has been shortened and is in fair condition with wear.  Numbers match.  Action works fine.  Other than the cut stock, the gun appears to be original and complete.  (C&R)  Sold For 190.00

R      34.     Sig-Sauer Model 522 Field.  Serial # XA023266.  .22 RF caliber semi auto rifle.  20” barrel with an excellent bore.  This is the .22 RF version of the Sig 556 piston carbine.  10 round detachable magazine.  Aluminum upper receiver with a polymer lower.  Polymer forearm.  Folding and collapsible butt stock.  Overall, the rifle is in very good to excellent condition with minimal wear.  Action works fine.  Includes a 10X power tactical scope in quick detachable mounts, 1 extra Sig 10 round magazine, and 3 extra Sig 25 round magazines.   Sold For 575.000

R      35.     Steyr Model 95 Rifle.  Serial # 230 I.  8x56Rmm caliber bolt action rifle made in Austria.  30” barrel with a partially rough bore.  This is one of the many 1895 rifles converted in the 1930’s to fire the 8x56Rmm cartridge.  Many have been refinished and imported.  The arsenal type finish on the metal is in very good to excellent condition with only slight wear.  The stock and handguard have been refinished and are in very good condition.  Action works fine and the gun appears to be complete including the sling. R      36.     Remington Model 700 Varmint.  Serial # E6431504.  .223 Rem. caliber bolt action rifle.  26” heavy barrel with an excellent bore.  The blue finish on the metal is in very good to excellent condition with some fine scratches on the barrel and bolt knob.  The black polymer Varmint stock by Choate is in very good condition with some scuffs and wear.  Action works fine.  Includes a Simmons Whitetail Classic 6.5X to 20X power scope in detachable mounts and an Outers bipod.   Sold For 700.00

R      37.     Remington Model 870 Police Magnum.  Serial # AB725289M.  12 Ga. 3” pump action shotgun.  18½” barrel choked improved cylinder with a dirty bore that could clean up OK.  Extended magazine tube.  Scattergun Technologies rear sight and a bead front sight.  The matte grey finish on the metal is in fair condition with scratches, fine rust, and areas of wear.  The synthetic pistol grip stock and forearm are in fair to good condition with scratches, scuffs, and wear.  Detachable sling swivel studs.  Action works OK.     Sold For 250.00

R      38.     Italian Brescia Model 1891/24.  Serial # AS2330.  6.5mm Carcano caliber bolt action rifle made in Italy in 1917.  18” barrel with a fair bore that might clean up better.  The metal has been painted black and is in poor condition with about a third of it missing.  The stock is in fair condition having been cut and altered.  Sights are not original.  Action works OK.  (C&R)  Sold For 90.00

R      48b.   Second of a lot of 2: Savage Arms Stevens Model 51.  Serial # NSN.  .410 Ga. 3” bolt action single shot shotgun.  24” barrel choked full with a dirty bore that should clean up OK.  The finish on the metal is in fair to good condition with some scratches and spots of fine rust.  The hardwood stock is in fair condition with dings, scratches, and wear.  Action works but bolt retaining screw is missing and bolt will slide out when retracting.  (C&R)  Sold For 120.00

        60.     Sharps New Model 1859 “Berdan” Rifle.  Serial # 54775.  .52 caliber black powder percussion rifle.  30” barrel with a rough but clean bore with good rifling.  Double set triggers.  Made without the lever locking latch.  R.S. Lawrence marked rear sight graduated from 100 to 800 yards.  Front sight for use with a socket bayonet.  The finish on the metal is a brown/grey patina with some small dings, areas of fine rust, and areas of pitting.  It appears to have been cleaned long ago.  Several screws are not original.  The walnut stock and forearm are in good condition with dings, scratches, and impressions.  The forearm has an area of repair and is pinned at the rear.  There was a 1” disk of wood replaced on the left side butt and the stock has been sanded at some point at the butt plate.  The cartouche on the left side wrist of the butt stock is faintly visible but appears to be “JT”.  Pellet priming system is intact and seems to work.  Barrel and receiver numbers match.  Action works OK and the gun appears to be complete.  Please see the pictures to get a better idea of the description.   Buyer should examine this gun in person as it has all of the attributes to the Sharps rifles that were issued to Hiram Berdan’s Regiments. Navy Model Revolver.  Serial # 1581.  .36 caliber black powder percussion revolver.  7 1/8” octagon barrel.  The metal has been cleaned and is a silver/grey patina with scattered dings, wear, and spots of fine rust.  The walnut grips show some damage and wear.  Action does not work properly.  Approximately 20,000 made c. 1861 to mid-1860’s.  Sold For 700.00

R    243.     Mauser Model 1896 Broomhandle.  Serial # 122983.  9mm Luger caliber semi auto pistol.  5½” barrel with a very good bore.  10 shot magazine.  500 meter rear sight.  Made for the German Government during WWI.  This is an early import and is marked “Made in Germany” on the left side of barrel.  The blue finish on the metal is in very good condition with some small dings, some small areas of wear, and some small rust speckles.  Frame is marked “1920 169.” on the left side.  The walnut “Red 9” grips have 24 grooves and are in good condition with wear.  All numbers match except for the grips.  Action works fine.  Includes the wooden holster marked with the same “169” as the frame, the leather outer holster marked “Alf. R    244.     Franz Sodia Model 170 SB Left Hand Drilling.  Serial # 12120.  16 Ga. x 16 Ga. over 7x65Rmm double barreled shotgun/rifle combination gun made in Germany.  25 5/8” barrels with excellent bores.  Wide rib with a folding rear sight.  The safety is located on the right side of wrist while the barrel selector is on the top tang.  The finish on the barrels is a purplish patina with areas of wear on both shotgun barrels near the breech and at the muzzle.  The receiver, trigger guard, and release lever are nicely engraved.  The receiver is a grey patina with some small spots of brown.  The finely checkered walnut stock and forearm and in good to very good condition with some small dings, scratches, and impressions.  The stock has a cheek piece on the right side of the butt.  Original Franz Sodia recoil pad with an LOP of 12 7/8”.  European type sling swivels.  Action works fine.  Includes a Supra 1.5X to 6X power scope in claw mounts, leather sling, leather ammo carrier, leather muzzle protector, a box of vintage RWS ammo, and the original receipt dated August 2, 1966.  Please see the pictures to get a better idea of the overall condition.  (C&R)   Additional Photo: One; Two  Sold For 3,700.00

R    245.     Miroku - Charles Daly Model Superior Grade Trap.  Serial # 566683.  12 Ga. over/under shotgun.  28” vent rib barrels choked full and modified with excellent bores.  Made in Japan by Miroku Firearms.  Single selective trigger and automatic ejectors.  The blue finish on the metal is in excellent condition showing very little wear.  The receiver shows excellent engraving reminiscent to a Browning Superposed.  Center bead on the barrel.  The checkered walnut stock and forearm are in very good condition with some small dings and fine impressions.  LOP of 13 7/8”.  Action is tight and works fine.  Includes the original box but no instructions.  Made from 1963 to 1976.   Sold For 950.00

      246.     British Made Model Percussion Double Barrel Shotgun.  Serial # NSN.  10 Ga. black powder percussion double barrel shotgun.  30” Damascus barrels.  Barrels are marked “London Fine Twist”.  Locks are marked “Jones”.  The finish on the metal is a brownish patina with some large areas of cold blue, some spots of fine pitting, and some small areas of wear.  The checkered walnut stock is in poor condition with cracks on both sides of the wrist and a screw down the center.  Locks work.  Includes the ramrod.  Sold For 180.00

R    251.     Colt Model 1991A1 American Eagle Commemorative.  Serial # 2827243.  .45 ACP caliber semi auto pistol.  5” barrel with an excellent bore.  Detachable magazine.  This gun was issued by America Remembers and features a matte blued steel slide and frame covered with 24-karat gold eagle artwork.  The gun comes in a wooden case that is lined in blue velvet molded to contour the gun.  This is #2025 in a limited edition of 2500.  Overall, the gun is in excellent condition and appears to be unfired.   Sold For 950.00

Gun Registration Information

All guns with an "R" before the number must be registered. Licensed dealers must have a current copy of their FFL signed in ink in our files. No modern long guns sold to anyone under the age of 18, nor modern hand guns to anyone under 21. No hand guns sold to out of state residents who are not dealers. Residents of states requiring a purchase permit to buy long guns (I.E. New Jersey, etc.) must furnish this permit. Persons with Curio & Relic licenses may only purchase firearms listed as such by the B.A.T.F. and must provide a signed copy of that license. The purchaser pays any and all registration fees.

Your interpretation of "excellent", "very good", "good", etc. may be very different than ours, when it comes to the description of the condition of these guns. You are the final judge of condition before you buy. Please examine any item you are interested in very carefully and decide, before you bid, if it is as you expected. Always have a gunsmith check a gun you purchased for possible defects. We do not warrant any gun to be in firing condition.

If you see any glaring mistakes in the catalog description of the guns, please inform us of the error prior to the start of the sale. This will allow us to let other buyers know of the correction before any items are sold.

We will now be adding a "(C&R)" designation to the gun listing, to indicate guns that can be given directly to buyers who are holders of Curio & Relic licenses. There may be guns that we miss that are C&R eligible. The burden of proof is on the buyer to show that a particular gun is C&R eligible. C&R guns are listed on the BATF website and in their C&R booklet. Guns that are at least 50 years old also qualify as Curio and Relics. C&R license holders are not required to fill out BATF form 4473, but must still pay the PA state $3.00 surcharge per gun.

And now a few words about antique guns. Federal law requires any firearm, made after 1898, to be registered. Even though a gun looks like an antique, we need proof it was made before 1898 before we can give it to you without registration. Since documentation of guns made by many obscure manufacturers is difficult and time consuming, we may, sometimes, incorrectly register a gun that might be an antique. We regret this error but in the case of a Federally licensed dealer, it’s better safe than sorry.
